Trade or HODL?

Experience will teach you a lot of great things. However, avoid learning about trading in an expensive way. You should just avoid becoming too emotional in trading, avoid getting FOMOed and avoid panic selling because this only leads to losses. As to the time when to trade, you must trust your own judgement and speculation, because people will just advise you to buy or sell this or that depending on what they are holding and think that would help them improve the market of what coin they are supporting, again their opinion is based on their judgment, you must make your own decision.

For me the choice is obvious because I'm having a regular job around my area and I literally haven't lot of free time to beat trading all day, so because of that I am just holding what I have.

Holding or trading will depend upon on everyone's choice but mostly hodl is the best choice to make even greater profit and its an easy way to do by not always attending online activity unlike of that day trading because if we hold then our aim is to wait for the pump and if we can sell during its pump then surely we can have a greater profit.

Hi guys, I have a couple of alts in my wallet right now and I want to gain profit.

I want to earn a profit while waiting for a better market value. Should I enter trading(where I don't have an idea on how to and where to start) or should I stick on HODLing my coins?

Looking at the market movement, is it a good time to start trading?

Is it risky or not an ideal move if I start to study trading using some of my holdings/alts?

I am eager to learn how to do trading(short-term or day-trading).

I believe that at this time you should only trade short-term by day and always have specific trading plan to minimize the risk in trading. The market is bearish in the long term so you should not hold any coin because the bitcoin price will probably decrease at any time and that will cause the price of altcoin to fall sharply and you will greatly damage.

I can say that I am still in the process of gathering alternative cryptocurrencies to trade with them, I am thinking that very soon I would turn all of my bounties tokens into Ethereum and start to trade from it.

well, if what you mean is a coin from ICO, I suggest to hold it. we know that most of the time, the price of coins is below the price of ICO, and that is influenced by the price of ETH, and BTC. I am so sure when the price of both coins is pump, it will affect other altcoin.

To get profit from hold or trading you should be have skill to know the trend of crypto market, when all crypto all the times high its better doing day trading and hold is not recommended because after ATH crypto market will change to down trend. crypto market, when all crypto all the times high its better doing day trading and hold is not recommended because after ATH crypto market will change to down trend. it depend on you, if you think you can gain profit with trading, so you can choice trading.
but if you think trading is to risky and also you are new trader, better hold that.
trading can make profit and gain quickly if you are know about technical and fundalmental,but also have risk too.

Yeah, in the current situation holding is the most suitable thing to do since the whole market red. But you can still do some of the day trading as that can also serve as your regular source of income but stay away from it if you don't have any experience...

As we can see now holding is not smart strategy to get profit. Only optimized trading system and very short trades can provide as with an opportunity to earn money. HODL is not suitable now anymore.

Holding would be the best strategy for you since according to you, you don't have any idea about trading. Holding will not give you quick profit, but in time, it can actually provide you a great profit. Just hold your coins now, and think positive that the market will soon recover and the price would rise up again.

The skilled people trade and hold as both of the options brings them the money. With the day trading, you can earn really fast but you can lose everything easily - be careful with it.
