I had ~15 refunds set to send, and blew up my windows install. Should only take me 1-2 hours to reinstall and update armory from a backup (I learned!), so some refunds will go out later tonight.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? I HAVE 2 ORDERS FOR A TOTAL OF 4 BLACK ARROW PROSPERO X-3's. BOBSAG3 DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE HE SHOULD VIA EMAIL. SOMEONE FILL ME IN HERE PLEASE. WHAT ARE ALL THESE REFUND REQUESTS ABOUT? Delivery is significantly delayed (May?). Mum on what exactly is being done to compensate for the delay, aside from refunds -1.5% as stated in original terms. M There has actually been an update to the compensation. [BA] Dear Customer, Due to the delayed delivery for the Batch 1 products we would like to offer only to our Batch 1 customers an improved compensation package. You will be entitled to: 25% of your purchased hashing power, free of charge, from our Rent-Some-Minions cloud program for 6 months 10% discount from for all Black Arrow ASIC products which you will purchase from us. The discount will be valid for all purchases until the end of 2015. Compensation will start shortly before or after shipment of Batch 1, with more information to come. We are looking forward to a long-term partnership with our customers. For any further enquiries don’t hesitate to contact our customer service. Regards! [/BA] 2/22/14 Update from BA: "Dear Customers, We have just received a call from VeriSilicon and they'll tape out in few hours. The files have been validated by the 10 servers that have been working for the past 36 hours and they are ready for upload to Global Foundries. Right now VeriSilicon is going through the review of each department to get the signatures required for tapeout. Once this is complete the files will be sent to Global Foundries. We will update you once the files have been sent (tapeout). Regards! The Black Arrow Team." Updates will first posted first on the BA thread, as well as the minersource fb https://www.facebook.com/minersourceWere those emails? I did not get those emails.

New update Minion ASIC - Tapeout complete 23/02/2014: We are happy to report that VeriSilicon has completed our Minion ASIC yesterday and taped out to Global Foundries today. Black Arrow is working hard to improve the existing designs of our miners and ensure that the pre-ordered miners will be assembled and dispatched immediately after the chips arrive from the factory.

No these are posts from the BA thread and the Minersource facebook page This info was not relayed to any of the GB customers, minimal customer service has been provided, I emailed continuously asking for updates, and no information or updates like this were given. Please process my refund ASAP, I have messaged bobsag3 already, sending another message now, and starting to get exasperated at the lack of communication.

I have also just requested refunds for two orders of each 20 shares. Hopes of breaking even flew out the window because of lack of communication and delays.

it is delayed until may. if you wait until may you will get a hash boost 25% or so not sure of the exact hash boost. if you want to ask for a refund you will get a refund in the btc you paid - 1.5%

Why - 1.5% ?
That was the originally stated policy for refunds. It is a "1.5% restocking fee." What exactly they are restocking has never been explained, but at this point I'd be very happy getting 98.5% of my coins back instead of the 0% I've actually gotten.
