How about adding devcoin bounty shares for open source DIY low/reasonable costing renewable energy devcoin mining setups.  As part of the conditions I would recommend at least the following:

1)  Generation KW/h should match or exceed targeted mining platforms (i.e. cost of running a typical GPU card, FPGA miner, ASIC miner, etc. + some allowance for a bare bones desktop/laptop power requirements)
2)  Cost should be proportional to the targeted platform, say 30 to 40% maximum (This makes GPU setups harder, but ASIC setups easier ... however there should be some reasonable limitation)
3)  All components should be easily obtainable in Europe, Australia and U.S.A.  (left out our Asian friends but that is mostly because I'm unsure of the feasibility of adding them in this requirement - I'm sure Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan are all likely to obtain these things but the rest of Asia I'm really unsure)
4)  The DIY kit should provide power in 1 of 3 scenarios - a) always available; b) available during day with battery charging for night availability; c) depend on power grid sale/repurchase (i.e. produce extra when power available expecting extra to be sold on the local grid which can then be "repurchased" when the power is unavailable from the kit .... but in all cases the kit provides 24/7 power needs for the targeted platform.

Just an interesting thought to green up devcoin and crypto in general.... perhaps this could additionally be a DVB goal (Icoin?)

Besides all that, DVB has the knowhow (Full automated HHO electrolysis reactor using a Bedinini circuit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNyOkpcWBdo) and is ready fund a GPL powersource development, but the DVC/BTC volume what is needed for that would have to be factor 1000 greater then it is acutaly.
The first step towards HHO is obviously the ECA reactor, since diaphragmalysis and electrolysis works basicaly the same way

...and that goes round and and round.  It tries to download the receiver_0.csv, but
it fails (the pastebin URL is the cause), but when it realizes it's failure, it just tries
to do it again and again.  Pastebin tries to kill devcoin!?

I even can't open that URL with my browser.  Except with tor browser, but even with
tor it only works once or twice out of 10.  (Maybe pastebin does not like my country
just like Tor exit nodes?)  This is the content of the file:

The URLs at the head of the list are all broken, HTTP 404 is the
usual aswer to them.

I'm quite new to devcoin, and I don't really understand what are these
receiver lists for, but what I know is that this unreachable URL prevents
my shiny new devcoind to download the block chain and work properly.

I think the limit to get into the game with devcoin is too high. Newbies
will run away from these kind of difficulties.

A friend of mine got a RPi, gonna ask him if i can use it and build the miner on raspbian.
RPi is ARM6 not x86/x64 therefore it wont work on it
