Look in https://sourceforge.net/projects/galacticmilieu/files/

The archive digitalis-assets.tgz is a gzipped tar-archive of Open Transactions contracts, including the server contracts for the Digitalis server and the OTdemo server and a whole bunch of assets that are issued on the Digitalis server.

See http://galaxies.mygamesonline.org/digitalisassets.html for tables and plots featuring various assets that exist on the Digitalis server.

In particular, dDVC, DigiDevcoins, are tokens backed by DeVCoins, ad sDVC is shares of DeVCorp, a devcoin-based "corp".

Awesome, TY

Is there allready a common method for synchronizing various OTS?
In my opinion that would bring us a step closer towards decentralized trading of crypto perhaps even stockexchange ... Thats why i requested a statement from vircurex related to Cryptostocks.

Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Basically to trade assets on one server for assets on another server you just find anyone who is on both servers and work out some kind of deal with them where you give them something on one server and they give you something on another server.

For example I have issued a few digiDevcoins on the OTdemo server as well as many on the Digitalis server so I could accept them from someone on one server and give them on the other server some that I have there.

Typically for any asset that is issued on more than one server the issuer is a logical person to check with as you know they must be on both servers since they issued their asset there.

(So far assets have only one issuer per asset; once the corporate/group entities stuff is done people might start creating asset contracts that any of various officers or members or representatives or whatever of the group is authorised to issue, maybe even specifying which officer exactly gets to issue the asset on which server(s). But right now each asset is issued by one issuer.)

For those that have not yet loaded onto the DVC rocket on Vircurex.

I would suggest you pick up your devcoins before they take off. They are going fast.

I try to solo mine with Devcoin but this beast seems to differ from Litecoin/Bitcoin. The Daemen runs on my Windows PC but the gen=1 switch in the conf file does not matter much. The gethashespersec is still 0... ?

Thanks for your words jasinlee, it is really happening very fast. I already got my DVCs  Grin . Now DVC is the top volume on trades at vircurex:

BTC - Bitcoin
Bid   Ask   Last   Volume
EUR/BTC   20.0000 0000   39.5000 0000   40.0000 0000   2.3868
USD/BTC   44.5100 0000   46.5000 0000   45.9900 0000   4.5333
BTC/DVC   0.0000 0185   0.0000 0220   0.0000 0221   307.4400
BTC/IXC   0.0000 7000   0.0001 4000   0.0001 5000   21.7152
BTC/LTC   0.0135 1000   0.0142 5000   0.0143 0000   206.5314
BTC/NMC   0.0036 2000   0.0037 8800   0.0036 2000   26.1879

BTC/SC   0.0007 5000   0.0008 4444   0.0008 4444   0.7074
BTC/TRC   0.0036 0000   0.0039 9999   0.0037 0000   167.3149

and looks like have much fuel to fly high: 0.0000 0221 Huh (5 zeros, read again, no mistake here)

If DVC gets near LTC price it will be a 10.000% raise up  Shocked

the Volume of BTC is much higher than all the other altcoins, therefore of course 1DVC itself wont be worth much/anything.

I try to solo mine with Devcoin but this beast seems to differ from Litecoin/Bitcoin. The Daemen runs on my Windows PC but the gen=1 switch in the conf file does not matter much. The gethashespersec is still 0... ?

The cURL stuff that goes out and gets the beneficiary lists seems to not be thread-safe or something, the GUI client regularly died if it tried to mine, so mining is disabled in the GUI client. Thus one uses the daemon for mining.

Sounds like it'd be cool to put in some kind of blurb somewhere to tell people that though, hmmm... Smiley

As to price/value of DeVCoins, the block reward is 50,000 coins (and never goes down; miner gets 10%, beneficiaries get 90%), it was designed deliberately to be worth no more that 1/1000 of a typical 21,000,000 max coins type of coin per coin.

I'm sorry, that too technical for me to follow. I thought it would be interesting to mine Devcoin just to see it work and play with it. If someone can explain how to solo mine in lay men's term, I would be obliged  Kiss

Do "devcoind -daemon" to start the daemon.

"devcoind help" for a list of commands it can send to the copy you did the -daemon flag with (as that one vanishes into background to become basically a "service").

"devcoind --help" for help about the various flags/switches such as the -daemon flag/switch.

Yes, I was able see all command by means of command line and help flag but there does not seem to be a flag that starts (solo) mining. Tx for all your help BTW.

Think there's already a yellow devcoin logo out there , thought I would throw this in the mix anyway. Went for opensource logo colours don't know how relevant that is.

I will include svg and png transparencys in different sizes If needed.  Grin
..

Thanks for the logo, you're awarded 3/5 of a generation share for the logo bounty:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=34586.msg1319359#msg1319359

Please post or message me your devcoin address and I'll put you on the bounty list.

By the way, there is also a leaderboard (728 x 90) devtome banner bounty described at:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=34586.msg1587171#msg1587171

So far one person is working on that, but there are six parts to the award so if you make one soon you're almost sure to get something.

-gen=1 on the command line (gen for generate), or gen=1 in the config file.

The --help should have shown that but maybe didn't explain it well or something?

You could use bitparking.com, they merge mine dvc, that would help also, but you would get more of a return.

The round 21 receiver files have been uploaded to:
http://galaxies.mygamesonline.org/receiver_21.csv
https://raw.github.com/Unthinkingbit/charity/master/receiver_21.csv
http://devcoinblockexplorer.info/receiver/receiver_21.csv
http://devtome.com/files/receiver_21.csv
http://devcoin.darkgamex.ch/receiver_21.csv

The account file is at:
https://raw.github.com/Unthinkingbit/charity/master/account_21.csv

There were 29 receiver lines, so the average generation share was worth 180,000,000 dvc / 29 = 6,206,897 dvc ~= 6,200,000 dvc. At the current vircurex price of 1.565 mcbtc/dvc, that works out to 6,206,897 dvc * 1.56 mcbtc/dvc = 9.7 btc. At the current mtgox price of 51.5 $/btc, that works out to 9.7 btc * 51.5 $/btc = 500$.

People on that list will start getting those coins in round 21, starting at block 84,000.  The procedure for generating the receiver files is at:
http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=devcoin#generating_the_files

The next bounties will go into round 22:
https://raw.github.com/Unthinkingbit/charity/master/bounty_22.csv

Because the generation share is so valuable this round, in round 22 there will be more receivers, so the generation share will be worth less, but it is still likely to be over 150$. Please write lots of articles:
http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=earn_devcoins_by_writing

to get on the devcoin rocket.
