8 hours now?

yes, quite disappointing but needed.

IMO best guess would still be in the hours.   Deeply sorry once again, but when it comes to security they have all the time they need and we just have to sit here and send hats.

That's the proper position to take.  If it's connectivity, be back up in seconds or suck my dick.

If it's security, take as long as it takes.

thanks very much for understanding.  We will put it back up when the team is certain.

Thanks to all who requested a hat, I'm heading to the PO now.  Please no more requests Smiley

You sure its not the airport micon?(lolz)
leaving on a jet plane don't know when ill be back again (lolz)

When I tried to cash out some chips, I get a "invalid cashout address" error.  I always carefully check addresses, so I know it's a legitimate address.  What causes this error message?

It's a site-wide problem.  I received the same error.

I'm glad for the outage. I logged on and this guy was so eager to win some chips he dumped 600 to me. I'll call that a good night! See you tomorrow.

Saturday 5k Guarantee at 2pm Las Vegas time [check your local Oblast for your time] [in about 2 hrs from now]

95+5  [.1 btc] & 5,000 guarantee aka 5 bitcoins.

that's now a high-value MTT, and the BIG BTC will be a heashot MTT tomorrow.  We may need to adjust these soon so let's strike while the iron is hot (although I'm thinking keep Saturday a "beefy" MTT / maybe we could add something like a 10 chip / 500 guar that starts an hr or 2 later on Saturday)

GLGLGLGL / I'll see you there.

Oh, and there are 35 cash tables running now too at limits from .05-.01 all the way to 10-20 PLO [2 coin buy in PLO has been running frequently]

so something for every bankroll always going at SwC at this stage.

Huge thank you to Seal Team 6 for their never-ending work on the site enabling us to spread all of this action today!

Any plans to add late registration to tourneys?  Being able to register for up to 10 minutes after the start time would be really nice.

as a player I hate not having late reg.  I like to max-late-reg sometimes and just fire at higher blinds.  You can expect this feature in the large level-up to our system Q1 2014.   Definitely sucks not having it now, fields would be ~10-20% larger IMO.

Speaking of large fields... the BIG BTC is going to be huge tomorrow with the recent btc run up.

20 coins guaranteed!  .5 buy in! Tomorrow 2pm Vegas time / 5pm ET

Bummer about late reg I hate late reg especiall when some sites keep it open 2 hours.  I don't get all the late rebuys just coming in to shove, yes I know just dead money I just prefer the no late registration. I am guessing briggs software has no late registration  which is why it is not an option.

I was coming here to make a new thread to talk about an AMAZING site I found for online poker with bitcoins... then I see a huge thread about it almost at the top Cheesy  Great site man, you're lucky you were the first in.  You must be making some serious cash since there are no huge competitors like PokerStars offering the bitcoin service.

I played poker quite a lot and did it as a small income, but withdrew all since I believe bitcoin will grow in value faster than I can grind with the bankroll.  Now I have best of both worlds!  MONEY is in BTC, and I can still make income playing poker with it!  HOW SICK IS THAT!

Micon,

Did I make the cut for free hats yesterday? That would be really cool considering I live in Ohio and go to Horseshoe poker room daily. I am always telling people about Seals.

glad you are on board! / been telling poker players to grind / save coins for 2 yrs now / hashtag winning strategy

you didn't make the cut but I will fire one out anyway.  If anyone else wants one, email me micon@sealswithclubs.eu and I'll forward to our hat guy.  Trying to get the hat process down by ~Feb. 2014 because I know everyone wants one and doesn't mind paying small monies for something really nice with their username.  We don't want to make any money on it but we need a reliable provider.

also...

Holy shit the BIG BTC gonna be big today...
