Was there an announcement a while back that I missed about trade history being cut off? I'm missing most of my trades from Feb-May because I wasn't on. Forget to transfer it over to my charts. Ouch!

Please add DGC to BTC-e to replace CNC when it goes.
DGC is currently trading at about 3/8th. of the FTC price which is good considering it's pretty much only traded on Cryptsy, and FTC is traded all over the place. I would expect DGC to be very popular on BTC-e and rapidly pass most of the other alt coins. All you have to do is look at the efforts of the DGC community compared to the communities behind most of the other alts on BTC-e to see what I mean.
BTC-e doesn't have a fast transaction coin that's suited for checkout style retail. DGC would be a great choice.

What's up with Neteller USD deposits, are they available or not?
I can see it in my deposit page but when I click on it I don't have any option to chose to deposit the money.

Digitalcoin (DGC/DTC) is the natural replacement for CNC. Highest hash-rate, trading volume, community support and usability of all altcoins aside from LTC. No idea what CNC/FTC are still doing on BTC-E.com but they both need replacing.

I recently sent 2k USD via wire transfer and noticed after I had already sent that your FAQ says you do not accept wire transfer from US bank accounts?? Why is this not stated on the actual deposit screen? What is going to happen to my money since it was already sent??
My friend here really needs a response on this. It is very unclear indeed on the site that you do not accept U.S. wire transfers, some sections like the Deposit USD area of the Finances page imply that you can. Then on other FAQ pages it says that U.S. transfers are not accepted. Right now his money is in limbo, floating off in some Czech bank, and he's getting a little concerned. Can someone please respond to this, or could someone who speaks Russian perhaps translate the key idea of what's going on? He would ultimately just really like his money to be sent back to the bank and account that originated the transfer at this point. Much appreciated, thanks.

It seems like there is a language barrier. He explained the issue to them, was asked for government ID, so then gave it to them. They responded to his uploaded ID by saying "Then follow directions" (that's all, 3 words) and copy pasting the account/bank information about where to send wire transfers to. (It appears they misunderstood the ticket? Idk) edit: and he is of course sending numerous messages to support through that link attempting to explain all this and get their attention and is not getting much of it.

Have you hard back on this issue? I don't see in the FAQ that they do not support U.S. Bank wire transfers... Have others used this payment method successfully? I wonder if it just takes a long time to process...

On the main website they do indeed fail to mention anywhere that they don't accept U.S. wires. However, if you go to their "support" site, you will see on the FAQ there: https://hdbtce.kayako.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/30/0/deposit-methods-usd--eur--rur

Any change of a withdrawal / deposit API being released?
Don't expect it for government-issued currency, since that's a tricky issue... but virtual currency seems natural to convert automatically.
One request I've seen is a Bitcoin / Litecoin client that can "automatically" convert between the two. The only way I can think of this reasonably done w/o taking risk and being a hold of large amounts of Bitcoin / Litecoin to self-manage the conversion is to take an exchange and use it to perform market purchases.
Ex: User wants to convert BTC -> LTC w/ market rate Client looks up rates and calculates estimated LTC for a given BTC amount
Client requests a deposit address from backend Client sends amount to backend Client waits for backend to accept payment (another API call)
Client performs trade using standard API
Client requests a withdrawal to a given address
Boom, instant transfer.
Note: You could make this userless by doing the following API...
Client sends: * limit rate or simply allows market value * currency X type * currency Y type * amount of currency X * target address for currency Y
Server sends: * address of currency type X * estimated return value in currency Y given the estimated amount of currency X * expected fee to be taken out (either this could have already been applied to expected return value, or defined as a value to subtract to determine your real estimated return value) * ID of some sort for future tracking APIs
Server does not have to expect the exact amount going in, it can take all that is going in to the address in a reasonably close period of time (ex: within 2 blocks starting time)... then it performs a purchase of currency Y using parameters passed in... then sends Y back to the user
BTC-e could stand to gain a bundle from this w/o having to deal with users... just an API needs to be designed and appropriate automation fees applied (though... last I saw... standard LTC withdrawal fee was quite huge relative to the USD value... newer clients, IIRR use a lower value)
