THE TRUTH THAT ANGRY lol

UTC is the best unfair coin ever !!!

the parameters on the retarget nfactor are not communicated and a pool have  more than 51% of hasrate network

congratulations dev !!

Other coins such as Heavycoin has a pool with over 51% hash rate also...
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=506774.msg6095032#msg6095032

The reason for Ultracoin and the like have such issues is for one due to lack of multipools.
Other Scrypt coins are mined by tons of auto profit switching pools. So it can't have this problem.
But Ultracoin cannot be mined like that as N factor schedule varies between different coins.

In the meantime, I have requested some unique pool operators such as http://max.1gh.com/ to consider opening a pool for Ultracoin.

Does it still work with the modded CG Miner? I kept lowering my TC settings but still only getting hardware error

It will work simply by lowering the Intensity by 1.
But it won't get you the most optimal hash rate.

1) my 3 x 290 miner has a WU of 153 kh/s
2) my 4 x 280X miner has a WU of 154 kh/s

which make me think i should be able to tweak miner 2 a bit more Smiley

My 4 x 280X miner has a WU of 195 after over an hour. (Each hashing @ 55Kh/s)
That's with my cards underclocked & undervolted also. (1025/1500 @ 1.075v)

currently what i figured out manually, this seems to be the top #3 pools

network speed 118.09 MH/s

ultra.nitro.org    148.65 MH/s
ultra2.nitro.org    28.12 MH/s
utc.greekpool.eu   5.54 MH/s

that #1 pool goes faster than the network speed?

mine go 44.5 kh/s each, with ultracoinminer.exe (i haven't tried yacminer yet)

I love this coin. I designed a custom Physical Coin ( not finished yet ) , and also some Laser Engraved UTC Keychains!

The key chains finally came today!

I am listing them on a site I recently made as well!

I have it setup so I can manually take UTC payment ( can also take automated BTC, and LTC payments ), so test it out and let me know how it works!

http://www.cryptomemorabilia.com/

Any questions, send me a PM or email!

-Brian Gleason

Really nice, might get 1 or 2 of them at some point

Thanks!

I feel like giving 2 of these away!

For the next 24 hours, anyone who quotes the keychain announcement above with the picture and website link, I will enter in a drawing. I will randomly pick 2 people out of everyone who quotes my message to help get the word out!

SxC, consider yourself entered already !

-Brian

moving this up to remind people of the give-away, if they want to enter before I make the picks tonight, just quote this !

-Brian

Oh thankyou for the chance Cheesy

Btw my birthday 6th April (wink wink Tongue)

Bump  cos it may of got lost in the last few pages

Where are parameters for --sj-nfmin --sj-nfmax --sj-time on the retarget nfactor ?! LOL

THIS IS SO UNFAIR LOL

Those 3 are always fixed/identical regardless of N factor change:
cgminer = --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600
ultracoinminer = --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600
yacminer = --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600

So explain to me why we have low hasrate and no communication about it

I'm curious about your answer

its unfair thats all

please take a look about high hashrates on <51% pool http://ultra.nitro.org//

LMAO

you have low hashrate becasue its scrypt jane, if you dont have basic knowledge of coins, you should not be mining.....

we are are aware of the hash distribution and im talking with the owner of nitro.

so AGAIN, your comments ad nothing, kindly leave this thread alone, we dont need your negativity, thank you

Hello, can someone improve my config for a 7950? I only get 18kh/s

Code:
ultracoinminer -o stratum+tcp://ultra2.nitro.org:4337 -u albertocp.a -p a --scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 -w 256 -g 2 -I 10 --thread-concurrency 16384 --no-submit-stale --expiry 10 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --gpu-engine 1040 --gpu-memclock 1250

If I put -I 11 I get 35kh/s but with some HW

another question, what is the reason of the n scrypt change?

THE TRUTH THAT ANGRY lol

UTC is the best unfair coin ever !!!

THE PARAMETERS ON THE RETARGET NFACTOR ARE NOT COMMUNICATED and the developer gives permission to have a pool of more than 51% network hashrate

congratulations dev !!

ok im reporting you

its a simple question :

"WHERE ARE PAREMETERS FOR RETARGET NFACTOR ?"

EXPLAIN TO ME !!!!

its unfair thats all

Its unfair that the founder does not tell you how to mine? charles lee is helping you with your LTC mining settings?

kindly go spam somewhere else now, i told you this community is about positivity, we dont need your negative cloud here, thank you

Code:

The Yacminer should get a bit more Kh/s but I've not tried yet.
