Ah there's a poloniex ann thread here. I haven't visited poloniex yet since they screwed that stellar distribution on bitcoin holders. To make the story worst bittrex suddenly  gave their bitcoin holders their fair share.
About stellar (lumens) free giveaway to all bitcoin holders back then, Poloniex already mentioned if they didn't support this giveaway. When they said that, you could withdraw your money and move it into a place with support lumens giveaway on that time.

Is there a way to choose from with coin is the transaction fee??

I really prefer to pay the fee's in BTC, but in Polo I do not have that choice...

Poloniex will loose all the customers if they dont provide any support. Who will use poloniex when they dont respond? It is becoming dangerous.

And this day in age with so many tools to automate most of your support issues, it is sad any company takes days to respond to tickets, Poloniex does make enough money to have a decent support team, going 9 days with no response is sad, I feel sorry for people who have gone months and with issues relating to large sums of money....

Yeah, they said the same thing about the BCash/BTC fork.... Gues what happened to me..

I made a withdraw order for my btc at 2017-07-31 @ around 13:00 UTC...

It took 2 weeks for them to fullfill that order....... And no, i still did not get the corresponding BCH to my account (and i believe, i never will get them...)

So .... it's completely FUBAR Sad

By the way ... i think i know why my account was flagged for manual approval..

I tried to get Level 2 verification .... which was all ok except _one_ point.

They said, my selfie with my id card was unreadable... So they was unable to verify that i are who i am..... because of what?!?

What the heck do they think? My ID card is in the size of a standard credit card.

How are i am supposed to get this fucking dumb request fullfilled?

HOW can they put me on manual approval for every single fucking transaction out of the exchange even if i not even _NEARLY_ have enough value to reacht the limits?

It's just ...... crap.

They do what ever they want ..... and not what they're supposed to do according to their own terms of use....

Anyway ... as i said, i have most of my holdings out there .... the remaining few satoshis are now mostly idling because the interest rates on margin lending are completely down below any usable value...

So .. well .... i'm out of this game.....

No, polo doesn't have that option. I have limited options of exchanges (only trex for now as I took some distance from polo for a while) but O never know there's an exchange that allows fee payment on different coin. Where is it?

And, actually I think paying in corresponding coin is better, because you can get a cheaper fee that way.

#395307 NAUT coin Deposit issue.. Its been 24 hrs. No response from support. Missing $550 worth of my Naut Coin.

Guys how much time you make your users to wait to deposit??? And no response too??
Is this ticket still open for you? I got exactly same coin around same time (luckily only 1/10 of your value) and it also didn't appear. Ticket still open after 3 days now and reading the items over here I don't have good hope

Wrong. Maybe you haven't paid much attention to it sir. Poloniex tweeted about it hours after Stellar's screen shot schedule. And it left a bad taste for many traders including me.

Poloniex has about $10K of my money and I am unable to get it out of the exchange.  Moreover, I have proof someone inside the company is engaging in insider trading and manipulating the market.  Poloniex doesn't respond to tickets.   Angry

Heh .. i would not surprise me at all .. but i'd like to see some proof about that...

Because ... that would be surely a reason to sue them and take them down in the long run....

Hello there,

I don't think this is much of an effect, because I kept on waiting even though I enabled 2FA. This could be a coincidence.

I tried to reach Poloniex from Twitter and it got faster.

What coin is good for withdrawing from Poloniex in order to avoid it getting "stuck/lost" as a lot of people complain about?

Everyone who has had money stuck on poloniex without any response from them for a few weeks should put a negative feedback on every poloniex person they can find.
holding peoples money for weeks going into months and refusing to process it or even respond to tickets is simply unconscionable.

We can start by filling a negative trust for this guy and then work our way up
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=139578

Please do this if you have lost a serious amount of money but please don't if its not a large amount for you personally.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my withdrawal to process even though I followed all of the rules. I will wait a full month and then I will go to town on these guys telling my sad story to anyone who will listen (including the authorities)

POLONIEX, if you don't want a swarm of negative feedback and the loss of business that comes with that then don't screw your customers.

People are very frustrating service. A lot of advice don't use Poloniex. Support team does not answer even after many days, it's so bad. Poloniex needs to improve the situation. I'm not using it now but hope it better.
