Guys, what's wrong with DASH? When BTC started to dump i moved half of my funds to DASH but now it is lower than my enter.
This is the best explanation I've seen: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=999886.0 I've just found out there's a Brexit situation.
Typical low information voter.

Bitcoin goes up, Dash goes down.
Bitcoin goes down, Dash goes down.
Love the logic of the markets lol
Dash instamine whales makes Dash looks like some legit coin that rises naturally when crypto is booming/bullish ... but it is all pump and dump so they can siphon your precious BTCs

votes in the centralized, instamined coin? those votes are not worth a shit...what a grotesque form of democracy Dash's DAO (Duffield's Anal Orgasm) Dash is not a democracy. Dash's governance system relies in its masternode operators which are the people running the collateralized nodes on the Dash network. The reason why this governance system works is because you are relying on people that are invested and have a stake on the network success but also are providing infrastructure and services to the network, so it is not only about stake but also about participation. By using this ingenious model Dash is able to remain pure Proof of Work for security where it matters but also drive the network decisions based on the risk and involvement of stakeholders. Is not only about owning some Dash, we will have many people that will invest in a little DASH or simply use it for its many advantages, instant confirmations etc, but not all users wish to or will get invested to the level of running infrastructure and participating in governance. Even more so in the future when we reach a more mainstream audience. So it is not a system in which everyone is equal that would be more akin to socialism which we dont support, it is really a system that fosters open free market participation and people can take as much risk as they are able to. This is why anyone that meets the requirements can become a masternode without needing permission, but it is not an intrinsic right that comes just from holding DASH it is more involved than that. In the future many users wont be involved in running the infrastructure and governing the network, they will just be users and enjoy the decentralized financial services the network offers. We are still at the early stages of the project so many people joining now are joining as investors, infrastructure suppliers and governance representatives but this will change over time specially when more user friendly services are released and more people will join just as standard users. oh..okay, it is the governance of the instamine masternode operators.

I did similar, though not with as much as that. But yes disappointed in Dash lacklustre price and the fact that I underestimated chances of Brexit actually happening (would have stayed all in bitcoin if I'd had more faith in Brexit). In my opinion Dash needs to be accepted as payment for things. Where can you pay for your VPS with Dash? Where can you buy a T-Shirt with Dash? Its all very well having nice governance and instant transactions but where can I buy stuff? Where is the demand coming from ?

And a new website. Can't put the link with my phone, if someone have them Sure you can buy VPS, VPN and T-shirt with Dash, even wine. I agree it's not yet mass adoption, but really I think it's a nice beginning, and growing day after day.

Ouch. I had to have an involuntary chuckle at that and I've a cracked rib right now from a fall I took on rollerblades the other day. Could you not do any more jokes please, or at least make sure they're to your usual standard Oops, the post you enjoyed was deleted. Funny how a responsive (and amusing!) post about the new DailyDash show gets removed, while the off-topic BREXIT chat and TaoSpam are left to clutter the thread. Perhaps it was reported by a bagholder that is very grumpy about today's -13.44% DashCrash?Does Dash have a plan to move away from fixed block sizes? It seems dynamic blocksizing has more advantages, based on the talk given at today's On-Chain Scaling conference.

Panic Sell in Dash?
LOL, irrational. There is nothing else to it. The market place is so small, with such volitility, it's going to be years before we see stability. When you can actually live off of crypto, without resorting to fiat, then the tide will have turned. But that will take a lot of work and time. However, I'm sure of one thing. That this WILL happen, and that Dash will be at the top.

That this WILL happen, and that Dash will be at the top. With small liquidity, the price change by small sell. If dash down to 3~5$ level, make chance to increase masternodes. Just count masternode numbers increasing everyday. Trading between masternode owner will occur with big volume, only if dash price goes to the moon.

So, let me extrapolate Our goal is free Dash and infinite masternodes. free DASH 5600-3900 : 2700 locked in masternode 3900 In free dash(2700) many dash would be hacked or out of handlling, forget wallet password.... So I think free dash is small. Let's think : effective dash amount are about 4000*1000 coins ( free dash in exchange site in ask side are 78*1000 coins ) ( Poloniex dash lending are 16*1000 coins ) After oct 2015, linear increasing in MNs : Mined coins, masternode reward coins goes to new masternode.

After watching polo lending market, the last two days, my interpretation is that these sells are mostly margin based, has someone else observed it, or even more insight?

That can be the cause. Since Dash can be margin-traded it is profitable in both directions for traders. And it seems to be easier to cause a long downtrend than a rise now. Especially when there is no demand. But also I don't get the purpose of the sell wall at 0.015. It's obvious price won't go there anytime soon. Then why doesn't he move it lower or sell into buy orders? All the support walls were either dumped into or mostly moved to 0.006 or pulled.
