People are holding because of the master nodes, very soon we will have some very nice and very easy darks every month. there is no dump because of the master nodes issue. We are all holding. Who want to lose the opportunity to get free darks every month?

Maxcoin went from 40 dollars to 0.12, screwing many people over and many potential enthusiasts. If someone is adept enough to come to DRK coin thread and ask advice, why would you want to lie and say "buy buy buy"? At least be reasonable and say be careful.

Based on the rise, I can say this is a pump. Masternodes will get some people to hold, but not all.

BTC/LTC is going mainstream and to Wallstreet, this year. I assume everyone already knows that or they should by now. I know one of the largest holders of BTC in the world, online at least, and he straight up told me his plans... (long story, but it had to do with my doubts about the future of LTC). They will both be going up according to him, as they plan on "pumping" BTC/LTC, this year, although he didn't use that word. They will also be facing increasing scrutiny, investigations, tracing, and become riskier to use in the manner they have been in the past. He also hates Darkcoin by the way, and the Darknet. Most powerful people behind BTC/LTC don't want it used there, they want it "legit." They don't want Darkcoin to even exist and they want the value to be as low as possible so it has no status. The market doesn't care what those in power want though, and if DRK reaches the holy grail of real world use, we can only imagine how high it will go.

I have been predicting for a long time that DRK will continue to rise, and of course correct, but with a higher floor each time. It may not be wise for those looking for a quick flip, at this point. I think it is right up there with BTC/LTC for a long term coin however. Just my thoughts.

The question is, can DRK get to $100? 

I think so....

LTC hit $50 a few months ago.

LTC has 28.5 million coins.
DRK has 4.4 million coins and real innovation to make it more useful than even BTC.

There's about 6 time less DRK than LTC so by this logic there's no reason DRK could not hit $300 if the conditions are right.

From a miners perspective, DRK mining is more power efficient than LTC, so I think there will be a shift from LTC to DRK in the coming months.

I agree with you on all points except the pump. To me it looks like someone is accumulating (maybe Mr. 300k DRK), for what I'm not sure, could be MN or could be to dump, or just to hedge against other cryptos.

This coin has serious potential, but 75% of it is unrealized at the moment.
