There is a very small window to gain real adoption between now and when dark wallet is released at year end. I suggest the opportunity should not be missed.
Darkwallet? Really? A mixer no different/better from blockchain.info and bitcoinfog? I'm starting to wonder if you've been bitten by a troll and become one yourself... Zombies... I think he has a point. I've made a similar point a few thousand pages back, somewhere (hence I think he has a point). Evan has been doing his bit, by the bucket loads - so now its for us to get organised and start getting this thing moving. We don't want distractions of DarkWallet or Zerocash, even if more options gives rise to greater discussion. We do need to start owning this eCash space. I see your's and his points. I just don't believe it's a thing that can be done. I've never, ever, in my entire life, witnessed a single example of people becoming educated and making a wise choice. It's never happened no matter how much energy was poured into it. I would lead the charge if I thought it would work... I have much to gain from it. But, I don't put my efforts into things that have been proven so absolutely to not ever work, not even once, never... Violence is all they understand. Until guv shows up to haul them away, they don't get motivated. By then, it's too late... We won't see anyone take DRK seriously again until NY passes it's ban and people realize they can't just ignore it and get caught in it. Until a heavy hand forces them, they take the path of least resistance. |

I've served my time pumping DRK on here and don't think I need to prove my credentials in that department. Not only that but I've loaded up again on the recent dip, simply because I could afford it and like the new developments. Despite that, it's becoming clear that the market is not endorsing the weeks long price projections that have been posted re. post RC4 revaluations. So maybe before posting comments like "cryptonote tech is obsolete afai'm concerned" some humble pie is on the menu for many on this thread - myself included. I like to discuss DRK but if I feel like it I'm going to discuss other coins as well because this happens to be a thread I contribute to perdiodically. We need to grow up and stop sh*tting ourselves about our investments. The market's going to do whatever it's going to do. I wasn't "pumping another coin" I was having a bit of fun while drawing attention to what I think is an interesting and innovative project. |

My .31 is claiming I have no funds at all when I try to send, while it shows the proper balance at the same time. Won't step up to God Mode, won't let me send a single DRK...
When I changed from 1 to 8, it stopped declaring that I had any denominated finds. It just shows the balance.
