I'm simply not going to tolerate off topic spam. They contribute nothing to the discussion, provide zero evidence and simply tagteam accounts to backup themselves. As per their meta thread which fell flat on their face. It wouldn't make sense to allow a few bad apples to ruin any serious discussion.

Dogie a suggestion to you lock this thread and start a moderated one.  Now I say this out of respect.  If you look at the issues I have had way before our dustup you will see you may need to run moderated thread.

 I deal with seriouscoin constantly in my reoccurring difficulty adjustment thread in the speculation forum.  notlist3 helped run some of these threads and he did not know how bad seriouscoin was.

By modding the treads  he no longer mouths off with endless foul mouthed insults.

The main point was that you are obviously bumping all BITMAIN threads at once just to gain visibility. In reply you posted a random situation. You only caught a good moment to take a screenshot just like PatMan did. The situation which you posted in your screenshot was just temporary and it's not something that's happening normally. There is obvious bias in this guide and now with spam posting Bitmain threads that is a complete lack of respect for Bitmain and their efforts to do better. You are dragging them down with you Dogie and that isn't cool. Maybe you need to rethink your "support" for companies at this point given when you comment in threads, you are merely trying to burying other threads in a sea of dogie spam. It is unnecessary and the mods should be reviewing this and warning you. That is the issue.

I am a representative of Bitmain. Absolutely upgrade to 12/19, it is the most stable of all S3 firmwares and fixes a critical bug.

That is bitmain's flaw to have you as a representative if they actually do. Saying that, I've never seen bitmain refer to you as their representative anywhere.

In any case, you should know that it is adequate to simply update cgminer in the Aug firmware as the reset button (your favourite excuse) works well. Just the stratum bug that was fixed in cgminer 4.6.1 needs to be corrected in the Aug firmware, but you did not even ask the OP to check for cgminer version before suggesting your firmware update (for all we know, his unit may have an updated cgminer from the previous owner!).

EDIT: And why do you insist on posting links to your firmware updates rather than refer people to the bitmain site? Does that link contain your own edited firmware where you've introduced suttle bugs to steal hash-rate or some other sinister stuff under the cover of a bitmain representative?

EDIT: If bitmain have scrapped a firmware release, why do you keep telling people to install that release? Will you recompense them if their rigs (which may be out of warranty) malfunction? We are on topic on this thread and it is more than fair game to ridicule his overt bias and tit for tat bullshit in the forums. The mods need to do more to cull his posts as it now looks he is trying to spread disinformation not only about SPtech but Bitmain as well.

Will Dogie readjust Technobits rating downwards given the outstanding shipping and ethical issues?

I would love to write a review for the 2hex8m but I'm still waiting for my 2 to arrive ordered in December pre production batch. To this day I've had promise after promises from Martin when I have phoned, but much to my dismay I'm 606 euros down no miners and not much more to say really.
I'd just like my money back now so I can buy myself something useful like a bike

You already know the answer, because I gave it you SIX days ago. And since then you've posted 5x in your own thread calling me a fraud, when you KNOW the actual answer. I even posted it in your thread, but you deleted it with your self moderated topic.

There is PLENTY more available on technobit outright fraud but Dogie I guess is a paid spokesmen for them as well given that rating seems to be a few of those type ratings in his guide. Minersource to my knowledge has also defrauded at least one other fabricator like the claim black arrow made and have as Gleb said left a trail of broken contracts beyond what you read in these forums typically. Do not deal with either company. Further just avoid Dogie's hardware guide too many inconsistencies with regards to turning a blind eye to fraud or lack of ethics.

1) My guide has nothing to do with minersource, resellers are not manufacturers.
2) What you failed to mention is that order delays don't fall under "ethics" as they are not ethical infractions, something you'd know if you'd bothered to read the criterion before calling me a fraud.
3) Technobit's ratings for on time deliveries and refund issues are too high however, and will be corrected in the next update. See? That was easy, when something is wrong all you have to do is point it out, again rather than calling me a fraud.
4) No I am not a paid spokesman [not spokesmen] for Technobit, otherwise you'd see a message about that. I don't do deals in the dark, there is a reason everything I do is done in the bright light of the forums.

Hello to all people who has been deceived by technobit.eu

After consultation with my lawyer he suggests the following procedure:
( Applies only to people in the EU, all others... sorry )

First:
Write to technobit.eu a letter with the demand for your goods or at your money within 14 days after receipt of the letter.
This letter you send via registered mail with Advice of delivery to technobit.eu.
Registered mail with Advice of delivery  is important! This is the only way you can later prove that you have put your demands against technobit.eu.
(E-Mail with reading confirmation would also be possible , but we know... e -mails will not be read from technobit.eu)

Second:
Wait for the Advice of delivery. Should not take longer than 1 week.
If the letter is not deliverable , which can be assumed , go immediately with your Advice of delivery and your Invoice to a competent authority (police, courts) and make a complaint about Internet fraud against technobit.eu.

If the letter deliverable, wait 14 days.
If you have not received anything until the expiry of the time limit, then ... see above.
A possible message or E-Mail stating "we will send later" you can safely ignore.

So much only once by this time, everything else at a later time.
