So far we have 92 users listed in our spreadsheet with 250 BTC alltogether. The admin claimed there were about 1000 users signed up to the website with 500 BTC. I find it hard to believe the other 900 users have 250 BTC too.
From the 250 BTC, 6 have been paid back.

havnt checked this thread in 2 weeks, did i miss anything ? The BTC-Arbs admin posted here he wants to refund us our deposits (without the gained interest) Therefore he requested us to PM him our details (btc-arbs username, transaction IDs, wallet address to be refunded to) so he can refund you. We're keeping a list to check who has been refunded and the amounts, you can find the list here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lSUi0_1bqe0sv5XI4EvXWPcWI7fwnJbFQY-kMsYxp10/edit?pli=1#gid=1324696940Edit: xminer, I added your details to the spreadsheet.

btc-arbs Administrator Could you tell my why you can't just Reopen the site if it is your intention to repay us. Reopening the site would sure give your credibility a boost.
Because a PONZI scheme is unsustainable. Continuing the site will probably allow him to pay you off, but then he'll have a new set of people he won't be able to pay and the problem continues. Hence why HYIP admins cut and run. He could just loaded the page up, but not accepting any new deposits, if he is no scammer, where he previously claimed. Also, the way he make us to demand the refund from him, was really very inconvenience for us. Well, but he was not the first scammer, and certainly not the last.

Yep this clearly smells of more lies...there's no reason he/she couldn't have just brought the site back up, stopped taking new deposits, and use the data stored in the site to know exactly who he/she f*cked over and thus pay back. I sent my info with the small hope I'd get my BTC back, but truth be told not knowing who this person is means I can't just show up on their doorstep with the cops and get my money back.

I have pmed the so called admin and have emailed his refund address but my btc still hasn't been returned. Can someone please add my name to the list. I am unable to bc my cell phone is shitty. Much appreciated.

More refunds paid. Another 1 coin sent to freejack. Not all refunds that were paid are from members who actively post here. Many are from emails.

STAY AWAY: rockwell,btc-arbs,bitcoin-trader - I've been playing HYIP's and have a near flawless record over the last year. Made over 1000% return last year. Play HYIP's safely and smart! Stay away from the referral whores on this forum, especially from those putting out their referral links in their signatures. They have no other interest but to profit from you.

Sent PM two days ago, two deposits totaling ~0.75 BTC, haven't heard anything back. Going to send email as well. Hoping to get a refund soon.

Could you include instructions on the original post for people wanting to get a refund? That way people don't have to leaf through the thread to find what they need (e.g. btc-arbs admin's email address). Also, I didn't label the tx's when I sent bitcoin to btc-arbs, any ideas how I could figure out my tx id's? (like maybe a list of deposit addresses for btc-arbs that I can compare my records to?) Do I need to track those down in order to get my refund? *headache*

I would like to know the philosophy behind who gets what? How is it Freejack gets 4btc back and I have received zilcho??? Not that I'm wishing any ill will on Freejack, I hope he gets all his funds back, but I was neither the smallest nor the largest and I haven't so much as received a hiccup in my direction! What gives?
New page, new spreadsheet link - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lSUi0_1bqe0sv5XI4EvXWPcWI7fwnJbFQY-kMsYxp10To be clear, I have received 2 Bitcoin since the refunds via Bitcointalk.org started. The other 2.2 came over the three week period where the trickle transfers out of "legacy balance" were happening. The list of people that need to be paid back is growing and it makes more sense to pay people back in full wherever possible (to reduce the number of voices, clamoring for refunds). It's probably going to be a first come, first served type of deal. Rest assured, there will be a WHOLE lot of people who are repaid in full, before I am. He's committed to a timeframe of 20-40 days to have me repaid. If that doesn't happen, or it is clear that payments are not happening on a timely basis, we're going to have to organize a class action against him and seek satisfaction through legal channels. It's more time-consuming, but the potential for adding punitive damages is there. At the pace he's currently repaying me, 40 days is going to be tough to accomplish...let alone 20.

Updated spreadsheet with btc-arbs name (CryptKeeper), not bitcointalk name, hope he comes through...
What is the point in putting the btc-arbs name in the spreadsheet? The spreadsheet is to let us track who gets refunded and the username lets us contact each other if on bitcointalk. If people start adding btc-arbs usernames, we won't know who they are and cannot contact them. Btc-arbs admin shouldn't be using the spreadsheet, he should be using the emails and PM's we sent him to determine the refund. But, he should already have had that information anyway.

The spreadsheet can be helpful for him, too. I'm sure all of these PMs and e-mails may be slightly tough to keep straight.

I don't understand what you mean "so long", this repayment thing just started 2 days ago. Isn't it obvious to you that we are being Paid Back from him arbing ?
