Hi,

I couldn't find any way to initiate a support ticket but found this thread.

I've entered my ETH payout address and used the email link to unlock but ETH payouts are still showing as locked.  Also my miner is showing under workers but not on my dashboard.

I'd appreciate it if you could take a look.

User - craige

Thanks.

Hi

1. Sign out from your coinotron account
2. Clear your web browser's cache
3. Restart web browser
4. Sign in to your coinotron account
5. Paste unlock link to your browsers address bar and press refresh
6. If you see error message displayed below Coinotron's menu please provide me with screenshot or just message text.
7. If "Success", go to "My Account->Account Settings" - payout should be  enabled

Is your miner missing on dashboard right now ?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I don't know if this question is already answered, but here it goes, is Coinotron going to start signaling for LTC segwit?

We will support segwit when ltc developers introduce it.

Thanks, the payout issue is resolved although I'm still getting the green box at the top saying '[2016-11-25] ETH payouts are enabled.' and it keeps returning even when I close it.

Yes, the dashboard 'Active workers' just says 'No data to display' but I can see the hash rate on the left, under 'Pools' and the Graphs are all working.

hey

Thanks for adding  a ZEC pool that can be done as PPS .Id rather use your PPS pool over antminers Zec pps pool, any day.

IS there Any way you can add SSL/TLS support so  we can get the lesser fee if we use Claymore miner and to be honest right now till either https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1716584.0 or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1612329.0 catch up in speed, claymore  is really the only miner to use for Zec mining unless you write you own miners.

I'm Not here starting something , just asking to have some support added, i don't give a rats ass about claymore fees but if i can use it @ a lower fee i will, with out using third party software that by passes the fee or turn off the Fee.

Right now we have only PPLNS in ZEC pool. RBPPS and maybe PPS will be added in following weeks. We must solve some blocks to evaluate ZEC pool.
I didn't know that Claymore gets lower fee when you are using SSL/TLS.
I will add that feature ASAP.

FYI,

We added ZEC pool. Just point your ZEC miners to port 3346. More info in Help section: https://www.coinotron.com/app?action=help

That explains why i didn't get any pay or reward i have it set to PPS for the Zec pool, I'll set it to PPLNS it let me set it to PPS or it looked that way .

From the claymore  read me thanks for adding it.

This miner is free-to-use, however, current developer fee is 2% if you use secure SSL/TLS connection to mining pool, every hour the miner mines for 72 seconds for developer.
If you use unsecure connection to mining pool, current developer fee is 2.5%, every hour the miner mines for 90 seconds for developer.
If you don't agree with the dev fee - don't use this miner, or use "-nofee" option.

Is there any chance to add monero (XMR) pool or remove some "dead currencies"? I think too that auto payout for all currencies is very high value.

We are working on adding Monero.
Regarding Minimum autopayout threshold - I don't remember any complains in last 4 months. Anyways we are monitoring situation.

ZEC pool:

  • We added support for SSL/TLS  on port 3347. If you are using Claymore's miner you will pay less fee
  • We've lowered minimum ZEC payout to 0.01
