FYI

Today we are starting Two-Factor Authentication beta tests.

Two-factor authentication is a system that requires you to prove your identity when changing withdrawal address, in addition to inputting your normal account name and password. This is done using an app that you install on a mobile device.

During beta tests 10% of active miners will be able to setup Google Authenticator protection of their payout addresses.
If you are in this group, you will see link: "Protect your withdrawal addresses with Google Authenticator" on "My account" page.
Click that link and follow instructions to setup 2FA.

Once you enable Google Authenticator it cannot be removed.

What if your mobile gets stolen/reset, app gets deleted. Are there ways to recover?

You can write to me from email you set up during registration. This will allow authenticate you and reset GA.
Nonetheless, you should keep backup of your secret key in safe place, just like other passwords.

Store the secret code somewhere secure. Then you can reinitialize the Authenticator for Coinotron in the future, on any phone....

GA is up and running for me. Nice addition to the Pool...

I actually wonder about that myself for the other two services, where I enabled GA, I just scanned the barcode and hit Done.

EDIT: Have you re-enabled TRC payouts?

EDIT 2: I've had 10.86895325 PPC stuck in Unconfirmed rewards for over 2 days now. Is that normal. (Test-mined them just for fun).

I will probably enable TRC payouts today.
PPC needs 520 confirmations. Depending on network hashrate it may take 3-4 days.

difficulty increased quite a bit at last retarget, shy miners just left, so it's a bit slower now

is there any way to see how Manny confirmations are left on blocks Coinotron found?

TRC network is under attack again: http://trc.cryptocoinexplorer.com/chain/Terracoin?hi=177218&count=100

We increased number of confirmations in TRC pool to 250.
Payouts are suspended.

If I've helped you, who knows it could happen =) PLZ donate      BTC - 34CGHYkhKi2eFP5GBhtsNpQdFvrxo7WT1u     LTC - WfGiVRgBTLWzfiEfg69QVReWiDvMuQxxHW
