I hate when people get blocked and the matter is no longer subject to review. I hate this because mistakes are made regularly. Casinos often struggle with finding good AML officers. What happened to you, shouldn't vanish. I hope your post will gain more attention because they either have to explain why they blocked you, what you abused exactly or they should review the matter and unlock you.
I'd be happy if they unblocked my account and explained the reason for the blocking. Hell, I'd even happily make a deposit and wagered it, because I genuinely liked this casino. But when they allow themselves to block it like this and justify it with cliched phrases, it's definitely off-putting. I don't believe they'll unblock my account because there hasn't been a response since my last email, even though I asked for an explanation of the exact reason for the blocking. They just ignore me, but I'm not too upset and am now playing at another casino, where I also won a bonus and have already made a deposit just in case!

Their forum representative @bctokenbot recently become active on dealing all the issue related to this casino. You can PM him and ask for help and let’s if he has a special power to reconsider issue like this if there’s no real abuse happened aside from their own definition of abuse that is not clearly explained.
Casino is always firm with their decision if you will just rely on casino support since it’s easier for them to do the generic post to easily close your case instead of prolonging the issue.
Base on the trust feedback left by BC.Game account, there are at least three official accounts own by BC.Game team, and some of them are for customer support purposes. BC.Game Support.BcPoker.bctokenbotThe third account does not tag by BC.Game account and there is advice to do this.
@bctokenbot is also the official account for handling issues for bcgame.
Add a neutral feedback to that account.

so if you win a contest from them and get a bonus code, even if you finish the wager requirement, if you don't deposit, you can't withdraw it. i have won more than one of those contests on the forum, and i remember being able to withdraw without making any deposits at the time, so this must be some new policy. also, i don't remember there was any requirement for a deposit back then, so changing the requirement for a bonus code afterward is very unfair.

I'm having issues with my deposit. I have submitted proofs multiple times but it keeps coming up with excuses to post receipts again and again. Just the UTR should be enough for this to happen. I have already sent reciept and even bank statement. Yet the team cannot figure out if the tx is legit or not. I'm losing my mind. Is anyone having similar issues? how did you resolve? Why can't they ask merchant for their bank statement to corroborate? Why are they making it harder for their customer? Any Indian users with similar issues? Paid via Phone pe(UPI), shared phone pe receipt and shared a video of me opening the app and showing the transaction. Yet they aren't satisfied. The customer support is AI who keeps repeating the same thing again and again. No human interaction. Feels like talking to a wall. To add to everything. No email support or any way to contact me personally. Just the bot. Making things much harder.

I dont understand, what do you mean "Did you remember it rightly?" ? About mandatory to make deposit to withdraw bonus? Read last pages, Cryptomuster story and bc.game representative reply. About contest, I found last one from games and rounds, check few other topics as well, there were nothing about deposit. I recall only CoinRoyale require tiny deposit to be made to be able to take part in their competitions.

About the bank statement, that’s not something that’s easily given out. You know there’s bank secrecy laws, and usually it’s only released with full consent or through proper legal process. If it involves bank transactions, there’s always a procedure to follow. So what exactly is your main problem here, is it still about the fiat deposit issue? And by the way, what country are you in, and what are the laws there when it comes to fiat gambling.

I have made the payment through the QR code they providsed to their merchant, now they aren't acknowledging the deposit and instead asking me for frivolous details. I have provided them with my bank statement in a date range(3 days) out of which the tx happened. I have also provided them with proof of transaction through the payment app, through which I've made the payment. On top of all this, they asked for a video of me opening the payment app and showing the transaction in tx history. Which I also provided(it is ridiculous). Yet, they are having issues confirming my transaction. What else can I possibly send them? In the latest update, they tell me that the merchant's payment ID isn't fully visible in the transaction. It shows the first few letters and the last few + the bank's name while middle portion is asterisk. That asterisk portion is for security of the merchant and his setting, so that others can't misuse their payment channel(You can google it and it'll show you the same). Yet, the support tells me to contact my bank and request them for a proof with full merchant's payment info/ the info I sent the money too. My bank told me they can't provide me with that information for security reasons. What more can I do? Can't they ask the merchant for transaction? The transaction has merchant's name, which I've provided and are present in my bank statement as well as payment receipt from the app. Yet, they aren't able to confirm my transaction. What more can I possibly do?? Usually, just a simple reference number of the transaction is enough to reference and deposit. Yet, BC.GAME are making weird requests and rejecting evidence of payment because of something that I have no control of. AMOUNT AT STAKE: 50,000 INR (550 USD approx).

It’s most likely a merchant issue, where the transaction gets stuck on their side. I’ve seen a lot of feedback about that before, and to be honest, it should already be a warning not to use fiat deposits in countries where this kind of problem is common. In my case, I also use fiat and it’s been smooth so far, no issues at all, so it really depends on the region and the payment provider.

When was your last deposit before this one? Because this issue only started popping up recently, I think it was just sometime last month. This was my first fairly sizable deposit. Wouldn't have expected such an issue with fairly reputed? sportsbook. Not losing my hopes just yet but it is very annoying that they do not have their deposits streamlined. Usually all sportsbooks are on their best behavior when it comes to deposits and they start acting strange when its withdrawal time. Here, I can't even deposit in peace.
Every sportsbook has different policies, and sometimes they change over time. It could also be due to regulatory issues or problems with third-party merchants getting affected. Since the problem already happened, I just hope you’ll stay patient and hopefully it gets resolved soon. Don’t forget to give feedback once everything is sorted out.

Using crypto currency instead of fiat is the best choice to have uninterrupted deposit and withdrawal instead of fiat the reliant on 3rd party to process the transaction to the casino. Their forum representative @bctokenbot recently become active on dealing all the issue related to this casino. You can PM him and ask for help and let’s if he has a special power to reconsider issue like this if there’s no real abuse happened aside from their own definition of abuse that is not clearly explained.
Casino is always firm with their decision if you will just rely on casino support since it’s easier for them to do the generic post to easily close your case instead of prolonging the issue.
I've written to him twice, and I can tell he's not open to dialogue. I wrote again yesterday, but there was no response. Honestly, I've already let it go. If they think this is normal, then I have no desire to play at such a casino. so if you win a contest from them and get a bonus code, even if you finish the wager requirement, if you don't deposit, you can't withdraw it. i have won more than one of those contests on the forum, and i remember being able to withdraw without making any deposits at the time, so this must be some new policy. also, i don't remember there was any requirement for a deposit back then, so changing the requirement for a bonus code afterward is very unfair. The thing is, this condition wasn't mentioned anywhere, not in the promo, not on their website, not even in section 15.1 (which they mentioned in my response). I think it would have been fair if I'd seen this requirement in a pop-up window when attempting a withdrawal, so I could have made a deposit and wagered it if necessary. They have verified the video proof that I've made the transaction through my payment app(Phone Pe). I have submitted the receipt that is given on the payments app but they are unsatisfied with it. They say that I cannot obtain the full UPI details of the merchant for security reasons and that the merchant has enabled that security feature. Can't they match rest of the info I've provided with the Merchant and confirm about the transaction?
