You are quite correct, deposit problems are about the quickest way to lose trust particularly when minor deposits have already been successful. The most comfortable part of the process is supposed to be deposits and therefore it is frustrating when a bigger deposit fails. Even the 7-day guarantee has its obvious restrictions, as it is difficult to enforce in case the transaction was not visible on the system of the fiat partner. In this situation, it is necessary to have strong support intervention and full payment evidence. That is why crypto deposits are the more suitable choice, and there is no need to spend time and complicate the process with a third party.

In case, your shared password was only to decrypt the bank statement file, and you have shared it in the official BC.Game support chat, then that is generally justified. It may require a document password to decrypt encrypted PDFs, but they should not ask them to enter banking details, OTP, or card numbers. I am glad that you explained this to them publicly since some people would fail to understand the scenario. One should always check the URL of a website and should never afford sharing sensitive information through unverified websites in order to be always safe on the internet.

All right, thanks for clarifying that. Unfortunately, this point was not clear from your post above, and the post could therefore give the impression that support (or, as I suggested, a scam site) wants users' passwords.

In this context, it is understandable that BC.Game support needs the password, as otherwise the bank statement cannot be decrypted and is therefore unusable as proof.

They have verified my Bank statement. They have verified the video proof that I've made the transaction through my payment app(Phone Pe). I have submitted the receipt that is given on the payments app but they are unsatisfied with it. I can only provide what I'm given. I have contacted the payments app support and my bank. They say that I cannot obtain the full UPI details of the merchant for security reasons and that the merchant has enabled that security feature.

Can't they match rest of the info I've provided with the Merchant and confirm about the transaction?

I don't understand this type of restrictions and requirements. I mean, the company wants to attract new customers and keep current customers, convert them into loyal ones, right? So, by giving users such surprises, I think that you'll not only scare current gamblers but will also scare new gamblers and in the long run, it will negatively affect the company. May I ask, are you a big gambler or small gambler? I mean, with how much money do you gamble? I gamble with a few hundred dollars and never had a problem. I wonder if problems arise after gambling with a few thousands at least or it happens to small gamblers too.

I'll share some more context to this. They are requesting me for something that I cannot obtain. I have told the BC.Game support to google about this and check but they completely ignore and keep asking for the same, like bots. They also refuse to say anything regarding the merchant, if they have asked them or verified with them. They are asking me for something impossible. How do I proceed?


I have spoken to PhonePe(app through which the transaction was made) as well as my Bank. Both have told me they can't help me with this.

PS: by "marked with asterisk" they mean the merchant/receiver's details are not fully visible on the receipt and middle portion of the Payment details are asterisk. Which is a security feature.

If the app masks merchant info, there’s only so much you can provide. You’ve submitted everything available, so it’s really on support to reconcile it. Switching to crypto for deposits usually makes things smoother and faster.

I remember there were BTC price prediction contests. (BC.Game - BTC Price Prediction ' May 04 | WIN $50! - last one) If I would have won it, I would not be able to withdraw winnings until I would make a deposit. That is how it works? And I might get banned if risk control system triggers. Weird. I dont see anything anywhere about deposit mandatory. I remember that if bonus code is used (I have received promos on email), there no warning sign about mandatory deposit. They either should fix risk control system, or make huge WARNING SIGN when using bonus code (in case if it is there, but is hidden).

Even if they put deposit condition for withdrawals of the BTC price predictions contest in additions to the wagering requirements, i would still be comfortable with that too provided the site is a trusty one.

I honestly wouldn't use a sportsbook that essentially has 0 human intervention for support. Once you run into issues that hasn't been thought out before, it'll take forever to fix or will have to wait for some human to come online and look through the issue(which may take forever, since we might just run into an endless bot loop like i'm going through).
I was on the sportsbook's chat just to see if anyone else was having similar issues and what they did to solve, I came across another chatter who didn't know what to do. His withdrawal shows success but the money didn't reflect in his bank account. All that within 5 mins of me joining the chat.
