It's a bit late to catch up on the updates.

Finally, something I was worried about actually happened. I made the right decision not to support BC in thier campaign last year (the higher weekly pay rate apparently wasn't enough to sway me, lol), after seeing the many issues raised on the scam boards. I was convinced then, that the casino was starting to go wrong.

However, I really don't believe their reputation has been completely damaged; I hope it's not too late to clear their name, as I saw their new representative start working.

So finally, nemesis is catching up with this casino again? Since I've been on this forum, this is the only casino that have ended up messing their own reputation for two consecutive times now..
The first time, they come and apologized to the community and resolved and restored all that they took and accounts they wrongly blocked, the community ended up deleting their feedback and thereby giving this casino another chance to thrive on this forum..

And now, here we go again 😹, isn't this another prove that a snake will remain a snake no matter how much you paint it and try to turn it into a rope?
Very unfortunate for those behind bc.game, their instability in managing their reputation well is my major reason I stopped playing on this casino, and again, I was right to have choosen to stay away.

that's not even the biggest concern lol. every allegation you can imagine has been thrown their way. not crediting deposits, not processing withdrawals, no responsible gaming, bonus tampering, there's even a few threads in the accusations board of people watching their account get hacked in real time.

bc rep comes along and tries to refute all the evidence even though it's in plain sight for everyone to see

And this is the mistake we are making most of the time, the marketing presence of any casino here on the forum should never be-cloud our sense of reasoning because in the end, the scam casino we are trying to defend will pack up and go and we all will remain here on the forum as a community, the fact that we getting paid by a casino for promoting them here should never be a reason for us to be biased in our judgements when ever the casino is being accused of scamming their users.

Like I did stated in my previous post, my spirit never came to terms with bc.game after their first issue on this forum, I some how knew that some day, they will definitely run into problems again.
This casino is definitely managed by some group of small boys, because mature people who understand how hard it is to build a business with the type of popularity and reputation bc.game had won't take the business and their clients for granted.

No one was brainwashed by the casino team. Here are a few forum members only who had a bad experience in BCgame. Where most other forum members haven't faced any issues with deposits or withdrawals at BCgame. We have seen a lot of complaints from many newbie members against BCgame, most of the forum members didn't care much about those accusations. Because many gamblers only care when they face the problem directly.
Incorrect! Many members of this forum(Especially the posters working for them) were brainwashed into thinking that they are totally legit when the red flags were visible pretty clearly if you knew where to look. They chose to ignore them since they were popular.

However, I really don't believe their reputation has been completely damaged; I hope it's not too late to clear their name, as I saw their new representative start working.
Good luck trusting them with your funds after all their allegations over the years. Pretty sure they are done for only within this forum.

I would like to give a benefit of doubt that it is the main reason of this piling issue [even my long-overdue thread of list shown BC as a concerning casino with all ten entries show "in progress" status, though pending for individuals update and follow-ups]. Their situation started to go south when the spearhead of the contacts [who built a batallion of staffs to work with me in solving cases] went on vacation and [I believe BC.Game Support mentioned it somewhere in official capacity] was having emergency issue.

I lost half of my engine upon their forced-absence. I'll be transparent [I don't think "my old team" mind me sharing this, for the sake of transparency and to explain their long hard-earned restoration of their repu], they got into fatal accident during their personal leave, had to take surgeries etc. and I guess they finally leave BC to focus on regaining their... well, life.

The new spearhead who replace my old contact is the one who make calls, and there went the batallion, as well as the raise of bctokenbot, and piles of unresolved issues.

I underlined a part of the sentence because I know my old contacts --and the batallion-- are the old-timer of BC. They're the one there for years, if not from the creation of BC itself. I guess with the change of ownership, the head of resolution center is indeed a small boy, accompanied by another adolescents who barely know what their predecesors' effort in restoring BC in our forum.

I just launched a DM to one of my old contact. Suffice to say they're in similar position of my old spear-head, only they're heading different division and thus their role is just to assist rather than to directly and actively talking with me.

I'll try to bring the latest situation of BC reputation to them. This will be my final shot to try to help BC salvage themselves, courtesy to a very brave someone who reached me personally years ago and come clean about their attempt to restore BC. Hopefully, that other-contact can grease something and smack the spear-head in their head, then re-restore what was.

I don't think there's anything left to salvage, considering they're going further and further to a shithole by simply fabricating stuff and banning people because their developers are either incompetent or intentionally created technical trip mines for people to stumble on them and get burned by "ToS Abuse".

I've already disclosed many of those tripwires, some of them including their weekly email bonuses under which users later being banned for "bonus abuse", or a simple Google Oauth bug that lets people get banned for double accounts, even though they never used one.

Having said all that, even if they attempt to "salvage" reputation, I won't stop making sure to shed some light on their scummy behavior (including latest next.io article) and using all means legally and reputationaly screw them. Unless I get funds I legally won. Or some sort of settlement. Not that it will happen (considering their latest responses on my Trustpilot updates), but that won't stop me.

EDIT: Apart from that, they also went way beyond those tripwires by also creating new legal entities to avoid COURT decisions (lets be honest), something that's also been documented throughout the history and legal case itself.

Their situation started to go south when the spearhead of the contacts [who built a batallion of staffs to work with me in solving cases] went on vacation and [I believe BC.Game Support mentioned it somewhere in official capacity] was having emergency issue.

I lost half of my engine upon their forced-absence. I'll be transparent [I don't think "my old team" mind me sharing this, for the sake of transparency and to explain their long hard-earned restoration of their repu], they got into fatal accident during their personal leave, had to take surgeries etc. and I guess they finally leave BC to focus on regaining their... well, life.

The new spearhead who replace my old contact is the one who make calls, and there went the batallion, as well as the raise of bctokenbot, and piles of unresolved issues.

I underlined a part of the sentence because I know my old contacts --and the batallion-- are the old-timer of BC. They're the one there for years, if not from the creation of BC itself. I guess with the change of ownership, the head of resolution center is indeed a small boy, accompanied by another adolescents who barely know what their predecesors' effort in restoring BC in our forum.

I just launched a DM to one of my old contact. Suffice to say they're in similar position of my old spear-head, only they're heading different division and thus their role is just to assist rather than to directly and actively talking with me.

I'll try to bring the latest situation of BC reputation to them. This will be my final shot to try to help BC salvage themselves, courtesy to a very brave someone who reached me personally years ago and come clean about their attempt to restore BC. Hopefully, that other-contact can grease something and smack the spear-head in their head, then re-restore what was.

I don't think there's anything left to salvage, considering they're going further and further to a shithole by simply fabricating stuff and banning people because their developers are either incompetent or intentionally created technical trip mines for people to stumble on them and get burned by "ToS Abuse".

I've already disclosed many of those tripwires, some of them including their weekly email bonuses under which users later being banned for "bonus abuse", or a simple Google Oauth bug that lets people get banned for double accounts, even though they never used one.

Having said all that, even if they attempt to "salvage" reputation, I won't stop making sure to shed some light on their scummy behavior (including latest next.io article) and using all means legally and reputationaly screw them. Unless I get funds I legally won. Or some sort of settlement. Not that it will happen (considering their latest responses on my Trustpilot updates), but that won't stop me.

So yeah, thank you for the wishes. I do hope I can get the seniors of BC to knock some senses into their younglings, but even then, your case is your own.

As I previously told, although I appreciate "your help", it brought me nothing but trying to undermine my case itself plus ignorance of the facts provided throughout case history along with all public disclosures showing what was BC.game doing at a time (and now). Furthermore, it has been proven that for some reason, all third party mediators had access to some "smoking gun" in my case, yet I never seen one during legal battle or at any attempt of mine reaching out to get it, which as I already stated few times, sounded like either BC.game was working together with mediators, or they've been good at fabricating evidence and making sure I, or anyone involved in actual legal battle cannot see one.

I did not expect you getting involved now or any time in future in my case, and I've already dropped all "assistance" except legal and my own outreach to media outlets to shed a light on BC game, which is more than enough.

The only assistance that's proven to be worthwhile was getting tips from ex BC.game legal guy and few other tipsters showing me who's behind the curtain, which I will be using to pursue it legally in all jurisdictions and if that doesn't show to be enough, I'll just disclose all the PII I have on them publicly even if it means further damaging my reputation.

Incorrect! Many members of this forum(Especially the posters working for them) were brainwashed into thinking that they are totally legit when the red flags were visible pretty clearly if you knew where to look. They chose to ignore them since they were popular.
You could be right, I'm not sure about that. I was considering them normally as it is a habit of some forum members to defend the casino that they are promoting in their signature. However, one participant of the BCgame signature campaign was trying to defend them aggressively. He was criticising everyone who shared their bad experiences with BCGame here. So finally, nemesis is catching up with this casino again? Since I've been on this forum, this is the only casino that have ended up messing their own reputation for two consecutive times now..
The first time, they come and apologized to the community and resolved and restored all that they took and accounts they wrongly blocked, the community ended up deleting their feedback and thereby giving this casino another chance to thrive on this forum..

Oh yeah! I remember that dude. He was aggressive with me too when I pointed out how the site wasn't trustworthy after which I just ignored him since it's pointless arguing with such trolls. Wasn't surprised to see him lose all credibility within this forum later.

They change bonus systems whenever they want, lower the RTP of original games at their discretion to increase the house edge, remove your VIP hosts without explanation, and sometimes don’t even credit deposits to player accounts—especially **FIAT deposits**.

At **BCGAME**, six of us (one of whom has over **$30 million in total wager**) have completely stopped playing.

The management is terrible, with questionable decisions and sponsorships in random places. The chat is filled with bots farming **Rain** and **COCO bonuses**, yet nothing is done about them. On top of that, they pay questionable streamers who end up scamming players.

There are many examples of this behavior.

I was one of the previous BC users when they were still fine and no problems were felt yet because the site is very normal and works according to the rules of the site in general but this condition really changes quickly now.

The problems that are allowed to accumulate, the absence of a solution that they are trying to do makes the situation less controlled even though when they try to improve this condition quickly, especially when complaints are on the forum in particular, the situation may not be like it is now.

It is unfortunate when a site that has been praised well before ends up with a bad image that may not be fixed.

I've shot the last bullet in my chamber to try to resucitate BC
What's the point even if you and some others could successfully resuscitate them anyway? Trust is everything when it comes to a business and they lost it multiple times over the course of time which is why they won't be able to regain their reputation within this forum at least.

So is BC going to the bottom, or can we expect some better days? I guess we will have to wait & see...
They are already at the bottom and expecting better from them is a fool's errand. Why wait and see when the verdict is already clear? Lol!
