What's going on in IPL. I thought KXIP will atleast reach the play off round. And actually they have a lot of chance to go olay off. I am very sad today by seeing KXIP lose two match in a raw and also lose the hope of play off round. I can not look at the Rahul's eye. 

CSK spoiled KXIP's party. I think KXIP win the match today and will confirm their tickets of playoff round, but nothing happen in order. Appears as though KXIP was in under pressure. If they played their normal game, they could have effortlessly dominated the game. Drama of IPL not over yet.

It's wonderful to see how dramatic this competition to play with Mumbai Indians in the finals is getting. With just three game results left, Just Chennai and Punjab are now out of the race. It exciting that we had to wait for the second last day of the league to find the first team that won't qualify for playoffs. But this league really lacked high scoring games that would have provided more thrills in T20.

Actually Deepak Hooda played a good knock and saved his team from low total to a fighting 153 but on the other side CSK is playing really good in their powerplay overs and already score 63 runs at the end of 7 overs with no loss of wickets.It looks like CSK is not going to finish this tournament at the bottom of the table.

What difference it is going to make, even if they finish with a win today. Before the start of the tournament, everyone were considering them as one of the favorites to win the trophy (along with MI, DC and KKR). But their performance was appalling. And it is not just the number of matches they lost. They way in which they lost some of the matches also matter. I remember one or two matches in which they lost, simply because their batsmen (Dhoni, Jadhav) were playing defensively when 8-9 runs were needed per over.

CSK has been trolled as the worst team ever playing innthe IPL due to the age factor but atleast they found good combination of Youngster and experienced player which will be really helpful for them in the next season which may happen in the next 6 or 6 months.Dhoni confirmed that he is going to play for CSK more at the time of Toss.Yes agree that CSK gave too much opportunities for Jadhav which could be a big change if it was given to Ruturaj or other youngsters because they could be a contender for top 4 if they got 14 points in their table.

Match between KRR and RR looking too much interesting especially after KXIP loss.KKR is having the advantage of winning this match at the moment, irony of 2020 is in this match because KKR is at the bottom of the table but if they win this match by huge margin like anything over 79 run will take them to second position of the points table.

If CSK would have played like this in the earlier tournament they would have qualified and they were struggling in having a good team composition but when they finally got the composition they were out of the tournament and they spoiled the qualification dream of many teams.
Kolkata Knight Riders is on route to win the match and possibly a spot in the qualifier. They still have Tewatia in the crease but not expecting any explosion as they still need 96 runs from 45 balls.

As usual, RR batting has collapsed and the burden of rescuing the team has once again fallen on the shoulders of Lord Tewatia. Oh... boy.. just while I was typing this Tewatia got out. SRH is playing well.. and they need to make use of Mumbai's vulnerabilities. MI batting is quite strong, with Ishan Kishan, Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock in top form nowadays. On top of that Pollard and Hardik Pandya are butchering the bowlers in the end overs. However, they have one vulnerability. And that is the inconsistency of their bowlers. Only Bumrah has performed in a consistent manner. Boult and Pattinson have taken the wickets, but they are not consistent.

Unfortunately, that is not the case in today's match. It has been not really exciting as DC winning this match very easily. Chasing 153, DC now just requires 16 runs in 17 balls and 6 wickets left. Dhawan and Rahane both half century has helped the team to ensure they win this match and move to 2nd rank in the table.

That is exactly the point, MI will not put the best team because they do not need to as they are already qualified and they will be giving rest to their main players so that they will come back rejuvenated for the final two matches and possibly win the tournament. KKR will be praying that MI wins the match so that they can qualify   . SRH always rely on Rashid Khan and if their batsman perform they can win the match.

Rashid Khan is a world class bowler and even in this IPL his economy is mind boggling which is under 6 while the rest of the esteemed bowlers went for runs and if the batsman can perform well then the opposition will be under pressure if they have to get around 9 runs per over and they will be forced to attack Rashid Khan and that will be the oppositions downfall.

Actually, I would have included Mohammad Nabi instead of Holder, as I believe that Nabi is a better batsmen compared to Holder, and he has depth bowling abilities. He didn't got any chances this season, but I heard that Nabi is heading to the BBL as a part of the Melbourne Renegades squad. Vijay Shankar has also performed well in the recent matches, but he is "volatile".
