I do not understand why you think Immobile (1990), Insigne (1991) and Belotti are playing this as their last Euro Cup. These guys ares still kind of young for the new standards and Belotti (1993) especially can play at least one more time. Expect them to play again, do not worry.

Anyway, Mancini's selection is a great one, I believe these players can make it to the final (maybe against France).

No. I did not say they will play their last Euro. What I said is they will play one of their last big tournaments. They will be able to play one or two more big tournaments, Euro or World Cup but it will be a challenge for them to play with their best next 2 or 4 years.

Same things you can see with Messi or Ronaldo. They missed their golden time to win World Cup but I don't conclude they will never win it. They will have opportunities but need more supports from their team mates as well as luckiness.

But at least I agree about their age that it seems difficult to be back in the next Euro and maybe this will be the last Euro for them, but for the World Cup maybe they can still compete with young players. But if they continue to perform well and there are still no replacements commensurate or at least better than them, then obviously they will still have a place even though they are no longer young in the next 4 years.

There is so much expected of from so many teams that I am not even sure about which team will win. The top 10 of the odds in the sportsbooks for outright win all have a good case to be made for their teams, they are all great, I believe any of them could win it at this point. I need the cup to start to see how they are playing to know what is going to happen, otherwise I am not going to be able to know which team is actually better or not.

I get that we are in a situation where France or England or Belgium (which I never seen as a big winner but people give them good odds) or Italy whatever, all these teams have a chance to win it and that is a big deal. these are the 17 players from the bundesliga. the rest of the team plays in other international leagues.

The ones you mentioned always play a good role, but I think that Portugal has some pretty good guys right now. Don't underestimate Greece when Otto Rehhagel was coach!

I'm waiting excitedly for the France - Germany game on June 15 also. And interestingly, the game is going to be played in Allianz Arena, Munich. 14500 spectators maximum are going to be tolerated in the stadium. Germany are going to play this game in their home stadium which is a big advantage. France are really one of the toughest competitors. Germany have really talented players when it comes to scoring goals. I feel like they will take advantage of the situation here.

So, Alexander-Arnold making the list after all. England taking 4 rightbacks (TAA, James, Walker, Trippier) - a bit bizarre.
Walker is an option for CB position if they go with 3 at the back - I assume James is as well. But then it makes no sense to take both Coady and Mings.

England is really weak in the middle - if Henderson won't recover in time they will be in serious trouble.

Truth be told, I am not afraid of facing this England squad. Granted first eleven looks good but I can't belive there was not better options for the bench. Did not expect to see names like Mings and Coady in the team.

Who is the first keeper? Pickford I guess according to jersey numbers. Henderson is by far the best for me but unfortunately he is not first choice in United and therefore probably not the first choice here.

It is exactly what I implied. Some of them will be able to get a spot to other Euro or World Cup but not all of them will and they will not play in those future tournaments with their best ability in their career.

There are weird players as Roger Milla but I can not hope for any player will make big surprise like Milla.

Those Italian players will end as same as what Roberto Baggio or Francesco Totti faced with. They have excellent forms in Serie A but the national coach does not need them because of their ages. It does not mean younger players have better forms but just because coaches want younger players.

interesting matches last night, Scotland and Denmark stand up to Netherlands and Germany to get a draw, it is questionable which teams are in good form at the moment

As for Germany vs Denmark, for some reason bookmakers made a very high odds on a German win - 2.2, which may indicate that Germany didn't waste any energy in this match!
