As expected, we were really bad against England yesterday. They did not do anything special as well, but were good enough for a comfortable win. Our inability to create any meaningful chances and to put teams under pressure has been present for a while already, we will really have to improve soon if we want to pass the group.

I will be watching the Scotland - Czech Republic game closely today, don't really know a lot about these teams and their playstyles.

Yesterday's match between the Netherlands and Ukraine was great to watch. Even the first half, despite the fact that without goals, was very interesting. And the other half is exactly what we love football for. Lots of great moves, twists and beautiful goals. The Netherlands performed at their decent level, and Ukraine performed surprisingly well. I think that the players of coach Andrei Shevchenko, despite the defeat, can safely think about advancing to the next phase of the tournament.

Even though they (Ukraine) lost and also the Netherlands had more than 60% possession of the ball, Ukraine was able to provide a very great resistance.  I think, if the goalkeeper who played was Andriy Pyatov, then the possible outcome of the match would be different.

Andriy Pyatov showed his capacity as a reliable goalkeeper at the previous Euros.

We expected much better gameplay from Croatia. But they have failed. We hope for a better performance from Luka Modrich. England got an easy win. The Croatian team is quite stable. Hopefully in the next match they will correct their mistakes and perform better.

The Netherlands-Ukraine match yesterday was great. It was a great match to watch. The Netherlands almost finished in a draw. Yarmolenko scored an excellent goal. If Dumfries had not scored in the 85th minute, this match would have been a draw. It was a good start for the oranges.

The Netherlands-Ukraine game was the most exciting game so far in the competition.
It's true that the Netherlands are superior, but Ukraine has always been a team that gives a lot of work to the opponent and with good players.

Sterling became the decisive victory for England. The opening match in Group D, I'm glad my guess was almost right by 1 margin for England. It's actually kind of boring to watch them, they play slowly so it's like not interesting Their ball possession is the same.
The result is a good provision for England because they have 3 points and lead the temporary standings. Next they will play Scotland on June 19th, I hope they win again.

However, the competition for second place can be very even. Slovakia can make a surprise, but they do not have such stars as Robert Lewandowski, so I give Poles more chances.

These two are more or less one sided matches. Slovakia is not in great form recently and Sweden is simply not the same team without Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The most competitive match will start in 30 minutes from now, in which Czechia will take on Scotland. These two are teams of almost equal strength. And the winner in all probability will be able to qualify to the knockout phase. But a draw during today's match would further complicate the calculations (while making the computation easier for England).

From what I know when the match has not started the odds may change when many gamblers place bets or when the match is running the odds change based on ball possession and team dominance. Here I favor Scotland, no special analysis just based on my feeling because both teams are equally strong so it's not easy to guess.

On the one hand, it seems to be a well-deserved victory for the England team, on the other hand, the final score with a minimum advantage of one goal allows for a lot of variations, in one of which Croatia could even the score However, there was also a goal post for Sterling and an open shot for Kane. In my opinion the match between Poland vs Slovakia is a match that will be difficult to predict and as you said if the two teams really have a relatively balanced strength, if indeed you favor Poland because of the Lewandowski factor, of course it is the opposite of what I think , to be honest if I see Slovakia can surprise Poland because I think the Slovakian team has a strong defense under Milan Skriniar and of course Marek Hamsik will be able to make a difference in this match later

I was thinking Scotland's attacks could payoff and earn them a draw. They almost did hitting the woodwork but the second goal by Czech Republic killed their chances. It should be interesting towards the end if they score 1 soon.

Looks like it is all over for Scotland. Czechia ahead by 2-0. Unbelievable second goal from Patrik Schick (his second in this match). Now Scotland needs a minimum of 4 points from their matches against Croatia and England. Scotland wanted the equalizer so badly that they ignored their defense. Even the goalkeeper had come out of the penalty box. Schick made use of the opportunity and scored his second. If anyone missed the second goal, then make sure that you watch the highlights of this match. I would rate it as the best goal so far in this year's tournament.
