I am glad that Ericsen is well and stabilized now.That was some fear happening there,I remember other players who fell on the pitch and then it didn't end well so I am really glad for him.It is one of the biggest upsets of the Euro so far although is the first one as almost no one expected or predicted a Finland win.Well at least Belgium vs Russia no surprises so far with Belgium leading 2-0 by half time now.

Am happy that Ericksen is regaining himself, it was horrifying for me seeing him fall on the pitch like that, I really thought of so many terrible things that could happen to him, but was Brightened with some good news about his condition.

I knew it would be hard for the Danes to win the game if it should resume today.

The team would have been psychologically drained after that event with Eriksen, but then the team would be glad regardless of the result.

i don't know if people are underestimating the big teams (Italy and Belgium) or just overestimating the lower tier NT like Turkey and Russia. It's not certain if Hazard will be given a chance to play. He wasn't in the starting eleven but he is in the list of substitutes which means there's a probability of him playing, most likely in the second half.

Well there are two Hazard in Belgium and I assume that you are discussing about Eden Hazard isnt it? Eden Hazard probably will not make it in starting eleven for some time. Compared with other players that have been playing for Belgium ever since the World Cup Qualifier and Friendly International, Eden Hazard just joined the national team recently so he might not fit in immediately

Denmarks team was probobly in shock in this match after the injury of eriksen but they wanted to continue the game so its their problem mainly for not making a tactic after the injury. Congrats for a surpsing win from finland and thank god eriksen is okay

What I can say about Belgium - Russia game - Belgium win @2.1 and over 2.5 goals @2.15 was absolute bargain. I'm not sure why bookmakers underrated Belgium so much, but even without some players they're miles better than Russia. Though, I didn't had big expecations about Russia, but they were much worse than I expected.

Belgium players didn't force themselves after 2-0, that third goal was a bonus. Over 2.5 goals bet was a lucky one, it could've finished 2-0, there wouldn't be any difference. Belgium win odd on the other hand is a sure bargain, why would they give so high odds for one of the favorites of the tournament?

In my opinion, UEFA should have stopped the match and scored it 0-0 instead. I think both teams would have been better served by that than to play on after what happened. Surely the teams decided to continue, but it was clear that this would no longer be a normal game and then the organizer, UEFA, comes into the obligation! Unfortunately, UEFA did not do that, probably for money reasons!

Well yea , the odds were looking like the game was heading towards under 2.5 goals and it almost did until the last minutes of the game when Lukaku scored the 3rd one. Also Russia had such a low odd to score but I knew that Belgium defense won't go down today as I'm sure they need to build confidence for the next games because the strikes are doing fine.

It's funny that we might have Italy - Belgium in the quarters finals but I think a draw is on the way for either of them to avoid that.

I agree this match should have been considered a void . They played a match when their main player was injured and they continued after a few hours this should have continued in the next 3-5 days. My sportsbook didnt do anything just let it play so im furious

The match was postponed and myself didn't think they will continue to play it so I left after being sure Eriksen was ok. At my surprise, when I come back I found the game ended with 1 goal to Finland and had to check twice it is indeed today's game. I am a bit pissed, the game shouldn't continue in such very bad condition. Their teammate was almost dying, most players are depressed and crying. I don't know what was the reaction of Denmark team but personally I find UEFA minimised too much the psychological effects of such horror and their decision to continue the game was wrong. At the end, congrats the 3 points Finland.
BTW Russia came to Turkey rescue as usual and reduced the tension on their team by receiving 3 goals too. Those 2 teams surprised us in a bad way.

It was really a very tense moment, especially when I saw one of the medical personnel giving him CPR. All my good weekend mood died instantly. I am however a bit relived to discover that his condition stabilized in hospital, according to reports.

Disappointed, the match had to be played with in a couple of hours later after all the trauma and shock the players and fans faced
