Benzema got an injury in his knee. He was back on the bench and he was crying.

Quite unfortunate to see Benzema in this situation, this could be another devastating return for him, he played the first game I was expecting him to be benched in the second game, he was not managed and I blame the coach for it. It just a few days to the EUROs and this injury could take 2 or 3 weeks which means his chances of making the final squad is hanging on the tread.

It would be a shame if Benzema was left out of the squad. After all, a difficult season in Real Madrid affected the player's injury. He needed to be given a little rest to recover.

Benzema injury was a knock in the muscles over his knee and the staff didn't want to take a risk so they sent him out according to Deschamps. It was also reported that he will play vs Germany in June 15 (source). That's reassuring and will make the French team more comfortable in its attack line.

If Benzema does not play in the next match, it will be sad news for the French team. But in addition to Benzema, the French team has more strikers, Griezmann and Mbappe are extraordinary players. If they are in form, they can lead the team to victory against any strong team without Benzema.

you are right. they are two really fantastic players. but who knows who else in the team has been infected with corona.

Vaccines can not protect one person 100% from the virus and infection.

Then what was the essence of the vaccines anyway if being vaccinated cannot protect you from the virus?  Was the vaccine not tested and confirmed by WHO that who so ever got vaccinated can not contact the virus again? This is the problem with our Media, they say something they do otherwise. The EUROS is fucked up already, there is no need bringing fans to the stadium now.

"Infected" , that is the important keyword there that you need to understand, it doesn't stop you from getting "infected", otherwise it means if you are vaccinated when you get infected there is a much much bigger chance that you will survive, like 90%+ higher chance if I am not wrong with the numbers there, so you can get infected without being vaccinated and let's say you have 2% chance to die, with the vaccination you have 0.2% chance to die, that is a very good improvement.

However even with that in mind, I would prefer everyone to be not infected, there is nothing wrong with checking who is infected and who is not even if they are vaccinated, why risk it when there is a perfectly fine way to make sure players are safe? I mean I know vaccinations protect a lot but masks+checks+space is still a quite good thing during this period, don't know why we should give them up when the alternative is death.

Giroud is another option for striker. You still need that pure striker up front and both Griezmann and Mbappe is not the player to hold that role. Giroud is only 5 goals away from Thierry Henry as the leading top goalscorer of all time for France right now.

There goes Giroud's chance to be in the starting lineup. He was so close on breaking the 51 goals record held by Henry and this is probably going his last chance to do that. Im certain that Giroud wont be included in the 2022 World Cup, he is going to be 37 by then and there are tons of other potential players to replace him by 2022

The stats with France weren't the best either, but in 2016 I won in the final. 

Portugal have a good team, but they need to play as a team and not just thinking about a player. If they do, then you have a good chance of making a good tournament.

it is some good news for their team, Olivier Giroud is not a really bad player, but let's be honest here, Benzema is better and hee did really well with Real Madrid especially in the 2nd half of the season, even though they won 0 titles but he showed some quality football, i think he would add a lot to the French national team in this tournament, it would really suck if he got called back to represent his country and an injury would take that away from him.

It's possible and for fun, maybe I'll bet on it. But if I consider the teams that are in group D I'm not sure about Czech and Scotland maybe Czech will still have a chance to be runner up with tough competition, the first place I believe it will belong to England or Croatia. Well, it's just a prediction and I'm sure there will be a lot of surprises, so if the game says Czech will be Champion maybe yes and no. If we want to bet on him I think it would be better to bet first on which team will qualify or not and then bet on who is the winner, that would be fun too.
