There is so much expected of from so many teams that I am not even sure about which team will win. The top 10 of the odds in the sportsbooks for outright win all have a good case to be made for their teams, they are all great, I believe any of them could win it at this point. I need the cup to start to see how they are playing to know what is going to happen, otherwise I am not going to be able to know which team is actually better or not.

I get that we are in a situation where France or England or Belgium (which I never seen as a big winner but people give them good odds) or Italy whatever, all these teams have a chance to win it and that is a big deal. Let's see though, I am sure when the cup starts some of those teams will be as good as everyone expects and some of those teams will not be as good as expected and that will show us the true path.

My best wishes goes down to Italy,i really want them to go that far.The squad has got depth,a good defense that can win matches as well as goal scoring side.

Italy comes  to EURO 2021 with a great selection of players. I do not like Donnarumma but he is a great goalie (if he does not make crazy shit).
Defense looks pretty solid with a good mix of experience and young talents.
Among the Italian midfielders there is Jorginho who is galvanized by his victory in Champions League and a few more good names (Verratti being my fav).
Last but not least, I believe Italy's boasts the best EURO 2021 attack!

There are many star players in the France team. France have players like Mbappe, Griezmann, Benzema, Pogba and Rabito. Who are now in extraordinary form. Also, France's goalkeeper is Lloris, he is very experienced and skilled. I think France will win against Germany.

definitely group F is the most difficult group, Portugal and Germany are very strong teams, in this group they have good teams and it will be sad to see some of them not having to move to another stage

Choosing between France, Germany and Portugal is difficult, even Hungary could make a surprise in some matches imo.

I can't wait for Euro 2020 to finally kick off now that domestic club leagues have all come to an end, I miss the football action on weekends especially. Group is undoubtedly the most difficult group with the likes of Germany, France and Portugal. These are 3 of the best teams in the tournament and the fact that they're all packed in the same group makes me wonder who would get dropped alongside Hungary. Group F reminds me of champions league group H (UCL 2020/2021) with Man Utd, Leipzig and PSG. Amongst all teams in Group F, France squad is packed with some of the best players at the moment. It's not long now.

@swogerino you’re indeed right to say that Italy can win their games with ease, because they’re a rejuvenated team and they’re hungry for success. It’s also pertinent to note that Italy has a squad that’s has a nice mixture of youth and seniors experience which shall also aid them to easily top this group.

France is a strong team. Winning against such a team is very difficult. Although Germany is a good team, but they are failing to perform as expected against easy opponents. In the previous match they have drawn against Denmark and lost against North Mecodonia. In the match between France and Germany, I will bet on the victory of France. France are a very strong team and they are in form. I believe they will be able to win.

France will probably be seeded to win over Germany. I also think French football is pretty good even when compared to Spain at the moment. This is a time when France have a number of talented players who have the ability to win many match and they deserve to be at the forefront of the world. They would be strong candidate in this competition as well.

Undoubtedly this team is one of the best teams in this generation. From their forwards to the players of the defense, almost everyone is talented enough. Even their goalkeeper Loris is experienced enough. I think France will play in the next World Cup final if the players of the team can play well from their position.

I will say not the best but maybe the favorite , sometimes the best team struggle in some kind of cups.
There are nearly 2 weeks for getting started and there can be happen so many .

I'd like to choose France and Germany in this group. However, France has their own issues. Pogba, Griezman don't have good performances in the past season and they can not simply rely on Kante or Benzema.

Netherlands and Italy will have good chance go next. But with their player resources (Italy) and internal conflicts (Netherlands), I don't believe they will go too far in this Euro. Very surprise to see Netherlands have another conflicts internally before a big tournament. It is their tradition and seems not good.

Yep but as said, I think Italy will struggle to go far and win the Euro. Their player quality are not too good and dominant their opponents. Roberto Mancini does his management good and improve the team and I respect his works.

Now the Italian team is not very strong. Italy's opponents in the group stage are weak. My idea is that if Italy wins against Switzerland then they will reach the next round. Turkey and Wales are not very strong teams. I think Italy will be able to reach the quarter-finals and then they will be eliminated.

Actually that is a problem for the Italian team since we have witnessed in the past what kind of harm so called weak teams could do. Anyway I do not agree with you because Switzerland is not bad at all. I do not know about Turkey and Wales but they do not look that bad, other groups are much worse.

There are strong groups in Euro 2020 but don't underestimate this groups quality. I think every team has a similar chance to qualify in this group, especially when you rely on only three games anything can happen. I expect Italy and Türkiye to qualify but if Switzerland and Wales will make the cut I won't be surprised. I'm pretty sure all games will be challenging and hard to guess the winner.

Lol, it is such a funny thing to watch people think that Italy is as good as they claim it is here and then I go check the odds and Italy is 8th or 9th in most people's odds, that is very funny. Ohhh Italy is good this way, oohhh Italy is good that way, and then we have real oddmakers not caring about what you guys think .

By the way Turkey beat France which is seen as the biggest chance to win, and also they beat Netherlands which is seen as same odds as Italy. Turkish players play in premier league, ligue 1, serie a, Bundesliga and all other good European leagues as well, they are not from just Turkish league, so do not forget that neither. Most of the players are also good players of their team as well, many premier league teams failed to pass Caglar, you think Italy will? Doubtful. I believe Italy is not as good as people here imagine, sure they are good, 8th or 9th in the odds, that makes them the best team in that group, but not THAT great, they are still "decent" at best.

I agree that Turkey should not be underestimated because in the last games they have been winning against good teams, but if Italy wants to be a strong candidate to win the euro then it should be able to win the games in that group

Thats a very positive and good result for Italy and 4 scored goals against Czech republic is a sign.
No teams should be underestimated in this EM , and i guess we will see some surprise results for sure.
Hopefully this surprise is not against germany.

For me this isnt a surprise,maybe a little bigger result then expected but it was expected from italy to win in this match.Czech Republic maybe trying out some new line ups and testing .While Italy nailed them to the ground and showed some power before the euros

A positive result going into the tournament, they were fantastic I watched the first 45mins I was busy so I couldn't finish it, I watched the full highlights and I could see the hunger in the team if they keep the tempo this way it would get them good results at the Euros. Ever since Rosisky and Pet Cech retired from international duties Czech has been lagging behind other top Euro nations, they have to integrate young players in to the first team and rebuild again just like what Netherlands did.
