The favorites of the championship became known from the first day. I think that this time it will be without sensations. Too much difference between teams. Strong teams show pragmatic football. Hopefully in the future we will see more intriguing football.

I just warned about this few minutes ago and that's just what happened!

Teams counting on counter attack while playing full defence might resist in the first half but later, the players will be less concentrated and goals will start raining..

Edit : impressive comeback from Ukraine, 2-2, didn't see that coming at all!!

What a beginnig of a second half for netherlands they scored two goals and dominated the game but i do not think ukraine performance is worse than turkey because turkey were unable to do even one shot at goal but ukraine did a good first half they created some chances but i do not know what happened in the second half they lost focus early in the gameand conceided two goals.

I saw almost all the top teams score in the second half even though they have a lot of chances at half time lol
Now 2-0 for Netherlands and they have a chance to score the 3rd goal before the game ends I guess Depay will do it

What a game Netherlands - Ukraine is right now! Ukraine have managed to make a comeback and brought the score from 2-0 to 2-2. Netherlands are the favorite team of this game actually but I really appreciate Ukraine's effort. They may get one point at least seemingly.

I've some more news on the France - Germany match on Tuesday: It looks like the injuries in the French national team are less serious than expected. Benzema, Griezmann and Coman are fit for the group match against Germany and will travel with the French team to Munich tomorrow.

France are training with a full squad today before traveling to Munich tomorrow. Benzema, Griezmann and Coman - who've struggled with knocks recently - are fit for the game [@telefoot_TF1]

Today's best Euro 2020 match was saved for the last, and it's very exciting, Netherland has young hungry team, but like they have done even at the qualifications stage they give away goals, and a team wanting to win anything, consider there attack and protection of the defense, I don't see Netherland making it far in the Euro 2020,
While Ukraine and strongly built and a good team i think the equalizer was a gift to them from Netherland and should put more interest in improving than another luck as the games progresses

It was best game in EURO 2020 so far without any doubts. 5 goals in second half! If in 1st half Ukraine goalkeeper Bushchan was hero, 2nd half wasn't so good for him. These 2 goals maybe wasn't his mistake, but he didn't helped there too.
And what a comeback by Ukraine and what a goal by Yarmolenko! Ukraine didn't deserved to lose today, but Netherlands had different opinion.

I am also surprised that the Netherlands still found it difficult to take the victory home with them, so it was a last minute victory I would say. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, there could be 2 draws and a win for spain?

A great match to keep you on your toes until the very end! If all the matches in the championship were like this, then the interest in this competition would have been even greater. By the way, both teams showed a very good game and, in my opinion, can claim high places in this tournament.

Can we all agree that the game between Holland and Ukraine was the best one so far ? I mean Hollan scored twice in 6 minutes and Ukraine scored twice in 4 minutes. Also the goal scored from Ukraine was absolute amazing with the ball going perfectly into the right corner giving 0 changes for the keeper.  In the end , the win came for the win who played more aggressive and more offensive football.

It was a spectacular game, imho the best second half and Ukraine was an interesting surprise, in a good way. (So maybe not the best game, but certainly the best second half.)
The changes Netherlands made, when the two youngsters were introduced, was something very close to a costly mistake.

First half was kinda boring but second half changed everything in Netherlands - Ukraine match. Ukraine almost made a great comeback with two beautiful goals but Dumfries said the last word. Yarmolenko's goal was the best one in the tournament so far. Generally Netherlands was better side but Ukraine showed us some good football too. Who could think we watch five goals after that first half though? It was a great game overall.

I also think England will take the win, they are too talented and being tournament favourites.

Modern football is not how talented a team is or how many talented players a team has, an average team with great teamwork can win a team full of star players with individual play,  England have what it takes to win this game but what makes Croatia unpredictable is their high teamwork rate, they do not have a star player, they have a complete team with one goal and that was the same goal that took them to the worldcup final years ago.

Of course, that makes sense, teamwork and team spirit will only bring you so
far, a typical example is Iceland who reached the quarter finals in the last EURO.

England reportedly have a great team spirit going into this tournament and talent also.

They did well today to grind out a win, Croatia are a decent side, I had a bet on england to win.
