In the Champions League, we can't make any surely predictions about any team. All the teams there are comparatively good. And even the small teams sometimes show great performance. The Bayern vs Barcelona match is definitely the Bayern is favourite. But for Barcelona, it is a do-or-die match. They will fight hard. Benfica will win against Dynamo Kyve. This is their home match.

I even feel that Bayern will continue to dominate like the previous match against Barcelona Barcelona's chances to win I think are slim, and it depends on them now. if they are able to make a good result then surely they will qualify but if they lose by a big score or draw i think it will be very slim for them to qualify because i am very sure benfica will win the match against kyiv.
on the other hand there is still a chance for athletico and milan even though milan are very unseeded because their current opponent is not an opponent they can touch easily

@BuNga_cute has a valid point! Imagine Bayern dropping from the elite champions league and going to the europa league, i don't think they would have the motivation to dedicate resources to this competition and play with that conviction they have always had...
But what i think the Europa league does...is give a second chance for teams that have lost their spot at home for both champions league and europa league to get a free golden ticket to the bigger league while facing less competitive teams .

For some mediocre teams maybe if they fail in the Champions League and then play in the Europa League, there is a possibility of being motivated
to win the Europa League trophy. Like you said there is a gap between the top teams and the mediocre teams. If the purpose of the Europa League is

Currently, In Champions League 11 teams already qualified for next round and 5 remaining teams have very interesting situation but few teams have very good advantage like Benfica is playing at home against Kyiv which is easy game for them and draw is enough for having spot in next round and Barcelona is going to play against Bayern which is hard match they have to win and then wait for other match result. Same happening in AC Milan and Porto case because both are in same situation if AC Milan won against Liverpool at home then qualified for next round despite any result in Porto vs Atlético match.
The most appealing situation is in Group G where all 4 teams have a chance for qualifying with Salzburg and Wolfsburg both playing at home.

Milan is favourite to win this game against Liverpool with nice odds @2.1 / 3.3. Meanwhile ATM and Porto odds are quite similar @2.6 - 2.8
Milan has a chance indeed to pass but I don't think Liverpool will allow this. They won't let Milan win imo even I am pretty sure they won't play with the main squad. A draw could destroy Milan ambition to pass, if we could talk about ambition in the first place!

when they want to advance to the next round then in this match they have to show off their best skills and don't be lazy and intimidated by liverpool like the first game.
Liverpool, on the other hand, currently don't need to get real points because they have definitely qualified and maybe this match will feature second-tier players who haven't played before because I'm very sure they don't want to take excessive risks due to the busy schedule in the EPL.
