Correct me if I'm wrong, the bottom 4 teams of the conference will be elimanated right? And top 4 teams will having be the advantage of twice to beat?
And bottom 4 teams has already their max games which is total 11 games and I think the current 4 bottom teams now has no more chance to get in playoffs.

Yesterday games was really amazing and exciting especially the game of RainOrShine against Meralco Bolts, a sweet comeback.

That's how the league goes, the current bottom four teams are surely to be eliminated. Since they have played the max 11 games they have no chance to climb up the standings. I think if the league will not change its ruling with regards to trading players, this current bottom four will not be able to rank up in their standings even in the upcoming conferences.

I can't find the exact rules but what I heard from the commentators is that, when there is a tie in the number 8 spot, the teams will have to play and whoever wins will get the last spot.

The win over the other might also apply in this conference, so if there's a tie in the upper rank and if the team win over the other, they will take the higher spot.

its no bearing for Alaska then but with their ranking in the last spot, I think this is a good rank since they will be facing the NLEX in the playoffs which I think they have a chance compared to facing the Meralco Bolts, its a twice to beat disadvantage to them but Alaska has good playoff experience compared to NLEX.

This makes them less prepare, this incident needs to solve as quick as they can. The management of SMB should implement the solution in order for the entire team not being affected and continue seeking for the win.

Even if they will win in their last game, there is no chance that they will be in the top 4 because they will just tie the Ginebra San Miguel and based on the rules which is the win over the other, Ginebra will take the top 4 spot as they beat the San Miguel last October 13, 2019.

I like to their spot now, SMB needs to win so we will see a great playoffs which Ginebra needs to lose twice for SMB to advance and I think this is a hard test for them as Ginebra will do everything to stay in the playoffs.

If TNT wins, they will take the 3rd place while if they lose, things would be complicated by then. Quotient system would be in effect for these 3 teams. SMB needs to beat TNT by x points for them to be in the twice to beat advantage spot. How much is that x, still unknown for me.

Agree, the road to grand slam is topsy turvy, rocky and rough for this SMB team. As a follower of PBA and a bettor, i like other teams to be playing in the Finals but as a fan of JMF15  , i like him to experienced the grand slam before retiring in the PBA and this may be the right time for their team to do it.

NorthPort is on a high moral now with the addition of CStand but sad to see Bolick stalled due to injury. If only these two stars played together now, the probability of NorthPort advancing on the semi-finals is high as they also have a high scoring import. For now their chance is slim, i think.

Definitely CStand is a big help to any team except SMB  , because JMF is already there and trading SMB is a win-win situation for both SMB and CStand. The latter may not appreciate it at first but as time goes by, he will understand as he is intelligent.

If SMB will win this game, all three of them will have an identical 7-4 win-lose card but Ginebra will have a higher quotient since it beat TNT and SMB, so they will take the no.3 spot while SMB will occupy the no.4 spot as winner over the other will take effect in that case.

If they want to win, they will play Wells, I think at this time for sure there's already some reconciliation happening, otherwise their chance will be lesser to win. Tomorrow, SMB and TNT will play, this is a good match up but I think I would bet on the TNT since they are in a losing streak and they surely are working to break that losing streak and they need it to have the twice to beat advantage.

SMB has a problem inside, it could affect the upcoming game so its hard to trust them at this point where controversy arises within.

SMB is currently having a problem with its players after involving in a fight during practice. The players involved are Santos, Wells, Nabong, Tubid.

It can affect the chemistry on the court if they will not forget and move on to what happened. The game against TNT is very important so they need to cooperate with each other. But I know these guys are surely on good terms right now, I hope so.

For it does not matter on who will play as an import as long as their is one, Holland is fine for me and i think he already adjusted to the game here. Fajardo is the main man for SMB and the import is just here to help at least for this game. Like what i've said, TNT also got problems, Castro is unavailable and Ray Parks is yet to jell well for the team.

That's pretty good odds, SMB is the best team in the PBA, they are just struggling lately that's why they are the underdog in this game but they know how important this game so expects that they will give an all-out war competition tonight.
