The ball rotations is quite an advantage for the tropang texters, the players are really moving well and with an import who can adjust with how the locals are playing, the chance of TNT is good this season, they can again be one of the contender here at the governors cup, they just need to continue to play as whole and not just to lean with their reinforcement.

At every conference, TNT is always one of the contenders.

Although we can't judge how a certain team will perform the whole conference, referring to only game shouldn't be a basis. The team is also expected last conference to be one of the title contenders but look at what happened to them due to lots of factors such as inconsistent import, key player's injuries, best diva, etc.

Let's see if TNT will come back again on its usual track at this conference. They have a good start but consistency will be the question.

That was close but Northport is not really a good team in closing games.

Their lack of experience was exposed in the 4th quarter, yes, they trim the lead to only 2 points but they cannot take the lead. Meralco was in control of the game, thanks to their super talented import, double-double production at a highest level. 32 points and 22 rebounds, that's something huge.

Sumang on the opposing team scored 23 points from an very efficient shooting of 8-12, he lead the local but the import is the top scorer with 29 points.
Maybe next time they'll win, and they badly need Bollick to help them.

Well, that's what they are doing. They will end up in a farm team and will retire there as well. This is the cycle that SMB is doing.
Independent teams get good players and then they will put it into another independent team and then from there, they will get it and will trade either old or bench players.

Look at Munzon now. NorthPort got him in exchange to some bench players and draft picks I guess. In the next season which is the Philippine Cup, SMB or even Ginebra might get him in exchange for some bench players. The cycle goes on and on and on and there's nothing that the management can do to stop it which is a bit ridiculous if you will ask me.

He almost got a triple double with 42-11-8. Well, compared to Converge's first import which is Rusbatch, this plays far better than him, and with this win they might keep Franklin and will be their import. For now, Rusbatch is now on the reserve list of Converge. TerraFirma's import, Jordan Williams scored 46 points and it's good to see 4 other players scored in double digits in Dyip as well, but it wasn't enough to get the victory.

No doubt if he will be traded to another SMC or MVP team his chance to showcase more of his talent and a chance of winning a title is possible, look at how Terrence Romeo became after being traded out from NP, win a final MVP and have that ring in his name, if Bollick will be given a chance like that, I'm sure he can do more.

Let's wait if how things will proceed. It's been a rumor for such a long time. Maybe after his contract expires, just like a ripe fruit, he will be harvested by either SMC or MVP franchise.

He's genuinely one of the best players in the PBA right now but because the teams are the ones who decide on who they're going to allow who's their mainstay. There's a possibility that even for a long time of their stay and loyalty, it will just be reciprocated by trade by their respective team management. Despite that the team might be at its best, I doubt it now and maybe the others too are doubting it that they'll be able to reach the finals.

Well, he can get both when he goes to SMB so maybe just get the money and then a few years from now, SMB will get him and will have a higher chance to get a title.

Why a contract extension? I believe that the SMB can still get something out of Ross, Lassiter and Romeo and maybe Enciso as well, so they just let NorthPort offer Bollick a max contract extension but in the end, they will just get him in exchange for some players (if Bollick will accept the offer). I believe this is all drama and sh*t. If you are a PBA fan for years and you've been watching these trades, you can already see that SMB's farming team are NorthPort and TerraFirma.

If I'm Bollick, I might try my luck overseas and play in the B-league. I mean B-league already gave sign to him that they will get him if he will play there. More money, more experience, more challenging.

Agree with you, Bollick would make a lot of money compared to the amount he would receive even if he will get a max contract. The love of basketball and money should go together because even if you are too loyal in your team in the PBA, you will still be traded when you are less effective.

That's not new already, we've seen plenty of players who are already traded and eventually lose their career.

That's why they are being criticize, but despite that, people are still watching the game especially if Ginebra will be in the Finals game. Not fun to watch if you are betting for the TNT on the pre-live betting because the Katropa is down by 13 points at the end of the first half. Qualls was doing the damage for the Elasto Painters with his 18 points in the first half while his counter-part has only 8 points thus far and seems Hudson is playing lousy basketball hehe.

Odds in the second half, ROS 1.34, TNT 3.30 but i'm taking the ROS -5.5 @1.89 as TNT is not playing well and hope they will carry it on the second half.
