Didn’t expect this as well since the way converge played the game, i though they are in control but suddenly collapse in the last quarter, local players failed to help their import though this was a close game.

Actually, it's not that Converge collapses on the final end. It's just that NLEX just really did a great job executing their plays during the final minutes.

We can't also blame the locals for why Converge lost in that game. It's unfair to even their import do have a big production. Overall, the game was being decided on what team will successfully do the very important part of the close game, the "turning point".

Nice to see unusual teams again sitting at the 3rd and 4t spot but I do hope Converge will have a good rally this conference.

I watched the final minutes of the game and if I will find a problem as to why Converge lose, it is their import. Lots of three point attempts, he aren't passing the ball to his teammates or if there is, only once or twice. When he holds the ball, he will automatically shoot it, and the worst thing is all of that are from threes. I can't blame him though if he don't want to pass the ball to his teammates, but at least let the locals involve especially in crunch time.

Nevertheless, it was a good match and I just hope that there are many people watching it on that arena, but it wasn't Ginebra so... yeah. I enjoyed watching it on livestream still. Converge has been on the top ever since and they are performing really well since they came into the league. SMC and MVP teams are now on the top 8 while the independent teams that is in the top 8 are ROS and Converge. Anything can happen still especially in that 6th-8th spot. There is a chance that we might see independent team clinching on top while either SMC or MVP team will be eliminated.

Another game today, this time we have Ginebra playing in the first game. They are on a two-game losing streak, so I don't think winning against Blackwater will be a problem. I'm sure they will cover the spread, even if it's high.

In the second game, we have a very exciting match between SMB and TNT. Both teams only have one loss each, so I'm sure it's going to be a close game. I hope that Pogoy will not miss this game since SMB is a tough opponent, and TNT needs his contribution in case Williams struggles with his shooting.

Finally, Ginebra was able to break their two straight losses, although Brownlee's numbers are not too impressive. But I know he's just trying to make his teammates better. Also, he is probably trying to be careful as he will represent our country in an international competition happening this month. By the way, that was the last game of Ginebra this month.

Still close game in the half of 3rd quarter, TNT still leading 4 points and we really can't predict how both teams will play this game if how they will push to win, I see the value of TNT's odd and if you love taking the big risk, taking that will add up more entertainment while watching the game.

Thanks for the tip mate, you are right, Mikey Williams will not be returning to this game plus TNT don't have Roger Pogoy so they are the underdog now but looking at the plays of TNT, they are just so lucky that they are not leading by 6 points at the end of the third quarter. I won't be betting anymore on this game, just monitoring now my under 212.5 bet that is in the risk of losing as shots from both teams were falling in the third quarter that they scored 63 points in that quarter alone.

It's okay mate, at least i won on my other bet on the under 212.5. I'm an SMB fan, just tempted to bet on the Katropa because of the close scores but when i knew that Williams and Pogoy were not there, i will not bet for them because too risky, they are just lucky that the breaks of the game fell into them. If Junemar was there, Oftana could have not gotten the offensive rebound and the putback.

That was an easy win for me, I had Ginebra's spread, and I never got nervous even a bit while watching the game.

I was also in that same impression since the score was tied in the last 12 seconds and knowing SMB they are really good in defending but Oftana's aggressiveness make the winning layup to snatch the game, it was a good trap for SMB follower for sure, that -1.5 handicap is achievable knowing that Poguy is not around and during the live game, William also out and the odd is pretty sweet for SMB @ 1.80 if I remember it right.

Congrats to you Kabayan, for trusting TNT. Even they don't have that enough firepower but still manage to escape the game with the win.

It was a good game and kudos to TNT. They are undermanned going into the game with Pogoy on injury and Mikey Williams getting injured in the first half but they still kept on fighting. They got the win through the rebound by Oftana. It turned out it was a bad decision for SMB to take out Fajardo on the last play for a better defender even though he was doing well defending the drives of the import of TNT, at least in the last 5 minutes of the game. He could have secured the rebound for the SMB win.

There are lots of chances being wasted by the SMB in the final minutes that might be a reason for them winning the game. There are also lots of decisions by their coach that also can be a reason why they have lost. They feel pressured more during a crucial game.

Aside from that, SMB is only playing with 3 players, CJ Perez, Cameron Clark, and JuneMar Fajardo lol. The rest don't know what they're doing.

In the actual game it's tough to guess but in papers it's SMB do have the advantage and that's the reason why bookies give them the favorite, but at the end of the game it's TNT who win the game coming from that last winning layup from Ofana, almost a OT but that winning shot really entertained especially tropang texters fans and supporters.

SMB I believed gambled the last play. I see 2 reasons why they sit out JuneMar Fajardo:

- expecting overtime so JMF will somehow rest early and be ready on OT
- JMF now has 4 fouls and saving it on the possible OT

Let's say they are preparing JMF in overtime at least they should instead Mo Tautaa to replace JMF and not Brondial. Anyways, move on now.

I believe it's for the preparation of the upcoming last leg of FIBA qualifiers that's why SMB and TNT players will have a bit of a rest.
I hope that Pogoy will recover from his ankle sprain that he got against Meralco since he will also play for the last leg of FIBA qualifiers.

Lot's of fouls not being called especially for the import of TNT, and if you watched the video, he really is very frustrated that he isn't getting the calls. On the other hand, it made me curious why SMB let JMF sit on the dying seconds of the game, and because of that decision, they paid the price and let Oftana shoot on the paint. What if JMF is there instead of Brondial? It probably went to overtime right? .

Anyways, been a SMB fan, but I put my bet on TNT on that game. Just move on like @harizen said.
