This is really dependent on the players they can sign in the next couple of weeks because if you think about it, how much and what can Ancelotti change compared to last season when most of the players remain the same and don't get any younger? The analysis isn't easy this time because I am not sure what Real Madrid's issue was. Was it the players in general and do they need new players? Or do existing players just have to perform better and everything is ok? Bringing in Mbappe is good for any team regardless of the issues they have. There is no team Mbappe wouldn't improve, but what is their most pressing issue?

To be honest I prefer Ancelotti to stay longer at Real Madrid. Because it is indeed very difficult to find a replacement for a coach who can handle Real Madrid as well as Ancelotti.

Last season Real Madrid did experience quite a setback. and I think if this season Real Madrid could have had more setbacks because Benzema is no longer at the club. For joselu seems not enough to be main option for Madrid, he not plays with bigger teams and difficult for him adapting with huge pressure in Real Madrid and need scoring many goals on every season. But Joselu is not bad as second choose for Madrid and waiting for which one potential main center forward for Real Madrid in this season based on three player linked will join Madrid.

Successful in terms of what? You mean it was promising so far?

For Real Madrid success gets only measured in titles. Younger players need time of course, but a club of that size and that reputation can't afford to run experiments on several positions at the same time. Therefore they will always have to buy superstars on the transfer market. They can't wait for their youth players to develop and fill all positions in the team. It will be a mixture and we will it again this season. Last season Real Madrid was quite mediocre both in their offensive game and their defensive game.

The club eventually fired him due to his inconsistency.  Real Madrid is a fairly straightforward team to coach all you need to do is bring in the appropriate players, and they'll perform what they're paid to do.

Pepe was probably the oldest defender at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Because in 2022 he was probably around 40 but now he is over 40. Yes indeed, Sergio Ramos is old but Sergio Ramos still has a strong desire to continue playing. But sadly, it seems that no big club in Europe is interested in signing and if I was in Sergio Ramos' position then surely, I would accept the offer that was there from the Saudi Professional League club. I don't think it's very easy to find a club in any league, including American or Saudi. If a player is many years old, his career is at the finish line. It's a similar situation now for Neymar, who will probably be without a club as well. It probably makes sense to look for a place not at the top clubs.

Neymar is 31 and I would take any bet that he will not be without a club anytime soon. He will sign one more contract with a bigger club or stay at PSG as he is too valuable in terms of his popularity. The only thing that can happen to him is that he has to accept a reduced salary elsewhere, but I am quite sure that they first who would be knocking his door when he is about to leave PSG are the Saudi clubs.

Ramos is six years older than Neymar and that is a totally different story.
