Harrogate plays a strong brand of defensive football, allowing just seven goals in eight League Two games this season. It’s difficult to imagine Stevenage finding the back of the net in this one. They own just four wins in their last 31 matches in all competitions and this one should be a rough road contest. I’m backing Harrogate Town on Tuesday.

I'm going right back to the 'over' in this series. This has been a high scoring series and I think it will be another big game for the lineups on Tuesday. The first four games of this series went 'over' before one finally went 'under' in Game 5. The Dodgers have gone 'over' in eight of their last 11 games and 9 of their last 13. The 'over' is 8-1 in the last nine meetings between these two teams and Tampa Bay has gone 'over' in five of their last seven overall. Both teams have already faced these starters in Game 2. That was a 6-4 win for Tampa Bay and both starters were out before the end of the fifth inning. I think it will be more of the same in this one and I think that the ball will continue to carry well in Arlington. Back the offense and take the 'over'.

I don't think that Krasnodar is any good at all. They were able to steal a point in a 1-1 draw against Rennes. They aren't going to get one here against Chelsea. The Blues haven't been all that good lately, taking three straight draws and only earning three wins in 10 matches. Some of that has been the competition they've rolled up against though. Last week alone they took on Sevilla and Man. U. Throw in recent matchups against Tottenham and Liverpool and they have been going up against the top tier. This is a step down in class and I think they will snap a two-game goalless streak with the offense breaking out in a big way. Chelsea has a lot of young attacking talent. If they get on the board early it will give them a lot of confidence and that should snowball.

LOST - Take Cardiff PK over Derby County (3:45 PM, Wednesday, October 28th)

Cardiff has been one of the better teams on the road this year in the English Championship, earning seven points out of a possible nine in their three road games thus far. In fact, if you go back into last season, Cardiff has taken the full three points in nine of their last twelve away contests in the Championship. As for Derby County, they currently sit in a relegation spot, have a -8 goal differential and they have lost five straight home game, getting shut-out in three of them. Throw in the fact that since Cardiff made a coaching change last November, they have the most road wins in the entire English Championship and we're going to lay the short price with them here to get the road win at Derby County on Wednesday afternoon.

WON - Take Both Teams to Score YES between Club Brugge and Lazio (4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 28th)

Club Brugge has seen both teams find the back of the net in six of their last eight games while both teams have scored in four of Lazio's last five, including their 2-1 Serie A win over Bologna on Saturday and their 3-1 win over Dortmund in UCL play last week. Throw in the fact that Brugge hasn't shut-out an opponent in each of their last six Champions League games, including a win over Zenit last week where they allowed a goal and that's where we'll have our play as we think both teams find a way to get on the scoreboard on Wednesday afternoon.

WON - Take Ferencvarosi +0.5 over Dynamo Kiev (4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 28th)

Ferencvarosi has won three of their last four matches and we fully expect them to take care of a Dynamo Kiev side that has really struggled in the spot they are in here today. Kiev has outright lost four of their last seven road games and they have just three wins in their last twenty-four Champions League road matches. We think the Kiev road struggles continue here and we'll cash this ticket as long as Ferencvarosi can earn a home draw on Wednesday afternoon.

LOST - Take Leipzig Double Chance (Win/Draw) over Manchester United (4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 28th)

Leipzig hasn't lost on the road since February, a run that stretches eleven games across all competitions and they are unbeaten since their new season started, winning six of seven games, drawing the other. As for Manchester United, they have won just once in their last six home games across all competitions and they are in unfamiliar territory, as they currently sit in 15th place on the EPL table. There are just too many questions marks right now with Man U and because of this, we're going to lay the -150 or so price that Leipzig earns at least a draw in England on Wednesday afternoon.

As per our selection on Juventus, this is a very big game for the club and in particular coach Pirlo who has come under some heat over the first handful of league games. He got his tactics right on Champions League matchday 1 and a second win in as many games would put Juve in a good spot to progress from this group. Barcelona comes into this game in poor form, having lost to of their last three matches including an emotional El Classico in their latest game. It's also important to note that in Barcelona's 11 trips to Italy, they've only won twice with six draws and three losses. Juve are at home and have been a formidable opponent in their own stadium, having lost just twice in 20 games. Look for Juve to come out the more aggressive of the two teams and try and cement their place in the drivers seat of the group after matchday 2.

This is a great spot to grab a golfer that has been playing well as of late, or at least when he tees it up. Hoffman has three top 15 finishes in his last five events while Tringale ranks outside the Top 50 in strokes gained over the field tee/green and opportunities gained. The other aspect in regards to Tringale is the fact that this course just doesn't fit his game. Tringale isn't consistent enough compared to Hoffman here which really makes us love Hoffman in this matchup. Remember, when it comes to matchup plays it's not about who we like to win the tournament it's just a mano-a-mano matchup, and Hoffman is the play. Take the small favorite in Hoffman to win this matchup by multiple strokes.

This is CSU's first game of the season, while Fresno has already played a game but teams playing their first game are on a 25-10-2 ATS run against teams with at least one game under their belt. The Bulldogs got crushed in that one game, losing 34-19 to Hawaii. Fresno was out-gained by 143 yards, including a 323-120 deficit on the ground. The QB situation in Fresno is bleak and we expect the Rams' defense to take advantage. The Rams own the QB advantage with Pat O'Brien having thrown for more than 2,800 yards last season.

This is battle for the No. 4 seed and getting the best pitcher in the league at this price is too good to pass up. Raul Alcantara will likely win the Choi Dong-won Award (Cy Young Award) and he has not lost a game since August 26th. His is facing a solid opponent in Eric Jokisch but he has been a tough luck loser of late dropping two straight decisions (Doosan beat him last time out) and has not been going deep into games. Doosan is the defending champion, and they know it is important to get the four seed meaning they just have to win 1 of 2 game to advance. Alcantara is 19-2 on the season, enough said.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE
LOST - Take Manchester City -1.5 GOALS over Sheffield United (8:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 31st)

Sheffield United came out last year and played way, way over its head. They started to come back to reality after the coronavirus hiatus, fading down the stretch. Well, that's carried over into this season. They are 0-5-1 in their six matches and do not even look like the same team. They have just three goals in six matches and the defense has been disorganized. Man City has gotten off to a very slow start as well and they are currently in 13th place. They've been distracted by games in the EFL Cup and the Champions League. But they are starting to build the momentum, winning four of their last six matches with two draws. They should be able to continue their upswing with another blowout here.

WON - Take Chelsea ML over Burnley (11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 31st)

Burnley played Tottenham very tough their last time out. This team can be deceptively tough in their home stadium. But they still haven't been able to bust through with a win yet in the Premier League and I don't think they are going to get it here from a deep, talented Chelsea squad. We cashed big with Chelsea over Krasnodar earlier this week and that snapped a three-draw streak for this side. I like Chelsea to pour in three goals here and Burnley shouldn't be able to keep up.

GERMAN LEAGUE 2
WON - Take Fortuna Dusseldorf ML over Heidenheim (1:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30th)

Dusseldorf was in the Bundesliga last year and put up a fight late in the season. They have gotten off to a terrible start, though, losing four of their last six matches. I think that they will be able to get things on track against a weak Heidenheim side.

ITALY SERIE A
LOST - Take Atalanta -1.5 GOALS over Crotone (10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 31st)

This one would be a much bigger play but it really comes down to motivation. How motivated is Atalanta after playing its Champions League match earlier this week? Is this side starting to wear down? Crotone is a disaster. They are 0-4-1 in their five matches, allowing 15 goals. Their shaky defense against Atalanta's world class attack is a clear mismatch. Atalanta can pick its own score in this one. It's just a matter of how motivated they are.

SPAIN LA LIGA
LOST - Take Eibar ML over Cadiz (4 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30th)

Cadiz is coming off a pair of bizarre results, beating Real Madrid and then taking a draw against Villarreal. This team, promoted from Liga 2, has played its way into the Top 6 early in the season but I don't expect it to last. They have just six goals in seven matches and I think they are in a letdown spot here after catching four points in places they didn't expect any.

Hawaii has posted a perfect 4-0 record to the under in their last four Mountain West Conference games and they have gone an excellent 6-2 to the under in their last eight Friday night games. Wyoming has been an under team as well in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone 4-1 to the under in their last five home games and they have that same 4-1 record to the under in their last five at home where they were listed as a favorite. They have also stayed under the number in seven of their last ten games played in the month of October and they are 13-4-1 to the under following a straight up loss. Throw in the fact that the Cowboys are also 4-1 to the under on turf while the Rainbow Warriors are 8-2 to the under in that same spot and that's where we'll have our play as we think both teams are going to struggle to move the ball in Laramie on Friday night.

Dimitrov is coming off a monumental win here over Stefanos and he likely has a let down here and given the fact that Evans is able to take 1 set off some of the best players in the world, we can see him getting it done here over Grigor for at least a set and then losing the match but we do think it's going to be a close match.

Schenk made the FedEx Cup playoffs last season and had a great showing at The Northern Trust, finishing T39 with a 66 in the second round. Stanley has missed the Cut at his last two events, Sanderson Farms and the Shriners. He is coming off a one under par 70 on Thursday and we expect Stanley to continue to a very average showing.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE
ACTIVE - Take Manchester United over Arsenal (11:30 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 1st)

Man. U. is currently in 15th place with a -3 goal differential. There was no way that they were going to come even close to matching last year's record-setting run to the Premier League title. But this drop-off looks a bit severe. I'm not worried about this team, though. Most of their goal differential is because of an ugly 6-1 loss to Manchester United. Since then they have been on a tear, beating powerhouse PSG and RB Leipzig squads in the Champions League and getting a win and a draw in the Premier League. Arsenal has been less than impressive since the start of the new season and their only wins in the last few weeks have been beating up weak sisters in the Europa League. I think Manchester continues its hot play and gets another W here.

ITALY SERIE A
LOST - Take 'Under' 3.0 between Cagliari and Bologna (3:45 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 31st)

This game is always a rock fight. These are two ugly, chippy, dirty, defensive teams in Serie A. Cagliari has had some high-scoring games lately. But their numbers are skewed a bit thanks to a 5-2 match with high-flying Atalanta and a 4-2 match with weak sister Crotone. It's the same thing for Bologna. They have had more than four total goals in just three of their last 10 matches. In fact, they have only had more than three goals in 10 of their last 33 matches. We may end up with a 'push' on this one but I will be surprised if there are four or more goals in this rugged matchup.

SPAIN LA LIGA
LOST - Take Barcelona  -1.5 GOALS over Alaves (4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 31st)

Barca is off to a slow start in La Liga. However, they will come around. They are coming off a nice win over Juventus in the Champions League and after dropping back-to-back La Liga matches for the first time in years I think that they are going to be focused to get three points and get back in the race. There really isn't much that Alaves can do about it. They are coming off an upset over Valladolid. But that was only the case thanks to a 21st minute red card that allowed them to play a man up the rest of the match. Prior to that match they had only scored three goals in six league matches. This team hasn't gotten throttled in a while. I think today's the day. Barcelona has won their last four against Alaves 5-0, 4-1, 2-0 and 3-0. Alaves has't taken a point in this series since 2016 (prior to that it was 2005) and Barcelona won by two or more goals in 11 o 14 meetings. I'll call it 3-0 for Barca.

LOSS - PICK: NORTH CAROLINA TAR HEELS -7.5 POINTS for 2 UNITS (1.94 ODDS).

A case can certainly be made for Virginia, since they are 10-4 SU and ATS in South's Oldest Rivalry at home. Plus, that potent Tar Heels offense is only at 27 PPG away from Chapel Hill. If Virginia establishes the run, they might hang around. Nevertheless, the Wahoos are making mistakes, with 13 turnovers and they are a -9 in turnover margin in their current four-game losing streak. The eyeball test shows a powerful offensive team that can methodically wear down a Virginia defense that is not stout or strong against a quick-strike passing offense with a secondary that is 91st out of 101. Before losing 19-14 at Miami last week, the Cavaliers had lost by at least 17 points in three consecutive contests and with the Heels firepower, if they play their normal game, hard to imagine the home team keeping this matchup within a touchdown. With home team's 4-26 ATS after four straight games with a turnover margin of -1 or worse, losing by an average of 14 points an outing, UNC draws my support.

For the co-main event of the evening we have a featherweight matchup between undefeated Bryce Mitchell (13-0) and Andre Fili (21-7). This is our pick for fight of the night so be sure to tune in! Bryce Mitchel entered the organization back in 2018 and has looked like an absolute stud with an impressive grappling-game. He is 4-0 in the UFC and pulled off a rare twister submission against Matt Sayles in 2019. He has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and showed off how elite he is in that department against Charles Rosa. It is important to note - Charles Rosa is also a particularly good jiu-jitsu player, and we actually believe Rosa would find a way to educate Bryce, but boy were we wrong! Mitchell dominated that fight from bell-to-bell and made it look easy. Having said all that - his real test will come this Saturday at UFC on ESPN+ 39 when he faces off against Andre Fili. Fili has always been overlooked by many. He trains with team Alpha Male and has shown clear improvements from fight to fight and possesses high octagon IQ. He utilizes his jab well, fights long and has shown impressive durability. He has taken shots from some heavy hitters in the division and seemed to shrug them off without much issue. Fili will need to be incredibly careful if this fight goes to the ground, but it's important to note that he has solid TDD and also a decent wrestling-game. This is going to be a remarkably close fight, but sooner or later we believe every fighter will take their first loss and earn their PhD. Fili has been in there with elite level grapplers, has more experience and we think he will be able to stay light on his feet and utilize his 4-inch reach advantage to achieve success. We believe the value lies in the dog.

Match: Cleveland Browns - Las Vegas Raiders

Just feel the line is light, and we will side with the home team looking for their sixth victory on the season. OBJ is out, but Cleveland still has a ton of weapons, and QB Mayfield should be able to pick apart this suspect Raiders defense. Las Vegas has a ton of issues on both sides of the football, and Cleveland usually does well when not playing Pittsburgh or Baltimore. The Raiders have allowed 30+ points in 5 of their last 6 games, including 12 rushing touchdowns during this span. Cleveland is 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games against Las Vegas. The Raiders are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 AFC games.
