Balogun's performance was good throughout the match. And he keeps Reims' attack strong. I don't think Reims players will play such an attacking strategy against PSG. Balogun and Flips performance in this match was excellent. Reims were lucky and their players were very confident in this match so they managed to get points in this match. At the same time, it has become riskier for PSG to hold the top spot in the points table.

Reims have continued to improve since after the world cup. In ten games that have just lost one against Lens.  They have scored 22 goal and conceded just 5 goals since December. And the most interesting part of the club is that they are coached by Will Still a 30 years old Englishman. He is the youngest coach in Ligue 1 and he has proved that age is just a number. It is quite interesting that PSG is not having a free ride throughout the season, atleast let them work hard for the title. The French league needs more competition to make it more exciting. It's been quite challenging for the teams at the top since the return from the Qatar FIFA world cup, and PSG isn't an exemption. Most clubs leading the top flight in the different leagues are having a hard time winning 3 to 5 consistent matches. The same effect reflects in Germany's Bundesliga's top standing, the same is also happening in Netherlands Eredivisie. I am not surprised at the PSG result cuz I know that many more title-leading clubs will be having defeats or draw, mostly from the teams that are either trying to fight their way out of the relegation zone or that are fighting their way into the top 4 standing.

Paris SG is, for many people, the sole ruler of the French league. I think so too. These results surprised me because they are an important team that has many of the most valuable players in their team after the world cup.  While they should have taken the top of the league alone, no one expected them to draw with Reims. Fortunately, the lucky ones, Marseille and Lens drew. There is still a difference of 3 points in the standings at the moment.

The quality of the players that Paris Saint Germain has is far above the average players they have, they have a series of star names scattered in their squad, but they are not optimal to take advantage of their advantages. Maybe this is not a serious problem for them when they are in Ligue 1, but they will find it more difficult when they are in the Champions League. They are one of the teams who have big ambitions to win the Champions League, but I don't think they will be able to do that this season with what they are showing in the league.

I wonder what Galtier did, why did he have to put Mbappe as a center forward while Mbappe is very suitable as a winger and he should have made Messi in that position. I think the draw that occurred between Reims was purely due to the failure of Galtier's strategy.

I would say that as a striker Mbappe is a lot better because he is much better at scoring than others. Neymar is a winger, he is a  true winger and he has played at left wing for a long time now and he is great there, it's not as much as left wing but more like left striker, he is close to goal like a striker but clearly on the left side.

Messi is a guy who likes to have the ball earlier, he is not the guy who just taps the goal in, he can do that too and done it hundreds of times but he likes to get the ball and dribble with it, that means he is good either at 10, meaning behind the striker, or at right win. So that leaves Mbappe as the pure striker and he is great there.

Yes, because if it's only competition in the local league, PSG still can't be consistent to achieve good results, then how can PSG be able to go further in the Champions League. Even though at this moment Bayern Munich also got situations and conditions that weren't good, but still, that doesn't mean PSG have to have the same situation.
So yes, PSG should be able to beat competing teams in Ligue 1 first, because if PSG are already very strong in Ligue 1 then at least PSG will be able to promise good results in the Champions League as well.

If I say Paris Saint Germain is lucky because Lens can't win this week, and Lens is the same, they are lucky because Paris Saint Germain was thwarted by Reims, which in strength they should have been able to win. Lyon vs stade Brest , After Lyon won their first match in the last four outings, Lyon is aiming to move closer to the top teams amid trying to salvage a faltering season that will once again leave them without European football next season, The visiting team has a whole different agenda for the remaining part of the season. They are just above the relegation line looking to get some wins that would move them out of the danger zone. They had a good weekend by beating Angers 4-0 and now will travel to Lyon looking forward for another positive outcome. Lyon was terrific at home during the opening three months of the year, but after the winter break, things changed. They have gone three straight games without a victory in front of their fans, and with a couple of losses in a row, once again they need to find their form to maintain the pursuit of a top-five finish. Brest hasn't been setting the league alight as well when it comes to their away form. They have won only twice as a guest team while also drawing on two occasions and suffering through six losses. But I still believe something positive might still happen in this team considering their two recent winning.

PSG was very unlucky against Reims, it was really not good. I feel PSG deserved to win that match more if they managed to take the best chance. Mbappe, Neymar and Messi had several chances, but they were only not put to good use or saved by the Reims goalkeeper. Lacking 1 player in that match actually made PSG very depressed in the second half, but they played well before the last seconds. It was definitely bad experience for PSG. The 3 points should have been safe, but in the end it only resulted in 1 point.

First of all, I think the red card of Marco Verratti could easily have been avoided. Secondly, I think that there are a lot of problems in the defense of PSG. There certainly need to do better in terms of defense. There is always one player open for a through ball. And if it was not for Gianluigi Donnarumma, PSG could have actually lost this match. We all saw how busy the PSG goalkeeper was in this match. But in the end, it was a big mistake made by PSG at the end of the match which cost them two points. And it is true, they do look unstable now.

The way PSG is playing right now, I am not sure that they are 100% going to be the winner of the title. I know they are still the best team in the league. But I do not know if they will be able to win that title as easily as we thought they will. This team has a good attack. But that defense is very weak and the midfield is not the best if I put it decently. Honestly, I am not very hopeful about PSG in the Champions League. Because even if everything is in their favor, they're still somehow losing. The only thing PSG was very confident about was the ligue1 title. But that is still under doubt.

They missed a golden opportunity to run away from their closest followers.This also shows that the pressure is all building up on them during such time and their consistency has been lost,in fact they have a lot of draws and a lost game against Lens recently which says a lot about them lately.If this was not enough,the pressure is even bigger for the upcoming encounter in the Champions League,they have Champions League as their primary objective and a lot of fans are waiting a lot from them here,if they miss to go forward in the Champions League then the pressure in the Ligue 1 will even go up further.

PSG keep making their fans feel unaccomplished because of their inconsistency and unexpected results, it is a reality and fact that most internally respected and professional footballers are found in this club, but the day to day results of these team is devastating, every right thinking person would have thought that PSG will win their last league encounter but many person got a shocker, despite the red, PSG ought to have maintained the 1:0 lead but the allowed Reims that is not in good position to cause them a good 3 points which is not good for a team that want to continue to be at the top of the league table, as it stands now they have to work harder to maintained their position at the top.

I wouldn't agree more. PSG results in Ligue 1 are normal but quite frustrating since Lens and Marseille are close to them.
Losing Ligue 1 title might end his carrier with the team and I am almost sure he will not continue with them next year if he lose in Champions League games against Bayern.
The ridiculous point is that both teams are wasting victories vs easier teams in their domestic league...
