Actually from what I see for some of the news that is happening now there is no specific word about Osimhen wanting to be at an English club rather than Ligue 1 until now but their rumours near Chelsea are currently an obstacle to the signing of Osimhen.

PSG appears to me like they have got a really big issues with scouting a d they need to improve their quality of scout because they seem to get good players but not the best combinations to give them the kind of results they would be aiming to achieve with their new signings, osimhen isn't a bad deal but PSG isn't a team that will really being out the best in him and so if he get a deal with them he might aswell leave immediately after his deal elapses which will mean they didn't get the best of him.

Yeah, there's no better option for him to play for other than Chelsea, he's said before that he'll love to play for Manchester United or Chelsea but right now, Chelsea amongst these two clubs above have been the only club to have shown genuine interest for the Nigerian international. He is a very good striker and just shown that he is able to play well in Champions League by scoring an equalizer for Napoli against Barcelona. That goal is important for Napoli to keep up their chance in a second match even it will be a home-away match.

Vlahovic used to be considered as one of best strikers but a transfer from Fiorentina to Juventus caused some problems and he struggled to find his best there.
