So many complaints are coming from different customers almost every day, and 1xbit does not provide any proper solution to those complaints.

And looking at the behavior of 1xbit, it is clear that they do not pay attention to these allegations. There are many victims who don't know Bitcointalk so they can't post here even if they are cheated by 1xbit.

So it looks like his entire account has been rolledback, closed and deposit returned. I do not know what was the reason for such a decision of security team. This is the first time I see something like that.

As I have stated earlier in this thread same thing happened to me 2-3 years ago. All bets voided and deposit returned.
I also received the same email as everyone else in this thread has. We stop any bussines with you bla bla bla.

He has no figures to proof anything. He has been paid to say good words for 1xbit as he has been paid for it.

I just wonder why 1xBIT campaign is not being stopped here even we know that it has shady operations. You can argue that scam is not moderated but there can be expectations. Remember,  Yobit was banned to advertised on the forum.

Where did you find that information? Do 1xbit shows the number of players as well as the wager statistic publicly in daily basis so you can say that there are tens of thousands of people?
If it is real, why there is not even 1% of those tens of thousands people who want to share their experience in this thread?
In fact, most players who come in this thread are those who had bad experience with 1xbit.

Several months have passed and this 1xbit presence have been on this forum I have seen some of their advert on other platforms but the fact is the image on the forum have been on a red note right from the very start, and lots of accusation have been pouring in from users calling out the bookmarker for withdrawal and illegal account closer with funds. The team has made some moves but to gain a reputation on this forum, it going to take the grace of God as many scam accusations against them.

I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? I won on that game 2000 usdt , and go to withdraw page to make withdarw some of my funds and continue to bet. Then I saw that there is no withdraw options to withdraw funds. I was in shock. Then wrote to livechat to help me withdraw my funds. They told me I need to write on security 1xbit email so I will have answer from them.
I write them and waiting so long, they told me THEY STOP COLLABORATION AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! They stopped collaboration because I won the fu*cikng one game on football and high league premier leage, and now I see that so many defenders with signature campage said they only block table tennis or tennis, THEY  BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AFTER WIN GAME TOTTENHAM premier league and not give me back the money of that game and only said will give deposited sum of money. So when I was in lose, they didnt touch my account, and when won the game fotball and won 2000 usdt they blocked withdarw and this is not F*CKING NORMAL!!! This must be stopped, this is criminal and they cannot do this. I have not found, so far a genuine player who is able to withdraw their huge earnings and posted them here in Bitcointalk, so there's a possibility that what you're saying is true and I guess it's true, all complaints here are similars they won big amounts they cannot withdraw their earnings which they deserved and their account is eventually banned, and once they open a ticket they are accused of cheating, it's a story that goes over and over again.

No, Naficopa is making those numbers up.  Classic shill move: "If X is happening how could Y be true?  It's just not clear to me, help me understand!", where Y is the scam accusation and X is bullshit made up fact that makes scammer seem credible, they are hoping you will just believe because we're focusing on Y right now.  It's almost like a sleight of hand or other misdirection technique used by magicians at kids birthday parties.

Complaints against them are nothing new, a lot of allegations are already in this thread and they have been left unresolved. I don't know if the reputation of 1xbit has anything to do with it, gamblers will understand how badly 1xbit is running their business by looking at 1xbit's Bitcointalk account.
This allegation may have left it unresolved with an excuse. Because they have been doing these activities for a long time.
