It was a great start to the season for both Sevilla and Manchester City. Both teams were determined to win the match and win the title, but in the end Manchester City came out victorious. I don't see much of a problem with Manchester City's performance although they are a bit different without De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva, other things being the same.

Pep Guardiola and Manchester City dominated the game well and he didn't take too many risks to play as a substitute for more than one player. Alvarez stepped in for Cole Palmer, and that was it until the title was secured. As for the game against Newcastle, we'll see, although I really believe in the possibility of a win for Manchester City.

It’s hard to say what the outcome of the match will be, both teams have a good attack, so I would probably consider the total in this match, but the odds are, of course, not so great. It won't be easy for Guardiola's men to win this match. They are still the favorites, so that's obvious. But Newcastel recent improvement has made things more difficult. Especially if we look at Newcastle's first match which feasted on goals against Aston Vila.
If Mamchester City are not careful enough with Newcastle, then believe me they will be humiliated at their own base, at Etihafd.

With  the achievements of Manchester City in previous season I still see them as the favourite to win the game against Newcastle. Newcastle can be very tough to Manchester City but City still have the strength to grab victory at last. The reason why Manchester City has more odds on bookies could be attributed to Newcastle last match, Newcastle beat up Aston Villa with 5 goals to 1 as early as the League is starting, not only that did they played well, they are now in new shape better than last season. Manchester City didn't do well in their last two matches by peformance even when they won the matches and the abstence of Kelvin De Bruyne put them at more risk of conceding goals from Newcastle.

Newcastle sit at the top of the league as the first round complete, it's possible that Manchester City might have some strategy to win Newcastle by landslide from the lesson of their last two matches but if the match end the other way, bookies will start to put eyes on Newcastle and begin to reduce their odds in matches. I think, Nottingham forest will use home advantage to defeat Sheffield united 2-1in this match which is my prediction, because they will not allow what happened in their pre-season match that made their opponent to defeated them not to happen in this premier league competition. Based on their starting in this match, I think the match will going to be a tough match but Nottingham forest will use second half to achieve the winning goal to defeat Sheffield united to achieve three points from the match. Since Sheffield united are still experiencing some challenge in the area of midfield, i think they will struggle for draw match 1-1 but Nottingham forest strikers will not allow such thing to happen in this match than to use die minutes to achieve victory.  

Both of the teams are not very strong. So it is actually hard to predict what the results are going to be of this match. But recently I will say that Nottingham Forest has shown quite good improvements. Finally, we cannot forget about the home-condition advantage. We all know that almost all the matches at the start of the season are pretty hard to predict. And when it comes to a match between low-level teams the prediction becomes a lot more harder to be honest.

But I actually agree that in this match probably Nottingham forest is going to be the winner. There is a chance that this match will end in a draw. Pep did not start to look for replacement after that match but he actually did it after the last season Champions League final. He does know the importance of De Bruyne with Manchester City and does not want to play without him. However, if we watched Manchester City in the past season, in some weeks, Pep did not use De Bruyne and he tried to replace the Belgian player as well as gave him more motivation to come back, playing simpler but more dangerous.

Pep with his genius vision and idea for tactics, will be able to replace those players but in the meantime, if he can not find good player replacements, he will adjust the club tactics to deal with it.

I am not surprise with Man City performance against Sevilla because I believe the squad can't be as formidable as last season squad coupled with the fact that one of their influential Kevin DeBruyne is injured, however I regard Gundogan and Riyad Mahrez  two important players that had left the club can make impact on the team in that match, I believe their squad of last season would have  won the match during regulation time though I am not trying to underrate Sevilla, I think the outcome of their next match against Newcastle would reveal a lot about how formidable the team would be this season though Guordiola did signed Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic to strengthen the team.

It is true that both teams performances are not that good, but I still believe that Nottingham Forest may use home advantage and look very strong, so with that, I will say that they may be the favorite team to win the match, but what I expect from the game is a draw, and if Sheffield is lucky, it may win the game because Nottingham Forest is not that strong as I saw from their performance last week against Arsenal,but let's see what will happen, as both teams are weak for now. but still expecting Sheffield to try their best to come out with a point from the game, even if it is not a full point, because if Sheffield can't win or draw Nottingham Forest, which team is in the competition, they may win?
