My guess is that Newcastle should have no worries when it comes to the club's financial condition. So that Newcastle should be able to build their squad even more in the coming season. Let it follow due process. hey can just add three or four players to their squad and sell some players that are surplus to requirement. it is true that Pochettino's task is very hard to be required to make changes to Chelsea's performance but on the one hand Chelsea needs a little more money because they have to replace several players who no longer have the enthusiasm to improve performance in the summer.

Arsenal have lost several defenders and forwards at the last minute due to injury problems. A lack of capable defenders and forwards ultimately failed to win the Premier League title. I already knew a few days ago about this news where they only provide a budget of 75 million Euros of course with that budget it won't be enough but it's up to the needs the coach wants whether Eddie Howe will adopt some players with the existing budget but preparation for the Champions League it's really tough, even if Newcastle budgeted more it doesn't guarantee they will be champions even I think with a lot of group stage it will be a little difficult for them.
The most important thing is that Eddie Howe can stabilize their game so that in the coming season his performance will not decrease. I know that finishing 4th is a big achievement for Newcastle this season.

Of the three teams that were relegated in the season that just ended, there were indeed several players with very good quality and they deserved to move to a bigger club. or at least to a club still in the Premier League. and yes, the two Southampton players, namely Romeo Lavia and James Ward-Prowse, are two players who deserve to continue playing in the Premier League by moving to clubs that are still in the Premier League.

And not only from the Southampton club, but Leeds and Leicester city also have several players who are currently being contested by several clubs in the premier league because they have good quality and deserve to be able to continue playing in the Premier League competition, namely James Maddison (Leicester City) , Harvey Barnes (Leicester City), Tyler Adams (Leeds United) and Rodrigo (Leeds United). all of these players have excellent quality and skills that are up.

I don't even understand the way young players wants to leave Chelsea, is it that they don't have faith in the club anymore or they don't want to work with the new manager Mauricio Pochettino. Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Mendy have all been tipped to leave Chelsea and these are promising players and should be part of the team's project. No disrespect but old players like Thiago Silver and the likes should be packing their bags but the reverse is the case. I know Chelsea had some good additions come in the January transfer like Wesley Fofana, Mykhailo Mudryk, Enzo Fernandez etc but they management needs to do all they can to make sure that most of these players don't leave.

I think that chelsea has choices to sell some under perform players like havertz. Im not happy with what already done in the early of summer transfer season. So many targets were missing. If the rebuild at Chelsea started last season it would be very good for next season. Because Chelsea should already know that they have to really improve by bringing in new players as well as new coaches in order to make their appearance next season look better than last season. They were also signing good players. So it is correct to say that Chelsea has good players that they have signed, but the problem was that there was no chemistry between the players and the Coach and management. So it is now the function of Poch to put everything together to give Chelsea a successful season. The rebuilding started last season not this season.

Newcastle still has a solution to increase the spending money budgeted for in the transfer market, they will sell several players who are not needed or players who have minimal playing time to prevent Financial Fair Play. Qualifying for the Champions League has been a success for Newcastle for the last two decades, this success must be supported by the quality of an established team in order to be able to compete with elite teams from different competitions. Newcastle can still prevent swelling in salary expenses by selling players to make room for new, more qualified players.

They want to move with a controlled growth and perfect planning, but if they transfer a few star players to the team, I think they can have a more successful season next year. They may not be able to persuade Mbappe to come to Newcastle United, but they can persuade Neymar. I am 100% sure that Ronaldo will want to come back to Europe and the Champions League again, they can persuade Ronaldo to come to Newcastle United. If they make a deal with a few big star players in the same transfer season, we can say that they entered an uncontrolled transfer process, but if they transfer only one star player, I think their plans will continue to work flawlessly.

Mauricio Pochettino is an experienced coach in the Premier League and to improve the performance of a team that has fallen down like Chelsea is not an easy thing especially with high targets, everything needs process and time.
Chelsea's management must learn from their mistakes this season, as a result of their reckless mistake in making the decision to fire coach Tauchel and buy several players at high prices, but not everything went as expected.
Since Chelsea's management changed, they have done many detrimental things as if they didn't understand, so this team is getting worse.
There is no other word for building this team other than process and time, like several other top teams that have also slumped, they all took a while to get back up.

Restructuring is basically what Chelsea needs at the moment,  they will add more players to their previous squad. I have the feeling that the new management will outperform the prior ones. Todd Boehly may get this signing right, but he has a track record of committing mistakes. Mauricio Pochettino will fix Chelsea, but we shouldn't expect him to do it excellently in his first game. Fans and the board should be patient with Pochettino in case he fails to make an early impression. Chelsea is an exceptional club that requires complete focus from the board, the coach, the players, and the fans.

When I take a glance at the upcoming Premier League fixtures, I see some of the top clubs have quite an interesting lineup. Out of all the teams, Manchester City seems to have the easiest opening fixtures. I wouldn't be surprised if City walks away with wins from almost all their matches, definitely will get 24 points in the bag. While Arsenal also looks to have a relatively comfortable run in their early fixtures. But, there's no team in premier league right now can compete with City because they're miles ahead of every other team in the league. Man City might defend their title this season again, but anything could happen. However, I feel it's going to be a wild season in the premier league 100 percent.

The premier league will, in my opinion, be competitive next season because, based on the rumor I'm hearing, Arsenal is close to signing Declan Rice and is prepared to pay whatever it takes to do so. However, I believe the midfielder at Arsenal is the issue, based on the team's performance. The team's performance, though, has led me to conclude that Arsenal's midfielder is the real issue.
Manchester City will be thrilled to have taken over three trophies this year and to have the chance to unseat Arsenal from a title, but I predict that next season will be very challenging for them.

Looking at how dominant City was at the second part of the season, the only way it could ever be competitive is to make sure there is at least another team that could be that dominant all season long. City didn't lose a single game when they needed a win, that's how you become a dominant team, because most teams ends up with a loss just as they need it, when your opponent loses a point that week and you need three points to get higher, some teams fail and drop the ball, City never does that and keeps on winning as long as their opponents are close, wait until other team loses first.

Arsenal is not ready for that yet, sure they had a great start but that doesn't mean they had a good ending, they had a terrible ending, and doubt they would do much better next season.

However as the season came to an end they were undone by the absence of strong successors in those spots. Manchester City together with defending champions Manchester United, Arsenal, and a resurgent Newcastle are anticipated to emerge as major challengers for the league title in the upcoming season. Next season will be more demanding and challenging as well for Newcastle who would not just want to replicate finishing in the top four of the league position but also put out a great performance in the UEFA Champions League competition that they'll be playing in come next season. So I think it's required of the club new owner to sign more quality players so they can be formidable enough for the new season

As Newcastle played so well last season, they will now aim to continue that streak. I think this team will become as strong as Manchester City in the future. They have this ability. Newcastle has a lot of money. The team does not lack of money. And their coach Eddie Howe is quite experienced. He finished a great season with a mediocre team. No one imagined this team would qualify for the Champions League. And so if Eddie Howe gets the big funds he can take measures to strengthen the Newcastle team. And I guess he will succeed. The way the season was easy for Manchester City it may not by the same thing in the next season, things can occur that can deprive from performing well to win the league.  When the game starts in the season by the performance of the team we can tell which of the teams have better chances of winning the league.  

But as for teams Like Manchester City and Arsenal it is very sure they will do well in the new season. But it is hard to predict which  team will win the league now that  the  season have not started, their are top teamsters have chances  of  winning the league.
