Exactly, despite the many doubts in this matter, it still has to be done because both parties (Chelsea and Pochettino's management) have agreed, meaning that they have to take all the risks now to achieve a better next season.
At the moment Poche is trying to make a squad that he thinks is quite suitable for the scheme he will run but talking about the real players Chelsea is currently not too lacking because they are filled with potential young players, it's just that the lack of compatibility between each other makes this a little hassle. The premier league will, in my opinion, be competitive next season because, based on the rumor I'm hearing, Arsenal is close to signing Declan Rice and is prepared to pay whatever it takes to do so. However, I believe the midfielder at Arsenal is the issue, based on the team's performance. The team's performance, though, has led me to conclude that Arsenal's midfielder is the real issue.
Manchester City will be thrilled to have taken over three trophies this year and to have the chance to unseat Arsenal from a title, but I predict that next season will be very challenging for them.

Manchester City have become a newcomer as one of the clubs that have won the Treble Winner, they have a very good game. But even so, on the other hand, in my opinion, Guardiola cannot just sit idly by and wait for the next Premier League, because Arsenal will not make the match easy for Manchester City next season. I heard that Arteta is now trying to bring in Declan Rice as the Gunners' most expensive player who will fill Arsenal's defense.

I once thought that with Arsenal's domination, they have proven that this team from north London has a winning mentality. But it seems that it didn't last long towards the end of the season and Arsenal often found it difficult to win, which made Manchester City very easy to move to the top of the standings.

But that was not what Arsenal wanted because they lost several important players due to injury and this made Arsenal's defense even more fragile from conceding goals. Even though Arsenal are getting closer to the title they have been waiting for for 20 years, fate has other plans and Arsenal can only manage to occupy second place while securing a place in the champions league next season. I think next season will still be competition for Manchester City and Arsenal, especially for Arsenal next season is the right time to avenge their failure to win last season.

Restructuring is basically what Chelsea needs at the moment,  they will add more players to their previous squad. I have the feeling that the new management will outperform the prior ones. Todd Boehly may get this signing right, but he has a track record of committing mistakes. Mauricio Pochettino will fix Chelsea, but we shouldn't expect him to do it excellently in his first game. Fans and the board should be patient with Pochettino in case he fails to make an early impression. Now it's just a matter of how Pochettino fixes this.
They already have players who are actually above average like Enzo and several other young players.
In terms of chemistry, they are actually quite good, in my opinion, if you look at the matches they did, at least in possession and their attack was still very good, but the problem in this case that I see is bad finishing.
Even if their attack is good and their possession is adequate but when finishing is bad it becomes a problem and it showed especially when Lampard was Interim coach there. They even created very few goals, especially in the last few matches they have run this season.

it is true that Pochettino's task is very hard to be required to make changes to Chelsea's performance but on the one hand Chelsea needs a little more money because they have to replace several players who no longer have the enthusiasm to improve performance in the summer.

Winning titles is good because it will help them to have feelings of being champions. However, they must focus on two biggest competitions, Premier League and Champions League. They must play well in Premier League to join Champions League regularly and get chances to play against strongest teams in Europe. They will learn a lot from Champions League.

The factor that made Arsenal fail to win a trophy, not just losing several defenders and forwards due to injury problems. I already knew a few days ago about this news where they only provide a budget of 75 million Euros of course with that budget it won't be enough but it's up to the needs the coach wants whether Eddie Howe will adopt some players with the existing budget but preparation for the Champions League it's really tough, even if Newcastle budgeted more it doesn't guarantee they will be champions even I think with a lot of group stage it will be a little difficult for them.
The most important thing is that Eddie Howe can stabilize their game so that in the coming season his performance will not decrease. I know that finishing 4th is a big achievement for Newcastle this season.

Of the three teams that were relegated in the season that just ended, there were indeed several players with very good quality and they deserved to move to a bigger club. or at least to a club still in the Premier League. and yes, the two Southampton players, namely Romeo Lavia and James Ward-Prowse, are two players who deserve to continue playing in the Premier League by moving to clubs that are still in the Premier League.

Many more. The young players are willing to make his career even better in the football. that's why they were trying to leave from chelsea to find a new club that can make their career to be even better.
The previous season was a terrible season for chelsea. Chelsea is now starting to go back again to the what it must be. I think that chelsea has choices to sell some under perform players like havertz. Im not happy with what already done in the early of summer transfer season. So many targets were missing. The young players though that if they can make their career even better once they decide to leave from the club.

It must be admitted that Chelsea's real hero is not coaches with a lot of experience or great players, but Chelsea's hero is Roman Abramovich. As soon as Abramovich left, Chelsea seemed to have lost a parent.

Because of Abramovich, Chelsea can be so strong and rolling in trophies. It will be very difficult to find a club owner like Abramovich. American Todd Boehly is certainly not like Abramovich, business takes precedence. Like Liverpool today, it wasn't John Henry who built Liverpool as it is now. But with the figure of Juergen Klopp, even that is not easy and it takes a long process.

hopefully with the new coach Pochettino next season Chelsea can compete again with the top EPL teams, Chelsea management must provide full support for Chelsea and don't fire the coach easily but give Pochettino a little time to prove that he is able to give the best for Chelsea.
