Right now Liverpool are the biggest threat to City's quest for a record 4th EPL title in a row, but the thing is, City become unstoppable just at the right time, and that time is approaching; this is why they have won so many EPL titles in recent years. Liverpool might be strong from now until the end of the season, but they can only be champions if City don't go on their long winning runs, City are better than everyone else in a title run-in and we're going to see it play out this season for the umpteenth time.

The battle for the Premier League title is going to be more crowded in the future. Manchester City dropped points in 3/4 matches in a row. But they have managed to solve their own problems. And their performance in the last few matches has been quite stable. Haaland and De Bruyne are returning from injury. Hopefully we will see better performances from Manchester City in the upcoming matches.
The Arsenal team was at the top of the table for a long time. But they have fallen behind as they have dropped points in the last three matches. The most consistent team in the Premier League at the moment is Liverpool. At the same time, the performances of Aston Villa and Tottenham teams are also quite strong.

After Chelsea's performance in the club's first league encounter of the season which was played against Liverpool, I was of the opinion that the team have significantly improved from the poor Chelsea side of last season that didn't finish in a spot that guarantees European football this season but after 20 matchweeks, Chelsea are currently not even in top six of the English Premier League table.

Focusing more in the league cup doesn't guarantee that Chelsea will win as they're are still few other strong English Premier League clubs left in the competition. The club manager I know is a good manager with great managerial abilities but he must significantly improve the general performance of Chelsea in other to continue as the club manager

This was what I had thought would be the outcome. I had thought Arsenal would play really well and gather up points that would give them the lead in the league table. Then they would start losing focus and begin to lose and draw their games losing points until a team like Manchester City, (who I still think has a good chance of winning the league title again this season) would overtake them on the table.
About trusting them to win the league title, I’m not so sure. What I’m sure though, is they’re probably going to finish amongst the top four in the league table.

To get the top 4 positions, I think it's easy for everyone to predict because so far the performance has been shown, both Arsenal and Manchester City, it's just that maybe in the middle of this season they are experiencing a decline in performance and I think that's a normal thing in their journey. seasonal.

Furthermore Poch will need two to three seasons to turn Chelsea into genuine title contenders but I’m not sure if Chelsea owner will allow him time but if he somehow gets it then I’m sure he’ll transform them.

I think the Chrlsea and Liverpool final will be the final we will see. Liverpool will not give Chelsea a chance to win the cup. The cup opportunity cannot be missed for Liverpool. It would be right to say the same thing for Chelsea, but since Chelsea are more inconsistent than Liverpool this season, Liverpool will win the cup this year.

if you meant about carabao title then i said yes but if it was about epl title then i say a big no. Chelsea was very consistent in going up and down. The club is performing so badly in the match against the defensive club. There many unsolved problems in chelsea and pochettino was running out of power to solve it. Even pochettino was always repeating the same mistake again and again. i can't even count how many times chelsea was bottling its performance. Chelsea was almost losing against luton town last weeks and how can chelsea play better?
im doubting chelsea to get carabao cup coz chelsa is sometimes still performing so poorly.

pochettino was also very often in placing players not in their actual positions. im seeing this is as a long term problem needs to be solved by chelsea. The current coach is bot reliable enough to handle club. Some fans were also feeling upset with him too. im feeling that if chelsea will not able to play better than this time.

Although it is still quite far away to say with confidence who will be the champion but with some of the situations that are happening at this time actually in my opinion it should be for the current candidates to narrow down because currently only 3 leading clubs such as Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City as well as a dark horse club that is still troublesome like Aston Villa who still have control over their performance.

This is actually still enough to be used as a benchmark to see who is suitable to become a trophy holder this time and the probability of Liverpool and Manchester City is currently the strongest.
Arsenal have always been good at breakthroughs but until now Arteta has still not been able to improve the situation at Arsenal who still have problems in their performance differences which are sometimes like a roller coster. I think Arsenal could be one of the top four teams in the league, but I know Arsenal's goal is more than the top four. That's why Arsenal is still racing for the title. Together with a quality striker, they will increase their chances of achieving this. The league title is very important for Arsenal because they have been trying to get it for years.

This season has been the worst season for Chelsea because of there inability to win most of there matches because if you check there premier League matches you will see how Chelsea has lost to so many smaller clubs they had the chance to win especially there matches against Newcastle United, with the two times they have meet new Newcastle United they have not been able to win Newcastle United instead there first meeting Newcastle United gave them 4-1 and still come back to hold Chelsea with 1-1 draw.

The problem with Chelsea this season is inconsistency because in times of performance they have the performance to win Middlesbrough but I doubt if they could be consistent enough to win the match, may be perhaps since the match will be  a determining factor weather they can qualify to the Final or not, so i believe they will put in there possible best to win the match but although wining the match doesn't even guarantee there champion because is actually crystal clear that Liverpool are more in a good shape than Chelsea because they will have to meet Liverpool on the final.

Lol the first part of your post is ok, it is true that Chelsea has no reason to believe they could have a chance to qualify for any of the European competitions. But why should Chelsea be concerned about getting relegated? Like, what are the indicators as of now in the table that you see as being a threat for Chelsea to be relegated by the end of the season? Chelsea still have a chance to win a title this season despite having a really bad form meanwhile. I mean the EFL Cup title by the way. Because they have reached the semi finals and they will probably won't have big issues against Middlesbrough as well. However the main threat there will be Liverpool as they would also eliminate Fulham to reach the final stage. 

I would expect Liverpool to be as determined as Chelsea to win this title honestly. Because Klopp is also trying to make a big progress after an inadequate level of performance in the last season. But let's see. Chelsea had better give their best for the title.

Last year Chelsea was not lucky because they met strong team Manchester City at 3rd round and it makes they have to eliminate early even so with Liverpool that last year too Liverpool also was eliminate by the same team who beating Chelsea Manchester City and now both teams have a good chances to advances to the final match considering the opponents from Chelsea and Liverpool is relatively easy because on the paper Middlesbourgh and Fulham is not the opponent who can makes them get in trouble so i am confident Liverpool and Chelsea will be able to overcomes their opponents without any problem

The season is still young to want to predict who wins the EPL title. I understand that Arsenal’s consecutive defeats against West Ham and Fulham, might have made people think that Arsenal have lose ground in the title race. But with 18 games to play there's still time to rectify the situation. Most people are now tipping Liverpool and Manchester city to win the title, because they have experienced managers, game changers, world class players and they’re the only teams to have won it in recent times.

You're right. Chelsea won't have any trouble defeating Middlesbrough, while Liverpool will also have victory over Fulham. I think both Liverpool and Chelsea will meet in the final match. Though i don't think it will be simple for Chelsea to win the trophy, given Klopp's lack of success in winning any trophies the last season, I do think they will do everything in their power to win the EFL Cup this season. Despite the fact that Liverpool is playing well this season, all they want is to win a trophy.
