So what you are saying basically is that players requesting withdrawals will have to wait for an unknown period of time because you are doing - yet another - BIG update? ... The mismanagement ever since is so sad - all of that while I actually like the re-design you implemented months ago.
With technical support and automated output system, everything is in order. I meant the human factor.

When the person responsible for the inspection of individual cases due to large loading may not track all the requests that come from employees. It’s just that our team is now quite loaded, both in the technical sense and in the context of the design update, (again). Also in full swing, the improvement of all bonus structures from free rates to promotional codes. I would like to mention marketing, as we began to sponsor the user football pools and work on the creation of several new competitions. August will be a difficult month for everyone.

Can you tell us more what can we expect to see in this big update?
Maybe you should add some notification on your website saying this could happen in next few weeks.

I don't really know if you are using Android or iPhone but I m more sure for Android, if using chrome browser in Android go to settings then password, enter the phone password to reveal the saved passwords to get your Google password since you said you used your google to signup betnomi account. After you reveal it copy out the password and paste to your betnomi where they asked you of your password to activate 2FA.

I have both an Android phone and an iPhone, but I used my PC for stuffs and this too, but what you're suggesting wouldn't work, I know my Google account password but that's not the way it works when you signup with Google plugin on website, Google doesn't send your goggle account password to the site you're registering on, I don't even think they create a new password on your behalf for the website, what they use is some cookie and web application sessions and stuff like that.
Hopefully the post from betnomi account some time ago can answer the problems you are facing regarding your login issues to your account at betnomi, and it's not because you forgot your password and others

Users with an account can access it and retrieve their account in any case.

Oh thanks this should be the issues here. Though what I said earlier can be easily used to find out his/her password to enable them login or activate anything else on their account.

3rd attempt at cashout now pending for 5days, its not even that big just around 2k$. how hard can it be to process it?
been trying since july 21st, everytime support gives me some non answer, or blaming some technical issues but say they will "escalate it" to get it done. and nothing happens.

5 days of pending is kinda long did you talk on their support representatives about this issue? Since if they can't process it according to the time you request it then maybe there's something wrong happening to them. So I suggest if this will take long until a week better post a scam accusation with proof so that other forum member could see that your issue still not been solve by them.

been trying since july 21st, everytime support gives me some non answer, or blaming some technical issues but say they will "escalate it" to get it done. and nothing happens.
Today I will have a conversation with Sorsis and I will find out for you (in addition to my questions).

But I think that if there is some kind of delay, then there must be a good reason for it.

Also if they didn't explain if the issue posted is legitimate or not nor explain why those issue exist to their user then maybe many of their gamblers will get confuse about their reputation. But I also believe that Betnomi will not create any bad action that can totally ruin their reputation so maybe its up for us to wait for their replies towards this since for sure many people are curious to know the answer if there's an issue like this float in their thread.

True and I like surprises better but they already give a hint there when they say that there will be a big update coming in. I guess that's still okay? Also if they didn't explain if the issue posted is legitimate or not nor explain why those issue exist to their user then maybe many of their gamblers will get confuse about their reputation. But I also believe that Betnomi will not create any bad action that can totally ruin their reputation so maybe its up for us to wait for their replies towards this since for sure many people are curious to know the answer if there's an issue like this float in their thread.
Betnomi told me that this case was checked for poker cheating, same pattern as another user (but he is clear).

Potential delays are expected over the next two weeks as the Betnomi team gears up for a BIG update.
Can you tell us more what can we expect to see in this big update?
Maybe you should add some notification on your website saying this could happen in next few weeks.
Other gambling websites are doing this all the time so it's a standard procedure, and you will get less support questions
What i have to contribute here is that we have to understand that this is new platforms or a new website as you can see, they will be arranging their website with the gradually and especially with the other websites strategies to make good record except it's a situation whereby they don't pick up correction from other people website. Which i know that any website that wants to grow will like to study other people or competitors website or kind of design to make their own more better. I believe that they know exactly what you are saying.

Even a manual withdrawal shouldn't take 5 days. Betnomi really needs to get their stuff together at this point, they've been around long enough to know this isn't really how things should work.
Yes I agree with you, nobody likes slow casinos in any way so this should be improved.
In case some customer is under investigation because of suspicion of cheating they should came out with their forum account and  say that in public.

Penta hasn't been online in over 24 hours and likely will not reply here unless their cashout was not processed. So we can take it as a good sign if we do not see anymore complaints from penta.

In my experience I can say that in most cases users don't come back to reply when all is well.

+ I wrote to him yesterday and asked him to notify me when the issue is resolved. The problem was solved, but since then he has not appeared online.

finally got the cashout on 4th august, so exactly 2 weeks after requesting the first cashout on the 21st. just not good enough for me to continue on the site, if you can guarantee same day cashouts later i might be back as i liked the site. but i just cant have funds locked up for that long.

July 10 I have made my first cashout request, and was rejected. After talking to support, they suggested I try again, again and again for a total of 5 rejected cashouts over the grueling course of almost 4 weeks now. This is not the experience I had hoped for first time trying Betnomi. I just found this thread, and figured I try to find help here.

Is there anyone that can help me get my money back, please?
