I did not recieve a 7000$ withdrawal.
I’ve been on betnomi for almost a month now , i really do like the site , i’ve done withdrawals that were under 2000$ then went through smoothly.

However, once i had this big hit i withdraw a part of my winnings, i was told the withdrawal will take time but i am left without a deadline or a time window to wait.  “soon” is the only response i got on live support and telegram.


I reached out everywhere, support, telegram, email and now i ended up here. This is really frustrating, this is not me being inpatient, the whole point of cryptocurrency is to have fast transactions!
I was told the maximum time for the manual approval of withdrawal is 24 hours, however it passed that . It’s frustrating to be left with no reason on delay and no specific time . I wanted any kind of assurance , hours , days ? But all i am getting is “soon” “looking through it “ i really want to receive my win , the site is perfect , i just hope there was more transparency and explanations of whats holding my withdrawal.

I never got a certain deadline the only answer i get is “ it takes 24 hours or more” my issue is with “ more” this what make a person frustrated. At least give me a deadline that i check back on my withdrawal or a deadline line that YOU will get back to me. Keeping people in wonder of there withdrawl is not a great idea.

hI BETNOMI users! I want to tell about my history: On August 20, I registered with this bookmaker. Long thought on what to bet. I am also interested in chess. On August 22, I decided to fund my account with $259.9. I immediately placed a bet on a chess match 1 hour and 40 minutes before it started. But in advance, I can say that the @catanddogjames10 account was one of the six newly registered accounts that immediately after registration, bet on the same chess match. They created a new account specifically for this event. Our risk management team has flagged all new users in this match (the bet will be void and they will all be KYCed). In @Madmaj's case, if I'm not mistaken, it was the withdrawal limit.

Thanks for the update , yes i did a withdrawal over my daily limit but its taking over 24h thats what made me worried.

Oh that’s bad. Why do they really get into games like this? Oh yeah lots of money let’s grab it from millions of accounts in single game.

Sad reality these days. They don’t come to the table for having fun or chit chat but it’s business for them. They think it’s best way to earn quick cash.

This is the reason KYC has become prime requirement on casinos and this directly affects the honest players in the industry by exposing the identity.

to dispel doubts, I will say: I did not create other accounts, I registered 2 days before the match. The bet  was taken from a closed channel in telegrams according to forecasts. Many people have bet on this match. If 10 new accounts go to bet on Real Madrid, do you also cancel the winnings for everyone? What kind of nonsense? Trust Betnomi has trashed the case professionally at least since @catanddogjame10 will be able to get his deposits back before account blockage the judgment is fair enough, based on my view, since the bet was canceled by support. And the rest of the other two cases have been sorted out with the full amount of withdrawal as stated in the op. This action will to a great extent put to rest the many accusations that have been made on this thread that has raised so much attention from the community.

Usually, this should be norm after probable investigation from their end and they found out that OP won his fortune fair and square, there's absolutely no point of putting him through another rigorous process of KYC, and I like how the platform have handled all of their most recent cases, especially the allowing a user (apparently an abuser) withdraw their initial deposit without KYC before closing his or her account. It's absurd how people try to scheme relatively new casinos and play the victim card when they caught up, it's only logical for the platform to take a few days to make sure they do that in cases of big winnings that they are not being ripped off, hence the need for communication from the game provider.

I know you have quoted betnomi team, but here is my opinion in a general sense for any user:


In my experience, I have always withdrawn less than $500 and I have not had any problems. In the same way, a few posts before, another user stated that he had withdrawn less than $1,000 without any problems, but it cannot be hidden that in the history of this thread there have been recent, in any case, each user is always different in their habits, in my case I use betnomi 95% to play poker.

Why would you approve a wd if the player is under review? If you are waiting for something from the provider to say legit or not, then wait for the provider to respond. I'm for the player in most cases and this player has already known to experience a delay in cashouts but decided to deposit again. Either A he is fine with the delay or B he is doing something not legit.
I think Sorsis will not scold me if I disclose part of our PM, but the approval of the withdrawal of funds was a kind of goodwill gesture, not only because a timely response was not received from the provider, but also because the platform is at the final stage of updating. When everything works, such cases will be processed automatically. But that's just what I know.
