Portugal will always be the big favorite to win against Macedonia but never say never. Macedonia already stunted against Italy and they can do it again. Portugal relies almost 100% on Ronaldo and nobody knows what will happen if he gets injured early in the match.

Beating italy was one of the unexpected surprises from macedonia and many people thought it was a fortune, but I actually saw if macedonia played smarter in facing a stronger team like italy, having a solid and tight defense of course would be a mainstay  Macedonia to facing Portugal in the match, I think even though Portugal is a specialist team in qualifying for the play-offs so far, I doubt that they will easily win especially if the Macedonian players manage to lock up and stop Ronaldo movement in that match.

I agree with you, but nobody believed in a miracle either when Macedonia won away against Italy, scoring a goal in the final minutes... If you look at the head-to-head encounters between Portugal and Macedonia, you can see that Portugal did not win them that easily... Once they won with a minimum score of 1-0, and the second time it was a 0-0 draw without goals... So I wouldn't be 100% sure that Portugal will definitely win... Italy took 32 shots and failed to score a single goal! Let's see what happens today...

Comparing Italy and Portugal, I have to say that Italy is not a team that full of star players.
Most of the players are not that popular compared to Portugal players such as Ronaldo, Jota, Bruno Fernandes etc.
