It seems to me that the US should win. But in fact all three teams (USA, Canada, Mexico) should feel confident as Panama, which is in attacking distance, has very poor statistics compared to this trio. I don't think Panama will be able to knock anyone out of the top three places, rather they will try to secure the fourth place to get into the intercontinental play-offs.

I don't see France with so many chances to win.
They even have good players, but you can see that they don't "know" how to play as a team. Their performance at Euro 2020 was notorious. And even during the World Cup qualifying games, it was noticed that they were very unstable. I think they would have had a lot of better to do an excellent World Cup.

On the other hand, I think it is difficult this time to choose a possible winner. The fact that the World Cup is in Qatar and is played in the middle of a season, a lot can happen that surprises everyone.

Its never easy to predict who will win the world cup, surprises happen all the time. Italy, England, France all have a great chance just from Europe, and yes we usually have winners from Europe, and that is why I would give these three the biggest chance.

All in all I am feeling like there is a good chance there will be 4 or even 5 teams that will fight very hard to win it. Which one will win it? What I find interesting is that Mexico is behind the USA and Canada. They might not even make it to the World Cup. And usually they usually participate.
This indicates that Canada has done an amazing job in football and is performing amazingly. Will Canada be a surprise in the World Cup, in this edition?

It's hard to measure the real potential of the national teams from this group, because all of them are at similar performance levels, that totally contrasts with teams from South America and Europe, which usually present much superior skills' levels. But it would be really nice to see teams like USA and Canada reaching the quarter finals, at least. As I see they are constantly trying to improve their soccer proficiency every 4 years and never give up, especially USA, which has never been out of a world cup since 1990, with the exception of the last one in Russia, four years ago.

Canada managed to score first but i know USA will score too what's interesting is that Canada has never lost also recorded the fewest goals conceded yes better than USA
Panama beat USA in last year's qualifier it signifies that Panama cannot be underestimated they could have taken over Mexico who knows
I think the 3rd and 4th rank are not safe yet change can still happen because every country has 5 matches left.

2022 is going to be their second appearance and in great style, it must be said, as they have been the only national team to win all played matches on the qualification group. Congratulations to them! I hope this world cup is going to be full of good surprises and that Canada can be one of them!

Actually, I don't think that Canada has ever appeared in the World cup. This is going to be the first time as far as I know. I am actually quite impressed and shocked at the same time by their performance. I actually expected better from Mexico. Out of there three draws maybe one should have been converted to a win. Especially the match against Costa Rica today. Mexico dominated but couldn't achieve the results needed.

we can confirm that Canada has already got a promotion ticket to the world cup next season, it can't be separated from those who managed to beat the United States with a score of 2-0 which at the same time made them manage to keep their distance from their competitor, the United States to 4 points with four matches.the rest of course it will be a very easy matter for the Canadian nation to get 1 direct ticket to the Qatar world cup this season, of course this is a surprise for Canadian football considering the last time they qualified for the 1986 world cup

That's true, in a World Cup, anything can happen.

If we think about it, we will have the South American teams, they will run the race before the national championships begin. This can be good, because the players are not physically tired. But at the same time it still doesn't have a competitive pace, which other players usually have.

However, players from European countries are in the middle of their seasons, and may have already suffered some physical problem, which may limit teams.

I am not sure why we discuss this here (we are in the UEFA Qualifiers  )
but:
Uruguay is 17th in the FIFA ranking, Venezuela 59th, so there is quite a difference.
The odds I found are 1.30/5.25/9.25, that's pretty one sided and a ~70% chance for Uruguay to win.

Despite having world-class strikers like Suarez Ebang Cavani, Uruguay's performance is weak. Suarez and Cavani are not very good at bonding with their national team players. Bolivia as home team might affect their chances if you look at the history of Bolivia's matches all wins when playing at home
Including when Bolivia beat Uruguay 3-0 but I see a weak side in Bolivia  emotional level of Bolivian players is high often get a red card
this can be detrimental to Bolivian players if not controlled.

Uruguay is in fifth place in the group and Venezuela is in last and this is a common situation for Venezuela. Whereas Uruguay is a consistently strong team that often surprises even in the final stage. I think these are normal odds for this couple. It seems to me that it is safe bet on the victory of Uruguay with a gap of at least 2 goals. If Uruguay keeps fifth place, they will easily win the intercontinental play-offs and advance to the finals of the tournament.

Why worry about the fact that not all players get to the World Cup when we have club football and everyone understands that the real struggle is there? National football is a kind of lottery, just a beautiful carnival, you should not take it seriously.

Can't agree with what you have posted. I am a big fan of club football. But when it comes to global tournaments like the FIFA World Cup and the Euro Cup, the excitement level is more and there is a sense of patriotism for the fans. You won't get the same feeling with club football. Global tournaments are exciting to watch, because players are representing different countries. And in club football it is money that matters. The smaller ones will be having hardly any chance of a win against the richer clubs.

They're both important, playing at the club level and national level.
They all contribute completely to a player's profile as a footballer.
But then, nothing beats the feeling of representing your badge, and winning in the process while doing this, this is just too unique.

Both are different but at the same time completely essential, the competition among clubs show us the best soccer that we can possibly see as the players have a lot of time to develop chemistry between them and the best players go to the richest clubs so we can literally see a dream team facing another one.

However competitions like the world cup offer us some of the fiercest competition we can see as players are representing their countries, and as such the play is more intense and the fans root for their national teams with a fervor even greater than what we see during clubs competitions.
