Anyone seen the much touted Jaron "Boots" Ennis this weekend against Roiman Villa? He won by a 10 round stoppage, and later it was found out that Villa suffered a broken nose. For sure we have heard his name as he is the rising star at 147 lbs and said to be the next champion and his name have been put into the discussions against Spence and Crawford.

So the hype is real, maybe him and WBA 'regular' champion Eimantas Stanionis will be a perfect match as both have been rank high in the stacked division. And as reported, Stanionis fight with Ortiz was cancelled.

Thanks for sharing the video mate, seeing the KO made me remember that Boots Ennis was touted to be the next Crawford because of his vicious power and is not afraid to eat punches, and even maybe stronger because Ennis is more swift as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, because the division is quite stacked and the champions just have negotiated for the fight, it made the interim champs like Stanionis and Ennis wait for quite some time.

Well, personally, I think that here the one who can win and must win is Crawford, more like the way Spence refers to him, he is a boxer who has a lot of confidence in himself, it's not bad, but I think that sometimes Spence talks about more and I don't like it, sometimes he falls like something big that he does, I prefer things to be done differently, we all know that Crawford was very aware of this fight, and he was looking for it, it would be very Ugly that he lost the fight, for me this boxer has not rested, for me he has been training to face Spence and if so, then have Spence, because he is a boxer who really wants to do things well, and as I said , it would be in very bad taste if he fell quickly , because he would Lose his reputation to a large Extent.

That would be too much too ask mainly in this era where politics are more important compared to the figures that they could get if they give the people a fight that they wanted. It would be an entertaining fight for sure if that will happen but again, it's just too much to ask.

Well, it seems that I'm not the only one who still don't know whom to bet because both of them do have a great chance to win. Hard to say really because they are both a great boxer of their time and I guess this fight will be decided based on who got more points if it will go in the judge's hands or better who can land that vicious punch first to make a knockout outcome. Watching the odds, it's not really moving and the favorite is still Crawford, so maybe I will make a decision whom to bet the day prior the fight.

That is huge money for the young Ryan Garcia and kudos to GBP for making the fight. I've even seen Oscar Dela Hoya being photoshopped with the hair of Don King, the infamous boxing promoter in the 80-90's who put up a lot of great fights for us fans.

Hard to answer about the Fulton vs Inoue fight, I mean it should really be in Vegas or at least in the US. But it seems that Inoue doesn't want to get out of his comfort zone and chooses to stay and fight in his country.

So after losing all his belts to Haney, Kambosos is back against Maxi Hughes tonight. This is going to be a comeback fight for him so let's see if Maxi will be a good tune up fight or George doesn't have it anymore.

But I expect George to win in the later rounds by stoppage. Maxi is 3:1 underdog.

Agreed, not just for Inoue, but I think Fulton has been offered good money here to travel to Japan and put his belt on the line. And he understands that Inoue is still the A-side although eh didn't have any belt.

Fulton and this team likes the opportunity to beat Inoue in his own backyard, but it's very hard to do that. This would a great feat for Fulton if ever he defeats Inoue on his backyard.  Aside from getting huge amount of money, his career will have a tremendous boost if he is able to defeat the monster.  Though I believe beating Inoue will be hard for Fulton since we all know Inoue is a very talented heavy punching tough guy.  His toughness if proven during his first encounter against Donaire.  The fight is getting near, I am actually excited how this fight will unfold since after this fight, an undisputed title fight might happen next.

Numbers are out of the Garcia vs Davis fight, and it was reported that it made $100 million.

And then Ryan Garcia made $30 Million ++, Obviously Gervonta Davis made more $40 million ++. So the next superfight is Spence-Crawford, and so we will see how big the money will be for them and maybe it's hard to topple the numbers that Garcia-Davis did here.

We should hope that those numbers would encourage other good fighters of boxing to negotiate deals and fight each other hehe. Another fight that I wish should collect a good amount of money is the superfight between Inoue and Fulton. But it appears not much people are very excited about this except for boxing fans.

Also, the fight will not be on a weekend which is strange. Why did they not make Inoue vs. Fulton in Las Vegas? It would certainly collect more money there than in Japan.

That would be too much too ask mainly in this era where politics are more important compared to the figures that they could get if they give the people a fight that they wanted. It would be an entertaining fight for sure if that will happen but again, it's just too much to ask.

For the Fulton vs Inoue fight, I'm sure that Bob Arum already considered having it in Las Vegas but considering that they chose to make it in Japan, that just means that they are generating more revenues compared if it will happen inside the US.

Hehe it is difficult to disagree, however, it might stop being too much to ask if the ratings of MMA will begin to be higher consistently and surpass boxing. Why should they wait before this? Also, these fighters in boxing should not put unfair agreements in their contracts and force their opponents to sign. It drops the value of the sport.
