Stats:
Robeisy Ramirez - 11 wins (7 KOs), 1 loss, 0 draw
Isaac Dogboe - 24 wins (15 KOs), 2 losses 1 (KO), 0 draw
Odds:
Ramirez @1.13 by KO @2.27
Dogboe @5.60 by KO @9.00

Glad that someone has brought up to this forum about this fight. Though both Ramirez and Dogboe are not so popular but Ramirez is the one worth watching as he was the one who beat Shakur Stevenson in the Olympic Finals so this guy must be good and he might had a chance to face Shakur in the future.

ML odds for him to win the fight is not juicy so i'm betting that he will KO Dogboe @2.25 odds.

Below is the youtube video of the weigh-in, both boxers looked so trimmed and ready for the fight tomorrow.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_dntZVIHykU&ab_channel=TopRankBoxing

Yes, I think Dogboe is a good fighter, but he is not on the level of Robeisy. He is one of the rising start and I doubt the will get his chance against Shakur in the pro, unfortunately, Shakur has move up at 135 lbs.

However, I'm not going to bet on this fight although it might be very interesting to see.
Goodluck in your bet.

Many fans may not be interested in seeing a rematch between Canelo and Bivol due to the one-sided beatdown in their previous fight where Canelo was exposed.

I think that's the other way around. Many fans want to see that rematch because they are expecting a different version of Canelo here. Being destroyed by Bivol on their first meetup, Canelo fans want to see if a sweet revenge and comeback will now be able to execute by Canelo.

It just also makes sense that some fans want a rematch between Canelo and Bivol as that was an unfinished task by Canelo that he needed to pass. Not unless Bivol is not interested in any talks about the rematch, then no choice for some fans but to move on.

By some, you mean the minority? Because I really don't see that there's a lot of fans expect from Canelo's die-hard fans who are also wishing to see the rematch with the hopes that Canelo can somehow give a difference. I mean, that's just like wishing to see a Caleb-Canelo rematch, it just doesn't make sense anymore because it was a landslide victory.

Also, I think the rematch will probably be interesting enough and will get the people's attention if the rematch will be contested at 168 and not on 175 where Bivol is more dominant just like what we saw in their first fight. If ever this rematch will happen at 175, Canelo might've wanted to add another embarrassment to his career for the sake of money-fight.

^^There is also one fight that we haven't talking and it's Anthony Joshua vs Jermaine Franklin. Here's the official weigh-in,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0quLYVBNMs

And the fight is ongoing right now. Joshua is boxing good in the first 3 rounds and I would say that I give him 2 rounds out of 3.

Franklin did a better job in round 3 in avoiding Joshua's power punch and it seems his chin is holding on right now.

But let's see, too early yet and maybe the phase will pick up in the later rounds.

Edit: Joshua won by UD, The scores were 118-111, 117-111 and 117-111.

I have him 118-111 in my unofficial scorecard.

@bisdak40 - it's decision win and that odds, ohh, hehehe.

I think fans will be interested to see the rematch regardless of the weight category.  As what goinmerry stated, Canelo fans wanted to see their boxing idol to redeem himself so they wanted to watch a Canelo - Bivol rematch.  In the same manner, Canelo also wanted to redeem himself so I think he don't mind the weight division he will have his rematch with Bivol.

From the sound of your post, It looks like Joshua is dominating the fight,I think there will be a knockdown in the following round if Franklin got careless and opened him self for Joshua's heavy punches.

Damn, i forgot to bet on this fight as I thought I could get up early. Joshua to win via decision @4.75 was on my mind and Joshua did win the fight by unanimous decision.

I have seen the tail end of the fight, Joshua imposing his jabs on the shorter Franklin which was the way to go. Though lot of clinching and hugging, it was still a good fight for Joshua but I don't think the latter could win against Fury or Usyk if he fight like that.

Canelo is currently at the peak of his career. Chances of upsetting Bivol in the rematch is always possible. Canelo won't reach his current status if he doesn't know how to adjust. Bivol is on another level that's why it was advised that Canelo shouldn't pursue for a rematch right away but instead take some time and that's what happened.

Even Canelo will lose on the rematch, it's impossible that the same scene we saw on their first meeting will be shown by Canelo. Expect a changes of course regardless if the rematch will happened at 168 or 175.

And about the money and revenue? There's no problem with that as both boxer's name is already enough to attract more sales.

It's not just you, I missed this game too.

Joshua is not really happy about his victory. "No knockout, so no good." he said.

When asked the reason why there was not a knockout that happened. Here is his answer.

I believe it is Franklin's chin. He is durable enough to withstand all of Joshua's punches. Plus, he may have thrown lesser punches so he should take a look at that.
It's an intense fight and even the cornermen of Franklin get frustrated that he pushes off Joshua.  Grin They should not do that. Let the ref handle it to avoid penalties.

Ramirez vs Dogboe

Competitive first six rounds thus far but in my scorecard, Ramirez leads as he has landed the more telling blows.

Below is the link of the fight, don't know how long it will stay.

https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?ref=search&v=1448173802384774

edit:

Total domination by Ramirez here in the second half, Dogboe was too short for him while Ramirez' footwork was excellent. Though the winner is not announced yet but i think we have the new WBO Featherweight title holder here and his name is Robeisy Ramirez.

Yeah, it went under the radar for most boxing fans, perhaps we are into the Ryan Garcia vs Tank Davis or Loma vs Haney fight. Maybe we are waiting for the Usky vs Fury in this division and we forget that Joshua is making a comeback fight against Franklin.

Anyhow, Joshua wins in a decision, he I read that Franklins chin hasn't been crack before so Joshua punch might not have any effect of him.

Although Joshua used to be a big puncher before until he was defeated by Andy Ruiz and he was a change boxer. Still a win for him but not sure if there will be a change in the ranking as it is still Fury and Usyk at the top of the list.

Joshua has longer arms, he got Franklin well, the first rounds of the fight were neat, in the seventh round Josh began to act more actively, but still I saw that he was trying not to spend a lot of energy. In the last rounds, it was clear that Franklin was tired, the extra weight clearly interfered with him. All that was left for Franklin at the end of the fight was to clinch, if Joshua had been more active he could have knocked out the opponent, but he seemed a little depressed to me.

Both of them have extra weight though, but Joshua has the experience in this fight and so he just stay in the pocket and try to win the fight via decision. Yeah, Joshua uses that jab to his advantage and to keep Franklin coming forward.

And I do agree that this version of Joshua might have a hard time against Usyk and Fury.

Congrats to those who ride on Joshua here, as the majority see it, went under the radar for most boxing fans in this forum.

Wow! Another landslide win for you mate, it seems that you are not just lucky with the NBA games but in boxing fights as well. Congratulations!

Been following you on most games but in this event, I totally forgot about it and I only realized that the fight was already finished when I see some highlights on my feed. Darn! Could've put some few spares in-favor of Anthony Joshua as there was no way that Jermaine can upset him, scores says it all.

Anthony Joshua (1.09) VS Jermaine Franklin (8.00) - ROUND 12 - DECISION - WIN
The odds say it for Anthony Joshua, it would have been disappointing and a shocker had the outcome of this fight be anything other than expected. But other than his victory, I feel the fight was a very average fight for a fighter like Joshua who we have seen better from in his early years. Had Joshua been more damaging with his right hand that we know is his most powerful hand, Maybe Franklin would have been knocked out, and that would have been a better come back statement for him.

With a win for Anthony Joshua, I wonder the fight that will come first for him, will it be Dillion Whyte or Fury?

Fury or Wilder. That's what he said in this clip.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqxvFsjzneU

I doubt it will be Fury who is next. Wilder might have a better chance to materialize. With that kind of performance which he himself is not happy about, he may want to think about the choices he will make and not just throw a challenge from the top in heavyweight.
We expect KOs in heavyweight matches and we didn't see it in his fight, he may want it but it didn't happen. So if I were him and his camp I'd pick those whom he can surely defeat just like what happened against Franklin. As you said, the odds say it all.

He might be doubting his strength in this fight thankfully he won it and finally regain back his momentum. Now he needs to get back quickly in the ring but needs to prepare more and train more especially in his stamina and power because he could have finished the fight in the early rounds but he is lacking power and at this point of his career, he needs to focus on power because he can't always guarantee to reach the last rounds, especially in this weight division.

With a win for Anthony Joshua, I wonder the fight that will come first for him, will it be Dillion Whyte or Fury?

Fury is going to eat him alive in the ring with that kind of performance, and Fury will demand a lot from him, maybe the split the Fury will asked is more than what he asked from Usyk (which Usyk and his handlers turn it down). So money wise for now, it might not be good for Joshua to go directly to Tyson Fury. He needs more tune up fights to bring back that old Joshua or at least some sparks in him as we have seen that the version of Joshua against Franklin is no where close to where when he started and knocking people out.

And he didn't make any statement in this win, just normal fight, but still good to see him take that important victory. Because if by chance he got upset by Franklin in this fight, he might not make a comeback or just be fighting bums again to get back on his feet. They should look for fighters like Arslanbek Makhmudov which is rank by WBC or has been mentioned, Whyte, which he defeated already, but good to see another all British fight.

Joshua is already boxing before Fury returns to the scene what more Joshua needs now, he is already boxing for 9 years already he has fought 28 times with 25 wins and 3 losses, the former undisputed champion doesn't need lengthy preparation all he needs is a good team to back him up and prepare him, if he needs 3 to 5 more fights, the scenario could be different, Fury could be retired then if you are really good at your craft and you once reached your high level then you need to prepare to face anyone, if he badly wants to be on top again its time to face Fury and challenge himself to prepare for that fight, a great boxer can always adjust at a minimum time, its part of a boxer's repertoire.

I very much agree. This latest victory from Joshua does not imply that he is again going to the top of boxing's heavyweight division. He has lost 2 times vs. Usyk who is really a cruiserweight. Similar to what you have said, between Fury and Wilder, it will be Wilder who might show an interest for a fight vs. Joshua. This will only be because Wilder can use Joshua's name as a turning point for his own career.
