I guess the first goal is to become a champion first in the bantamweight and forget about the unification. And by chance Moloney won the other belt, then obviously Donaire won't fight him and vice versa. Because that is the original plan here, Moloney vs Donaire for the WBC vacant belt. Unfortunately, Top Rank has issues with Donaire's manager to the fight is scratch off and both made a different plan.
