I take one day off from doing push-ups and all hell breaks loose in the market…
yeah your big toe is not injured get back on it. I have decided to do the pushups every other day to keep the toe from hurting. I can do the steps they do not hurt like the pushups do. When my toes were hurting I was putting cushions under them (mostly pillows - but it also helped if I was wearing shoes to provide protection). Accordingly, there might be some way that you might get support from your ankle and take the pressure (weight) off of your toes.. even though your angle is worse when you are doing your pushups upright rather than flat.. so it might be more difficult to find a solution to relieve you of your weight. yeah if i wear my nike high tops it seems okay. but the original injury was that it got fully bent under my foot . 🦶 thus the ligaments were partially torn. rest helps it and it seems the daily pushups are too much. so today it was just steps. tomorrow both . the day after just steps.

I was a little bit stressed out yesterday that my body is still disturbing me till dis moment that i manage to do my daily push-ups to see how i can relief myself from the stress because all my joints are weak, and i was feeling it today as i was doing my push-ups all my joints was sounding different sounds then i was glad that at end my push-ups i saw the difference that i was relief from the pains on my joints then i proceed to a running exercise that i was able to cover some klmhr and i now I'm feeling good and better.

Seriously i dont know that pushups can ease pain but i know about continuing your pushups can make the body conversant with the activities. So you dont have to feel the pain every time. Just so you too once you stop your pushups for a while you will surely fee the pain again if you think of starting.

For sometime now I have not been hitting my 50 first set push-ups while trying to moderate my exhaustion. Today I got the first 50 pushups in one the first set but decided to relax for 20 minutes before returning to my second and third sets in 5 minutes interval of 40 and 30. It almost felt painful at the last 10 Push-ups of the second set but I already had a target which was my driving force to finish the 30 pushups. 100k,Tonimez,59,8010,2025-02-03

Taking some break is good when you noticed some pains in your joints but let it be short break but taking some pain relief won't be nice as someone who is doing exercises those pain are nature they will make you feel strong and better when you don't take some drugs or you can also reduce your numbers of push up then gradually increase it when the pain is getting less . You will feel some pains in your joints expecially when you started new that's part of the exercise so I don't think it is ok to take some pain relief drugs. I am health conscious, and I am interested in this push up challenge.

Got my pushups in later than expected, since I make my reports based on my pushups the previous day, I was able to get 110 done in 5 sets, I'm almost done with today's pushups, to be reported tomorrow.

The human body is resilient, and pain does not necessarily mean injury, and so we cannot always distinguish between injury and various kinds of pains that we can work through and/or modify our activity instead of discontinuing the activity. Individuals make choices regarding these kinds of matters, perhaps sometimes the answer is more clear than other times whether activity should be modified instead of halted. I personally would rather push through most things, unless it is absolutely obvious to me that I need to stop rather than modify. I am health conscious, and I am interested in this push up challenge.
You don't need permission to start doing pushups, and if you submit pushup reports in a proper format like other members, the substance of your pushup report will be read by the script and get included in the pushup table.
Technically, earlier today - just after midnight UTC, the BTC spot price crossed below my total number of pushups, which for yesterday was at 93,365. BTC spot price got as low as $91,530 - so there can be some satisfaction in reaching that goal.. and perhaps I can chill out in my daily pushup numbers a bit? even though for me there still is some fun in chasing the BTC price.. and perhaps seeing if i can get my pushup quantity above the daily traded average, which might take a bit more doing, since yesterday's trade weighted average was $98,495.. so I am still around 5 thousand pushups away from reaching that. It seems to me that reaching goals can have some discouraging effects upon continuing an activity unless new goals might be able to be established.

In doing pushups, you don't necessarily point your toes downwards or support the weight of your legs with your toes. You can practice bending the joint further down after your toes and keeping your toes on the ground, lying straight and having the whole weight of your body on your arms and wrists. The only place that should be subjected to pressure are your arms and wrists and it should probably help. You could also go for soft, foam laced Snickers to decrease the pressure on your foot. Stopping cannot be a solution for me because in the end it makes the muscles that we have tried to build stiff again because it does stop the activities we do such as push ups because we need to realize that the effect of pain experienced after doing push ups or other activities such as exercise is normal it is called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and in some discussions that do refer to health DOMS can be a sign that you are doing good and optimal resistance training. So in the end it is a form of reaction that occurs after we do exercise in the end. Instead of doing something like trying to quit the exercise or push up challenge it would be better to substitute a better option such as trying to compress or treat with a pain relief cream because I think that would be better to do. Everyone has felt this here and it would be a lie if those who do the Challenge never felt this way and neither have I but it is normal so in the end we just have to do what we are supposed to do because indeed pain in some parts or our limbs feeling a little sore is a normal reaction from our muscles when pumped. 100k,Ryu_Ar1,80,8180,2025-02-3

On the third day (of February) I rose again (and did my 100 push-ups). $200,000 confirmed. It was nice to give myself a day off. Not sure it makes any difference really and instead of relaxing I cleaned my pool. I also feel guilty so I may have to double down on the rest of my workout today.

When I started this push up I felt serious pain as a biggener but I was able to do 40 up in the morning then 45 down afternoon to get a total number of (85) I will continue this push_up to make my body conversant to this activity so I don't feel pains again every time.
