Another related matter is that I cannot recall reading any post from any other forum member who had stated that he has a goal to have his quantity of total pushups, as reflected in thread reports, to meet or to exceed bitcoin's spot price, so in that regard
Not sure but I think OG mentioned it in one of his comments before … maybe OG can confirm it himself I was trying to do Bitcoin's price in a single set and was quite successful for a period of time in reaching that goal. I have however hit a wall at 80 push-ups in a set. This morning I started off with a set of 60 and I could have probably gone to 70 without too much of a strain, but 94 in a set is still out of my reach. Once we reach our goal of £100K (as per the satoshi email's guidance) we can consider switching it up to something like Bitcoin's price in push-ups per day. One goal at a time.

I had a very busy day and had to drive a long distance for a party and only ended up coming back now. Thank God daily Push-ups stands in my number one to do list so I hit the floor earlier this morning before leaving for the event. I also get the sense that any guys who have accomplished at least 25k pushups within this challenge period and who are in the ballpark of continuing to do 100 or more pushups per day, then there are decently good chances that if guys within such category continue to carry out pushups within an average of around 100 pushups per day or more then there are decently good odds that your quantity of pushups will meet or exceed the BTC price at some point within the next 2 years.
I count fewer than 10 guys within the pushup table who might be in the ballpark of meeting such criteria, and so the reason that I make this kind of a prediction is largely based on the 200-WMA currently ONLY being around $43k and the 200-WMA has only been recently moving up at a pace of about $25 to $40 per day.
Because those who have been doing this challenge for a longer period of time are used to doing it in their daily lives so it will definitely be very difficult to break the habit that has been indirectly embedded in them and when leaving activities that have been done for a certain amount of time will create a gap where we will feel lacking when not doing it. But hey I want to protest a little bit about this because in the end even though what you said is true but there are a small number of people who are starting their consistency (even though they are just starting) with 100 push ups per day so I think in this case not only those who have been doing the challenge for a long time and are used to push ups who have completed at least 25 thousand pushups in the challenge period can do 100 per day but there are those of us who are just starting to be consistent and are still doing the same thing to do 100 push ups per day even though this is only a handful of people who have been able to do it  $100K,Ryu_Ar1,54,5075,2025-01-10

I don't want to try, even if it is good for me, and there are ways to do them in a resistance kind of way, it seems that the way you were talking about them earlier were in a running kind of context, which seems to be quite a bit of deviation, and I have my hands full enough (for my own situation) to just stay focused on pushups.. .. but you can do whatever you like, including getting involved in shitcoins if that is what you want to do.. sure no problem to mention various exercises or even other health matters in passing is one thing, but to try to proclaim that they are on topic seems a wee bit lacking in focus on the topic of this particular thread. Maybe you also want to start to talk about the pound (£) as your currency unit of reference too? and add an additional layer of distractedness?
@Jay, maybe we can all set focus on what we think is best for us to keep fit, adding extra to my push ups does not deprive me of any advantage i get from doing the challenge. I do push ups and whatever i choose to participate, you keep to what you prefer moreover our body can still speak for the same result. Walking up steps is more like weight lifting. Each step up you lift weight up.
Running down the stairs is like cardio.
STAIR work would be best if you had access to a ten story walk up. MOST OF US DONT.

Just to clear your doubt, clearly someone understands what i mean and this can tell better i am not far from the thread, nothing to prove on your own verdict, by chance i stick to my source adding several exercise to what i do and will keep submitting my reports. You said lots outside my quote, involving shitcoins a total offtopic which i never said nothing about here, let's not contribute to offtopic discussion longer than this. Let's keep our push ups going guys, Bitcoin is really fighting it's way up through the correction.

But hey I want to protest a little bit about this because in the end even though what you said is true but there are a small number of people who are starting their consistency (even though they are just starting) with 100 push ups per day so I think in this case not only those who have been doing the challenge for a long time and are used to push ups who have completed at least 25 thousand pushups in the challenge period can do 100 per day but there are those of us who are just starting to be consistent and are still doing the same thing to do 100 push ups per day even though this is only a handful of people who have been able to do it  [edited out],Ryu_Ar1,54,5075,2025-01-10 When I was referring to only a few members within a category of persistence, I was trying to describe any of the currently participating members who might be in a position to reach the BTC price with the quantity of their pushups, and sure, even if you just started doing pushups more recently, you could still increase your pushups to such a level that your quantity of pushups would match the BTC price at some point, yet it could take a couple of years.. I am just speculating.. .even if you started doing 300 pushups per day, it may well still end up taking you nearly a year (perhaps 10-ish months) to get to 100k pushups... and sure, maybe the BTC price will correct back down to $100k after a year, but maybe it won't. Another thing that I was trying to point out is that guys who have gotten to a certain quantity of pushups up until this date have shown a certain level of proof of work (even though we are not requiring actual proof of our actual pushups beyond our saying that we did them), and so even if you are able to catch up in terms of quantity, it is harder to proclaim proof of work if you don't have a certain quantity of pushups up until this particular point to show that you have already been doing it.. which surely you could start to do that or to increase your output from here on out, even in a shorter period of time, like 3-6 months you might be able to get in the 30k to 40k or more territory in regards to total quantity of your pushups, depending on how many pushups you decide to do per day or to increase your quantity beyond 100 per day, if you were to choose to do so. Regarding your assertion that guys are going to want to continue to do pushups even after reaching certain goals, I am not sure about that. So many days I don't feel like doing my daily pushups, so in some sense I might want an excuse to stop or at least slow down in the quantity and/or the frequency... but I keep setting higher goals for myself or at least continued goals that could take a bit of time to reach.. and so far it is working, until it is not..

Exactly. Even exercising is not without controversy, how much, what kind and are we overdoing it or not doing enough and what kinds and when? Sometimes it is even difficult to see or feel.. .. and sometimes guys are claiming to see all kind of results, and sure sometimes it may well be true that the results are visible and it might be true that sometimes the feelings are better from having had done the exercises.. You know for example sometimes we struggle to do some kind of exertion (such as carrying the groceries up the stairs), and sometimes maybe if we are doing exercises then we might not feel as stressed from certain kinds of exertions, which can be quite powerful to be able to help ourselves and/or to help others.. or maybe even to fend off someone physically attacking us... Let's say we are in our house by ourselves or maybe some other situation in the wilderness (in a car accident), and maybe for some reason we have to walk a long distance and/or lift a heavy object off of our body after an accident or even rescue someone else who got themselves into a bad situation that might involve carrying them or dragging them or even getting them out of the water in a drowning kind of situation without ourselves succumbing to overexertion, and so sometimes our strength and endurance could come in handy, up to a certain point... so it cannot be completely clear how much we need to build our strength and/or endurance in order to help ourselves, improve our situation maybe even recover from an illness because of our having greater strength and like you said, not to over do it and cause ourselves injury or even getting sick because we over stressed our body.

I continued with 6 sets of 20 reps and added another 120 push-ups. Now I feel as good as I did when I was younger. The muscles are starting to show again. I also worked on my abs. Even though I can't do a 6-pack, I'm doing it for a stronger core.

You missed out something very important in your push-up report which is your total push-up done which is suppose to come after your days pushing you can try as much as possible to fix it properly. It will also help you to meet up work early if you are someone that do go work in the morning or probably school if you usually go late at time with is routine of waking up early and doing some exercise will make you achieve what you were not expecting. Doing a total of 180 push-up in a session in not really easy it really worth the minutes spent because we are suppose to get some rest after each set push-up in other to continue with the next set but what is not advisable is taking too long rest after a set push-up in other not get tired quick to continue with the next set.

Wow I have actually started my push ups and it was fun , it turns out that I was able to reach 20 today, but I was actually aiming for 10 -12, but actually I was able to reach 20 hopefully, I Will keep it up and hope for good results and continue to push higer every day .

It is always fun when it come in terms push-ups challenge and not only the fun inside when doing push-ups daily, push-ups challenge have surely been a helpful to me in terms of body fitness, muscles and my joints in all part of body is now flexible in such away that i can turn or lift myself up from the ground so easily, when doing my push-ups per day.
