Here we go again  Back with my push-ups report, 6 days of push-ups to be reported. 5 days with 90pushups/day in 3 sets as usual.. the 6th day which is today, I was able to achieve another 100 push-ups  in same 3 sets Simple math : 5x90=450+100=>550 In total: I did 550 push-ups in 6 days My Entry: 100k,promise444c5,257,20470,2025-02-12 IIRC, His feet (toes) are sore and preventing his from doing pushups.
I thought as much.. Some good news about my diabetes A1C dropped from 6.3 to 6.0 considering it was 12.1 when found in 2019 I am doing pretty good. Toe seems to be closer to healed.

Wow this is a nice place to be nice thread fill with exercise oriented Glad to be here. I have been doing exercise but not as before as I do gets my fitness through playing football then i also try to do some Push up immediately after i get up from bed before even going outside to do any other thing, but it's been long I did this route but I believe this place will encourage me to start again i will do this challenge to get bitcoin price up above $100k but i don't know how you guys are calculating report and I don't understand the long table here.
Welcome to the thread. The important thing is doing the 100 pushups, but start slow. It sounds like you are just restarting an exercise program, so doing 100 pushups in 1 day might be too stressful on your body in the beginning. Hang around and you'll figure out the reporting and the table. For now, just keep track of how many pushups you do each day. I don't know any day dat i do not do my daily push-ups so early in the morning, i always feel as if my body is heavying me but once i archived my push-ups exercise within 30 minutes where i always do three sets of push-ups, and ever since i joined this thread i have 6 packs because this thread have make me to task myself in doing different kinds exercises that I'm always consistent with every morning, i have not be serious with any exercises in my life before but this thread has help me to develop a good relationship in daily exercises, especially push-ups. You are welcome to the forum and this push-up challenge thread. I hope you really did the 13 push-ups in your push-up report because I am finding it difficult to believe that someone who is not a fitness kind of person will find out about this push-up thread, and at the time, he will quickly do push-ups on the same without even waiting for the next day to do his push-ups when he is not devoted to fitness. Since you have reported your push-ups here, it shows that you are already one of us, and there is no need to ask us if you can join this push-up challenge. One good thing about pushups is that many of us could be quite out of shape, yet we may well be able to jump right in and start doing 10-30 pushups in the very first day - especially since we can also do pushups in almost any place and without any equipment. just our body and some kind of flat surface.. and the use of modifications might bring some specific ways of doing the pushup that would not necessarily be on a flat surface. Surely the more out of shape we are, the more difficult it might end up being to get as many pushups, and we might even need to start with modified pushups. There is an age factor in there too, in terms of recovery time, and we are not necessarily starting out at the same place as some other guys in this thread. so we might end up being quite sore from doing pushups, especially if we keep doing them daily and trying to find some kind of balance in terms of recovery time...or thinking about how much we might want to push ourselves in terms of our daily quantity of pushups, including working up to 100 pushups per day or some other quantity of pushups that seems suitable to our own way of fitting these daily(ish) pushups into our lives. One other thing about push up is the excitement that comes with it when you're new into the game. You find yourself consistently wanting to improve the number of pushups you achieve per time using your previous set as a yardstick to measure your progress or improvement. I can't forget the first time I achieved a 50 pushups in one set, I took it very intentional to get that figure. Just like @JayjuanGee rightly stated, age is a very big factor that affects virtually everything especially this Push-up exercise. Another factor which I feel has more influence on the consistency and numbers of pushups is responsibilities. Some thinking people with lots of family or miscellaneous responsibilities don't do well in pushups as they think about their challenges and forget their intention to carry out some sets of pushups. Age can make a person who has been achieving a 200 pushups daily to achieve only 50 in two to five sets. This is why we must monitor oneself daily especially when engaging in streaneous exercises which push-up is not out of it.

200 pushups completed today, just had my last 50 push ups before taking my late bath and now submitting my report for the whole week.
120 push ups for six days and today making the 7th day did 200, all summed to 920 push ups in total for the whole past week, upped the challenge with some extra work out and vitamins both syrup and capsules, my goal has been to retain a healthy body.

Just me over here doing push-ups between stripping away the old caulking in my bathroom and redoing it. Fun stuff. Bitcoin seems to be dropping recently in the face of all sorts of great news. I don’t think we’ve seen anywhere near the all time high for this cycle yet, so I just keep stacking and pushing.

This is this good thing about whoever is used to daily pushups, you get a good sleep always. Maybe @DirtyKeyboard was wearied from yesterday's exercise which made him forget to update the table, what a relaxing sleep he must have had!
As today is dad's birthday I have to leave early just to catch up with family first.

I started my push up yesterday evening and it was as if i just started push up for the first time, i set a target in my first round to see if i do 30 push up but gotten to 23 push up my muscle starts getting weak so i got to 27 took 3 minutes break and then continue again but couldn't get 27 again then stop at 21 and ended my last round with 20 push up, this was done yesterday evening. Then this morning i completed a total of 62 under 3 rounds. Am feeling the impact in my muscle. 100k, Umulala-alala, 2, 130, 2025-02-13.

Sincerely, you are welcome to the almighty push up challenge thread. For the records, push ups are okay, very good for the body but stressing it might cause you big problems. I would advise you go bit by bit. Even though you do push ups before, but since you stopped for a long time and started all over again, then expect a serious change in system which would lead to muscle expansion and pains. So, slow & steady is the business and language of new begginers I remember when I started this challenge, I wanted to pull big number's as I usually do previously, but no way. I had no choice than to start small, 60 or 70 daily. But now, am on 150 daily and still hoping to increase as I keep improving. So it's all time and consistency.
