Wtf, why is PSG looking switched off in the 2nd half, its almost as if they have been told that let Inter Miami get something back just for the fun of things and good sportsmanship

Inter Miami has had a bad game and I dont didn't see them scoring but with how the game is going made they will get a goal...wait a second,  Dembele is being introduced,  this just got exciting,  2 more goals for PSG to come !!!

PSG is favourite for this cup mainly because of their recent UEFA champions league cup victory. But this world cup is different because it has teams from all over the world. Already we have seen PSG losing to Botafogo in group stages, so their are teams in this tournament that can beat PSG.

It is indeed very unfortunate that in the preliminary round PSG had to lose narrowly to Botafogo, but even so I think PSG is still one of the strongest candidates to be able to win the trophy. In this competition PSG continues to show its dominance with the big wins it has achieved.

PSG and Inter Miami are playing in round of 16 and PSG has got initial advantage in 6th minute when João Neves scored first goal of the match. Still 70 minutes left in the game and Miami has the time to make a come back in the game.

Lionel Messi was bombarded by his old club PSG, the match had entered the second half exactly at the 70th minute and Inter Miami had to fall behind 4 goals from PSG. and seeing how the statistics of the match and the goal difference were quite wide, it seemed impossible for Inter Miami to be able to turn things around or score a goal to just narrow the gap.

I think Tomas Aviles can claim to be the worst substitute in the championship. Terrible substitution, because the second goal was scored by PSG from his zone and now he decided to score two goals himself in his own net to surely deprive Inter Miami of even theoretical chances to win this match.
What to do now Mascherano with such a game and such a score I do not understand. In addition, Suarez and Messi just walk on the field and only sometimes Suarez speeds up to try to take the ball away or foul.
I guess that the outcome of the match is already obvious to everyone and probably at half-time Enrique will replace his leading players to give them a rest.

Bayern Munich will end up being the team with most goals scored in a single match because most of the underdog teams are going home gradually.

I expected him to put in a little effort as Luis Suarez and Inter Miami's midfield lack coordination because they can't keep the ball and make at least 5 touches in the midfield. They are also poor defensively, they have been repeating the same errors, which is what has led to them conceding many goals. If Mascherano doesn't make a change to their pattern of playing, they will concede more and more goals in the second half.

This is a total demolition of Inter Miami and Messi could not do anything about it. I predicted that it would be a cheap win for PSG because you cannot compare the two sides. It's now 4-0 and the French club is on its way to the quarterfinal. Any club that doesn't have a good midfield and defence cannot stand the attacking force of PSG. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been a threat on the left-hand side, and it has been devastating for Inter Miami. PSG are high favourites to win this competition.

It's just crazy how everyone on social media is saying that Messi is no longer good in football, but I'd say a tree won't make a forest the team isn't tough enough to withstand PSG even with the best player in their midst. The game is likely to end that way, the perspective about Messi should change, he can't do all of the task in the pitch.

1.15 is a great odds comparing how dominant PSG is against Inter Miami. The game has ended and PSG has won 4-0 against Inter miami. All of those goals scored in the first half. I watched the 2nd half in expectation of seeing as many goals and at least a one compensatory goal from the Inter Miami side considering how much effort Messi was putting into the game. Inter Miami had a few nice moves but PSG didn't go any easy on Messi and stopped him everytime. They were determined on not conceding a goal.
The 2nd half was boring compared to the first as PSG had larger possession and they were trying not to give possession to Inter Miami than actually attacking. They were spending the time as they knew there's no way Inter Miami is going to score four goals. So, first half had all the goals.

I'm not even surprised by the current result because PSG, at this moment, have the best team in Europe, and probably also the best manager. Miami didn't stand a chance, their star players are almost 40 years old guys who moved to Miami to enjoy the nice weather and have fun... What really caught my eye was the almost non celebration of the goals, PSG players "celebrated" the same way you do after scoring a goal in a summer friendly match, like they didn't really care.

This tournament is a nice idea (nothing new in reality) but you can't play it at this point of the season.

Too easy for PSG. They completely destroyed Inter Miami by 4-0.    Honestly Inter Miami couldn't do anything in the first half with 0 shots. They got better in the second half but this still didn't help them score a single goal at least...

There is Flamengo - Bayern Munich up next. I think the German side won't surprise us. But I'm not sure whether they would win as comfortable as PSG. Let's see about it. Flamengo are way better than Auckland City you know.

It's ended finally, the score line remained the same just as it was when they went for half time. But come to think of it, why did they stop scoring. Well sometimes when there's too many goals in the first half, the second half doesn't produce goals, like I said sometimes. PSG for some months now has been in beast mode that they demolish their opponent when it's an important game. They are through to the Quarter finals and are one of the favourites to lift the trophy at the end.

This match is like a young player vs. old player match. But this way, not only relying on quality but technique is also still a mainstay. This means that it's still possible for Inter Miami to rely on Busquet, Suarez and Messi.

Of course, Inter Miami's quality should not be ignored because they showed that when they beat Porto. If I had to choose about the odds, I think PSG will be the team with the most bets that will be selected on every betting site.
If you have to choose on the total bet, over 2 or 3 is not convincing.

What a sour match this is  , even I only finished in the first half then turned off the livestreaming. Because after observing the game as a whole the first half became the final conclusion. PSG vs Inter Miami match just ended and PSG cruise pass them with 4 goals. 4 goals was scored in the first half and everybody watching expected more goals in the second half but it ended like that. I was a bit impressed by inter Miami in the second half, they keep the ball more better and defended better too, Messi pushed attack severally and created chances too but his teammates couldn’t help much in front of goal.

Osamane Dembele is back from his injury, and got some minutes in the second half, even though he didn’t score he showed why he has been PSG best player all season. I believe it wont take him much to score in the tournament.

The game is over now, before now I know the game will be a work over match for Paris Saint Germain because they are far better than Inter Miami and considering the fact that they are in a good form. Paris Saint Germain should have still score in the second half, the way PSG is performing this period they might still win this cup but then again Bayern Munich and some others European clubs are also there and they are also playing a nice game in this cup and definitely Bayern Munich is going to win tonight.

I really liked Inter's game, well Messi's, the difference is very noticeable, he is still a player at another level, he was the only one who was giving it his all, he almost scored a goal, for me Messi needs a better team, he needs to have players who help him more and what I liked is that PSG didn't see the need to humiliate the team, 44-0 is a thrashing, but they could have done more and they didn't want to, I liked that detail.

That's a very wrong statement, they don't expect that a man at his late 30's would do all the dirty works against a team that won the Champions league with some of the best players across the world currently it makes no sense even his former Barcelona teammates are old and it showed in the match, Messi is a great player he's tried his best and even though it's not enough that doesn't make him a shit player like people are bashing him on the media, I believe that if it we're in his prime or if he were in a more tougher team, maybe Al Hilal, he would've done better. Most of the people criticizing him don't even know football they're just doing it for unnecessary rivalry between him and Ronaldo to get clicks.

Let's say PSG gave inter Miami some respect since the tournament is been held in USA because it would have been humiliating that the goal was above 4 that was why i they were no longer desperate to score more goals.
Am not surprised with the first have result and I know PSG will definitely win, PSG is currently the best team in the world now they were no match with inter M. It was indeed a bad game for them.

That is clear because the two teams have very different qualities, especially after seeing PSG's victory with 4 goals without reply from Inter Miami so there is no reason to doubt PSG in this competition, especially since the more difficult proof was also achieved by PSG last season by becoming champions in the UCL. So I also don't doubt PSG in this competition to continue to go further even though maybe in the next round PSG will meet Munich and I hope their match can be even more fierce if Munich can qualify again for the next round.

There are still some teams that will have an advantage.. take a good look at the table and listings -- Palmeiras has already qualified to play the quarter finals against Chelsea and I'm not trying to be funny, those Brazilian teams are super crazy! They're not just gonna sit there and watch you trash their nets with goals. Palmeiras just like the flamengos are no easy teams. They may not qualify for the rest of the quarter final games, but they'll sure be a pain in the ass to most European teams.

I thought I was the only one seeing how crazy the Brazilian teams are, they are literally doing everything possible to stop the European teams and prove how good they are too. I know the European teams are not on same level with them but I am impressed with how they have performed.
Technically they are not as good but they have the strength to mark very tightly so that why are always a pain in the ass.

Palmeiras' next step in the quarter finals will be difficult when they have to face Chelsea. Previously, they did not face strong teams that were favored in this competition. But their performance was not bad, even holding Porto and Inter Miami to a draw. Palmeiras may not be favored in the next match, but I agree with you, they will definitely make it difficult for Chelsea. There is a worst possibility for Chelsea in the quarter finals, because they were also defeated by Flamengo, so a surprise might happen.

I don't even see them challenging Chelsea, they are good quite alright but Chelsea is far from their level and I don't see them giving Chelsea a hard time. Chelsea have improved quite a bit so they should be able to win the game without any pressure.

Right from time I have known those Brazil and Argentine teams to be one kind crazy teams you can't just see them as the underdog those guys are good on a low, believe me any European team that will be facing these teams will really have to step up their game else they will be surprise with the outcome, like we saw it in the Paris saint Germain game if not that Paris is in mad form this season I don't know what what could have been their faith in the group stage, but never the less I'm still believing on these European teams because no matter how good those guys are this people still got the world class players no doubt, so let's just fold our arms and watch the sweet game.
