Forum update:
Fuzzy,Opieum, and the other guys that are speaking positively about us are just guys that understand the situation a bit better because they've been chatting with some of us and have a clear understanding. They are also serious individuals, they excel in their careers (mostly technologically oriented) and are basically a class of individual which is nothing short from the top of the corporate food chain in their specific fields.
They are not shills, nor have we paid them, they are just nice people that happened to be online and honestly get a kick out of screwing with the majority of the hired shills on this forum. Go figure.
Either way, they realize our many flaws and know that we're doing this on a dime and with little help and they are just generally good guys. Also they've all bought and paid for miners from us. We appreciate them sticking up for us in our absence.

Business Update: 1. We'll start selling hosting at $1 per Gigahash, and have about a petahash of hosting to sell. We're pretty excited about that. 2. Also we'll be selling some new miners with some interesting perks. 3. All drop shipped miner sales from this point forward will be 5-7 day delivery at most. 4. We'll be posting a notice for new distributors as well. 5. Shipping in the new office has finally been figured out. Fedex had to create a new street address listing just for us if you can believe it. We'll also be working with UPS again for RMA miners, and someone will reach out to those RMA individuals next week. Shipping of replacement miners will not longer wait until RMA is received, we'll be giving clients the benefit of the doubt and we're hoping they'll be honest enough to ship back their RMA. As outgoing shipping and RMA shipping are handled by two different individuals, we dont need anymore confusion overlapping one with the other.

Also, AMT will not be selling on this forum. Ever.
We don't feel that we need to communicate here or update this thread. We do so to avoid the problems it may cause if we don't and to keep the nice individuals which support us informed as well.

Even if the class wasn't certified, which if it wasn't is likely what they would be seeking to change from channels legal team's end, biger the class the more they make.
I think that his legal team is probably probably thinking they still have individual cases. Or they wouldn't have taken the case on anyway.
Hopefully now there is no reason to withhold updates. If they could buy a factory they should be more than able to compensate us with extra hashing power even if it that extra hashing power comes from that hosting. This of course should be at no charge to us.

Congrats on building a megafarm using customer funds! Your customers can't wait to spend more money to buy what they already paid for. Its not our megafarm, it's bitmines, and we're cooperating as usual.

It's like people disappear when verifiable news comes out, that or they just don't want to admit they made them self look a little foolish.
how bad is a company when their clients claim victory by merely getting them to accept a burned out miner? /applause rik you win soon enough AMT will have you fetching their slippers Quite bad indeed. But it's the little wins. Still the point stands. AMT- $millions Clients- big fiery 0s , AMT 1- FedEx 0. I sure hope they don't leave their slippers in china, I don't have a passport. And no, its not millions, its like a leased factory. Technically Americans can't own anything in China anyway btw.

takes a bow. You've already done enough damage to this company, one which actually tried from the start with the best intentions and is still trying where most didn't and where most have just given up. Just let it go, and maybe you'll get a refund with the others. Otherwise the same enthusiasm and efforts you've thrown into this will come back at you two times fold later on. This is just a forum, but your crap has had a direct impact on clients getting their machines, and a direct impact on the progress of alternative solutions after IMET botched the job. If we didn't loose two months dealing with your bullshit everyone would have been mining by now. Your very nicely timed, and very poorly executed "class action" is just another obstacle to overcome. There are several men, who are very upset with you. They understand our situation in full, and have been informed of every step we've taken and action we've had to take because of your borderline crazyness. Most of them you've already spoken to and have found you to be quite annoying. They realize we're rectifying it through very interesting ways, and realize you are the source of instigation from a legal standpoint which has caused unnecessary expenditures as well as further delays. It's not us you need to worry about, it's them. We advise you to stop.

Very simple, but you've over complicated the situation.

There are several men who are very upset with you as well on how you are unresponsive to your customers.
